Horrible!!
Description of Work: Decided to call this company because of great reviews and a service coupon on Angie's List after my heat stopped working (Blowing air but not heated). Technician came in touched one wire with a tester and said the whole heating system needed to be replaced for $1000 but since the unit is 10 years old I should just buy a whole new heating and AC unit. Called another company for a second opinion and it was a simple part and a $150 fix in 1/2hours time. Buyer beware Next Generation will try and rip you off!

I apologize for taking so long to respond but your appointment was booked under a very different name and without having made any complaint with our office, it was very difficult to figure out what customer I am addressing. I'm sorry that you are so upset and I assure you, my technician was not trying to "rip you off." I've spoken to the tech involved and, according to what I've been told, he followed proper procedure as set forth by the manufacturer with regard to the diagnosis of your equipment's failure. He then called the parts distributor to obtain the part and was informed that it was not in stock. It is standard procedure to give the customer options in such circumstances and because your system is already 11 yrs old, and the new systems are far more efficient, he gave you the choice to wait until we could obtain the part or upgrade for efficiency. As for the simple fix, I'm happy that you found someone who happened to have the right part just sitting on his truck and was willing to install it for free, for the cost of the part alone. If you would like to discuss this further, please feel free to call the office.

Description of Work: Had to contact vendor directly as they apparently did not receive a message from angies list, so there was a delay in getting a/c repaired.... but vendor was professional and work completed satisfactorily once thee payment confusion was settled (had to forward angies emails to vendor for proof of purchase).

Description of Work: We hired this company to clean our AC ducts. The price was very reasonable and the work was done by Chris. They were able to come quickly after calling them. Chris showed up on time and it took exactly as long as he told me it would take. He made sure we were satisfied with the job done and the clean up before he left. I had a minor issue that I needed them to come back and resolve the next day and another employee came right out and solved the problem. We would definitely hire them again and I highly recommend them for AC duct cleaning.

I bought the half price coupon from you to have the heat/air conditioning service come and check out my system. I knew there was a problem and they diagnosed it correctly. The gentleman wore booties in the house so as not to track anything in. He was on time, courteous and answered all my questions. He offered the best solution for both of us, he has to make money, but I believe he was looking out for me as well. I told him the day I wanted them to come back and that evening I received an e-mail (that was my preference) telling me the date and time of the appointment. I was extremely satisfied.
Description of Work: The company came out with the coupon price from you and they stayed over an hour to check everything. We then made an apointment for them to come out next week and fix what they found to be a problem and I asked them to perform another service as well since it sounded as they would be extremely thorough. They bill will be over $600.00.

Everything has gone well. They are very organized. I have paper work for everything including serial numbers for the parts. They are very professional and consistent.
Description of Work: They resolved a couple of problems with our air conditioning unit. They were the only ones willing to come on a Saturday for that price. They came within a couple of hours. They also came a couple of times to service our units under our priority membership. This includes cleaning and adding freon when needed.

The crew were extremely knowledgeable and on time. They showed up when they said they would and installed everything they said they'd install. They had to build some stuff from scratch and their work was better than the original. They were extremely neat and cleaned up all debris that they created from the installation. In all cases, the work they did was perfect to the point where you could not tell they had installed something. The finished work looked like it was part of the house. They explained everything they were doing and they thoroughly tested and retested everything they installed. After the installation was complete they took the time to explain the features of our new air conditioner and how to change filters, set the thermostat, etc. The price was competitive with other vendors in the area. A nice touch was the company president visiting the work site to look over their quality, installation, etc. I was left with the feeling that this company is going to take care of me and be with me for the entire life of our A/C system. We've already had the opportunity to use the system and it performs exactly as advertised. We're over the moon with NexGen and would recommend them to anyone needing A/C work.
Description of Work: The company was hired to install a brand new air conditioning system and during the initial consultation, they not only met our needs, but also illuminated problem areas we had. They promptly emailed me an estimate which covered all of the options available to us and also the time it would take them to perform the work. Based on the estimate, we booked a date and selected the features we desired.
