Working with Next Generation was easy. On our first contact, the office told us to contact FPL and schedule them for an energy check, which we didn't know they would do for us. FPL came and completed this service AT NO CHARGE, documented their findings and provided that to us, and gave us a certificate for $60 discount on the cleaning service because they had performed their check. Following the FPL check, we scheduled our service with Next Generation. Using the data provided by FPL, they cleaned all the vents and serviced the ducts as necessary. All work was performed quickly, and the technician made sure that he cleaned up all dust and debris as he went. Very efficient and our system is running great. Would totally recommend Next Generation for this service.

Mike arrived as promised and did an excellent job of cleaning the air conditioning ducts. We have very tall ceilings so this was a difficult and dangerous task. The dryer vent was especially clogged and we really appreciate the diligence in getting it thouroughly cleaned.

From the time Next Generation Air and Heat's personnel walked through our entrance, Richard and I were impressed with the clean cut appearance, identified immediately as NGA&HI personnel (very important and needed in today's society) wearing their neatly pressed gray uniform shirts with not only their company's name, but theirs as well. Very impressive! Our project required 3 installers/service people on the 1st day and 4 on the 2nd and final day of work being complete. One of the 4 the 2nd day was one of the owners and she was terrific working as one of the team. All were polite, courteous and couldn't do enough to help us. They cleaned as they worked, absolutely appreciated. They kept Richard informed as to what they were doing, giving instruction along the way. There are not enough words to express our thankfulness for finding this company and we will be using them for future AC/Heating and attic insulation services and strongly recommend you check them out and give them the opportunity to serve your needs as well, if you are reading this. They are young, knowledgeable, energetic, respectful, patience and willing to go the extra mile to please and do a professional and correct job. It is our opinion each of these young people have a passion for what they are doing and doing it right! Mike did a great job. Carefully cleaned each vent outside and then cleaned the ducts. I upgraded $40 for an anti-mildew treatment that I asked about-- it was not and upsell. I bought the Angie's List Coupon but called to check the best way to upgrade for two air handlers. The office helped to figure out the least expensive way to get what I needed done. I was able to schedule for the next day. All is clean and well. The slight smell of the cleaning solution used on the vents went away within a couple of hours. No residual smell. Mike is friendly and informative. He explained what he was doing and the process he used.

Terrific service, as expected. This is the second time I have used Next Gen, and will use them again. I picked up the $49 AC tune-up special and also had them install the check valve ($120) that my AC installer did not install last year when the new system was installed. Next Gen noticed that when they cleaned my ducts a couple weeks ago. Great service, very professional, from the scheduler to the onsite folks.

Cleaning our 30' Dryer Exhaust vent was a bit challenging but in the end all is well. ACs are cooling well, electric bill was cheaper this summer over last. We'll have them back next year.

Everything went very smooth. The equipment they used was a little loud but that was okay. The technician was very thorough and professional. The deal was for 9 vents plus the intake but our house has 12 vents, so we had to pay an extra $30 per vent which we did so be aware of that if you use there deal. In the end, the air in our house actually felt cleaner and a lot of the sneezing that we had been doing went away. We would definitely hire them again.

