I hired them to get a wine stain out off my carpet. They asked for my credit card when I booked my appointment. I gave them my AE card. which they charged immediately. When they did the job, they again charged my card. I contacted them about charging my card twice. They said they did not want me to pay twice for the job and would refund the additional charge. After at least six telephone calls, they still had not refunded the additional charge. Each time I called them they promised they would refund my additional charge. While after two months they still have not refunded the second charge. So be ware your are dealing with an unethical business. I am still not satisfied with there attempt to remove the wine stain, but I still payed twice for their service.

I am quite amazed at the thoroughness and detailed work Don and his crew does. They cleaned my carpets impeccably. I thought they were not even salvageable. Now they are pristine. The bathrooms sparkle and not one thing in my house was overlooked. They even did a great job staging! Worth the price and very reasonable. Do not hesitate to call for an appointment. You will be extremely satisfied.

We scheduled a date and time, Steamboat did not show up. Mind you we removed all belongings from furniture. When they arrived two(2) days later, the carpet has dirty lines in it where it looks like they missed areas or went too fast. A few other areas did not get cleaned very well.

Description of Work: I can't really remember when I used them but what I do remember was that they left my carpet really wet and I don't like that. I actually used them because I thought I'd used them before but I must've been mistaken. They were quite nice over the phone and I have a friend that really likes them!

Description of Work: The two person pleasant crew arrived earlier than scheduled, they steam cleaned the traffic areas (no furniture moving necessary) in five rooms, and the carpet was dry in 4+ hours. Not a criticism, but an observation, the crew did not have shoe covers to wear on the cleaned carpets.

Description of Work: They cleaned 30 year old shag carpets in 2 rooms. They cleaned a wool blend carpet 20 years old in one room and steam cleaned tile & lenoleum floors not really cleaned in 8 years. Though it did not look out of the showroom new it was now clean enough to sit on and walk barefoot on. What a difference!!! I will use them again and would recommend them to anyone. PS one of my neighbors recommended them.
