He corrected the problem and also took care of what was about to become an even bigger problem....pheewwww!!! Brian was prompt, professional and I was happy with the results. I would definitely recommend Next Generation for all of you A/C needs.

Description of Work: During this HVAC checkup, the tech discovered the unit had been wired wrong and only the low speed of a dual speed fan was working. He found the scymatic and rewired it correctly. It probably had been working incorrectly for the 10 yr life span! Much more efficeint now. Nice work.

Chris performed the maintenance/tune-up with critical detail. The follow-up e-mailed job notes report is a nice touch....homeowners confidence of required work accomplished with baseline readings and comments/status.

Punctual, highly skilled and knowledgeable installers. who did meticulous work with an excellent eye to detail. Great value for the cost and most importantly we felt that they were performing our A/C installation with as much care as if they were doing it for someone in their family.
