I had the yearly service done, I just bought this home and the air handler started to leak water everywhere, so I thought this service would clear the pipes and stop the water draining. I also had a new thermostat installed. The guy arrived on time and did the work. But after he left I found the air handler was still leaking everywhere. So I contacted them and the very next day the same guy came out and did some more work. They did not charge me any extra money and so I'm happy, I had a yearly service done and the leaks were corrected. It's nice if everything can be taken care of in one visit but if not, the way this was taken care of is how a business should be run.

The effort went very well from beginning to end including filing the necessary paperwork, removal of all older equipment, and replacement with the new outside compressor unit, new refrigerant copper tubing, new air handler, and digital thermostat. The installation also involved significant modification of the built in air handler base unit to accommodate a larger air handler unit. Installation and cleanup was completed on schedule as planned, in single day. Both the office staff and installation team were very professional and easy to work with. I am very pleased with this company's performance and would not hesitate to hire them again. and so far I really like my Goodman Heat pump. .

Had some hiccups throughout job but bottom line the crew is very good, work hard and owner kept his word, made right any issue and that' means a lot to me. I'm happy with job and' I Recommend..

Also, by then, my A/C was not cooling at all. Next Generation did another full Precision Tune-Up (no charge) and first found the safety float had water in it and therefore shut down the system and they also advised I might have to replace the zoning board—a generic brand with no name that a previous company had installed as it was not working between my two zones. After a few days of constantly having to reboot my system as it would cool down below what I had it set at, or not cool down to temperature that I set it at, I finally decided to replace the zoning board. I have had no problem since then and think very highly of Next Generation Air & Heat and would definitely use them again (have another free Tune-up before end of year). I would also recommend them to friends & neighbors as being very professional, thorough and honest.

Had been told that our evaporator coil was very dirty by other contractors - Chris informed me that it wasn't bad at all and wasn't hurting performance of our unit. Gave me tips to keep it clean. Saved me a potentially unnecessary service for $$$. Was on time and professional - I will call them again.

They are very good and I would highly recommend them to everyone! I just signed up for another years' contract for them to come back out for further service checks.

Part of an Angie's list coupon deal. Had to buy two coupons one for each of my AC units. Well worth it. They found the freon low on one unit and added the freon. Would do it again.

They were very polite. I have used them in the past but do not need this deal anymore.

They came on time, repaired my AC/Heat air ducts and scheduled another employee to look at my AC issues. That person came on time, was very professional and suggested that I take a yearly maintenance contract which I did. I will need a new AC in time and plan to use them

Technician arrived at the appointed time and date, checked out the unit, and found that the control valve was bad. Was informed that a replacement valve need to be ordered and would be available in two days. Two days later the technician arrived and replaced the bad part, and got the unit running like it should. The technician was professional and courteous. Service and maintenance of the unit was excellent. Note: It was required to remove the freon and replace it in order to install the valve.

They're very professional. They are very efficient in their time as far as their appointments. They get there at the right time and they finish the job quickly and professionally.

The service technicians did an excellent job. They did a thorough inspection and tune-up in a professional and courteous manner. They arrived at the scheduled time and completed their inspection in an efficient manner.

Three installers arrived on schedule, finished the job on time and did a great job. They were very efficient and professional. They cleaned up when they were done and hauled away my old unit. I could not have asked for nicer people to have working in my home. Great job!

It was very good. I’ve been using them off and on for about 3 years. I don’t have any issues since I started working on them and they are affordable. They are very professional.

I decided to go with this company because they were a little cheaper then a few of the other highly rated companies on Angie's List. The personnel were very nice and always answered the phone. The worker who came to the house was even respectful enough to call and let me know that he'd be a few minutes late (it sounds like common courtesy but its not as practiced as we'd all hope). The job was completed in about an hour which was fairly quick, and the worker didn't leave a mess. The only problem that I ran into is that the sanitation portion of the job cost around $40 extra and all he did was spray about 15 seconds of a product called Envirocon into the return. Just out of curiosity I checked this product out online and a gallon of it costs about $10 on ebay and about $25 dollars on a cleaning supply website (He told me it cost $90 a gallon). He said he was suppose to use a fogging machine but the battery was dead, so when he sprayed a few squirts of $20 product from a hand bottle I didn't exactly feel like I got my $40 worth. Also, they cut the Envirocon product with a minty scent so you don't even really know how much of the cleaner you're getting. Finally, The areas just inside the a/c vents were black with dirt and when I had an opportunity to watch a vent being cleaned none of that area was even touched, so you kinda have to take their word on how thoroughly they're cleaning these ducts. In conclusion, I might consider hiring this company for duct cleaning (just because I don't have a suitable vacuum to really get into the ducts myself), but I would avoid the sanitation portion. Just get a gallon of the Envirocon HVAC online and spray it in the return. you'll save money and still have plenty left over.

Mike cleaned all the vents as well as the dryer vent. He was punctual, professional, and very courteous. I was having allergy problems and decided to get an air purifying system. There's a definite difference in the quality of air in my house, and I'm so glad I had these services performed.

They came in and cleaned the vents for the AC. I felt like this was a waste of my money and time. I did not notice a difference afterwards.

Excellent results. Arrived on time, found minor problem in course of semi-annual check of A/C-heat system. Resolved problem at small cost. They know what they're doing and don't want all your money to do it.

i dont know, its our rental unit, but the AC works fine.

It went very well with Next Generation Air & Heat Inc. They were very good. In fact we are going to have them back in another couple of weeks. We had prepaid for them to come. They came in the fall and they will come before we go home in the spring to check things out. The last time they were here was the 1st of December. We prepaid for the two visits for one in the fall and one in the spring and I think it was around 80 dollars or something like that. We didn't have any problems so it didn't cost anymore than that. It was to check the furnace and air conditioning, to check the Freon and all that goes with it, good stuff. They were very good, very thorough. We didn't have any complaints. Anything we asked them, he did and showed us what he did. We were very happy. We would use them again in the future.

Setting up the appointment went well and the employee arrived as scheduled. He was courteous and followed what I assume to be company procedure regarding removing his shoes upon entry (each and every time). We contacted this company because one of our A/C systems has been putting out a bad odor every time it runs. The company that installed the unit has been out twice and sprayed the air handler and return vents, with no change. They suggested getting the vents cleaned. The employee seemed to do his job fine and took the time to take each vent cover outside to thoroughly clean them. We had more vents than were covered under the deal we purchased, so there was an extra charge per vent. My only complaint is that the employee tended to smoke outside near his van between vent cleanings. Although he believed, as he commented, that using the deodorant spray he recommended made it so no one could smell it, that wasn't quite true. A faint smoke smell accompanied him in and out of our smoke-free, child-filled house. It wasn't bad enough for me to comment or request he stop, but wasn't ideal. In the end, the odor from the unit seems to be different and perhaps not as offensive, but it did not solve our problem.

Mike got here on time. Very personal able, friendly and knowledgeable. After a short discussion and education he went right to work and didn't stop for about 2 to 3 hrs and accomplished exactly what he said he would do.I would use this company again and I would ask for Mike.

They are honest and on time. It’s a family owned business. It was the best price that I got from them. I’ve been referring them like crazy.