I'm a first time home owner, having only just inherited the house. I discovered I had a problem with the AC when I turned on the heat and nothing happened. We were expecting some cold weather so I really needed help fast. John came out right away and spent quite a bit of time evaluating my old system. Realizing that my funds are limited, he did his evaluation with the idea that perhaps he could make a repair that would keep the old system going a little longer. Unfortunately that was not the case. He discovered that my coil was fried. I guess I can't complain. It was, after all, twenty seven years old but that means I needed a whole new system. He was very patient with me, explaining that new coils can't be installed into old systems. Then he preceded to examine the whole system and to evaluate my needs. Since I am not a ladder climbing gal, he took lots of pictures in places I couldn't see. When he was done we sat down and discussed my needs. We discovered that the main air return duct was never installed properly and was in fact looped over a truss and pulled so tight that it disconnected, hanging there by the insulation. No wonder my house was so dusty! My system was sucking dirty air in from inside the walls, the garage and the attic. It was a Friday afternoon when John gave me the estimate. I called him back with an okay on Monday morning and they were prepared for install on Tuesday! I was shocked at the speed in which they would begin work. The crew arrived at my house at 8:15 AM. I was told that the install should take about four or five hours. This was not the case. Once they began to tear they system down, they found more problems than they had planned on. The crew ended up spending the entire day tearing apart the entire system and rebuilding structure that was not supposed to wrong. Each time they found a new issue, they would come to me and show me the problem, patiently explaining what was wrong and making sure I understood what was happening. I really appreciated their kind efforts. I had no idea the original install was so poor and why didn't the home inspector find any of this? While they worked, I wondered how much more this was going to cost me! But it needed to be done. When they were finished with the install, they cleaned the ducts and cleaned up all of the debris from the install. They showed me how to use my new thermostat and actually, I have to say that my garage was cleaner when they left than when they started! The crew was polite and professional through the entire installation process. Since my system was installed in the cold weather, John said it might need to be tweaked and would be back in a few months to check it, which he did. It runs great, heating and cooling! As for the bill and all the extra time and effort - my final balance was exactly what was on the original proposal. You can imagine how elated I was! John told me that I would be very surprised by how much lower my electric bill would be and he was right. Month after month the bills have been low and the savings adding up. Now that I have the system for 10 months I sat down and calculated my savings. I found that this new system will pay for itself in energy savings in less than four years. It works better than the old one, quieter than the old one and far less expensively! The gang at Next Generation Air and Heat have been great and anytime I have questions, I've been able to call and get a fast response. I don't even have to worry about a maintenance schedule they call me when it's time. I couldn't be happier with John and his crew. I am a very satisfied Next Generation customer.

Had them do an preventative check on our air conditioning system. They were on time and checked everything out. They did find a small issue and fixed it for a fair price. We ended up buying their 2x per year maintenance package as our system is hitting the 10 year mark. _x000D_|Good company and people. An update. We just had Next Gen out for our second check up and they were on time, friendly and did a great job. Glad we found them.

The quote we received was fair, the warranty was optimal over estimates from other local companies, and we met the owner, John who answered all of our questions and was very professional. The installation team was respectful and worked in an efficient manner, wasting no time in completing their work. An e-mail was sent prior to installation with a picture, name of the staff that would be working in my home that day, and a statement of their criminal background checks were performed and when; they were on time and prepared, wore covers on their shoes and took the time to answer questions. There was no mess to pick up after they left. They instructed me on the use of the new thermostat and said if I had any questions not to hesitate to call them. The owner of the company, John also came by during installation and ensured everything was going along smoothly and asked if I had any questions. I received quotes from other companies, but none came close to the reasonable cost, warranty, financing option, honesty, and inclusions within the quote than Next Generation Air & Heat. Our new unit is far more energy efficient and is far better constructed than our old one. We recommend this Company highly.

Very professional, punctual service call. Mike appeared on time, and proceeded to clean the ducts. He found one where the duct metal wasn't attached to the ceiling by my recent contractor and he attached it at no charge. He thoroughly explained what he was doing, and also let me know that the float switch for cutting off the AC in case it overflowed was not installed by my contractor last year. I didn't ask him to check this, he initiated a check on his own, and notified me. This is a critical switch that will turn off the unit when the condenser isn't draining properly, and thus prevent flooding. I have scheduled Next Generation AC to return in the next week to install this critical switch. I am also scheduling the $49 tune up special. I highly recommend this company. Their technician, Mike, went above and beyond.

Employee serviceman was courteous, friendly and Happy with his employer. I was given a print-out of his inspection. I do not have the exact date. Bill was paid ahead of time thru Angie's List with my credit card...I reported back about my satisfaction right away ...
