 + -1 moreEverthing was cleaned top to bottom. The ceiling fans were thick with dust. I have a Labrador and two cats, all the animal hair was gone. She cleaned baseboards which I don't think had ever been done. The list of all she did is too long to itemize. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless. She vacumed, and vacumed and vacumed some more. She made my house sparkle, smell clean for the first time since I lost a housekeeper who moved to Jacksonville. She (the Jacksonville lady was good) still didn't hold a candle to Beth. She was truly a joy to have in my home. She is willing to do special projects with prior notice and ,of course, additional cost. Maybe after a while I may get up the courage to ask for more things to be done but as for right now I am tickled pink and sure she slept well that night. Beth is the best!
Description of Work: Beth came over and saw my house in a shambles. I've had not had any help for over a month or more. I am not allowed, by my Doctor, to do much around the house or to work. I was really embarrased she saw it as bad as it was. She was so nice I couldn't believe it. She said she never runs from and challange, and wow did she mean it. I told her by the time she came back it would look much better but there is one room she won't need to go in until I sort all of that out. It had become my garage as my husband has allowed room for the washer and dryer with a card table in his. The rest is his. She showed up on the dot with all her own supplies except swiffer refills which had been requested. I don't think my house has been this clean in years. There is lots of cleaners out there but very few qualified ones. I can't say enough good things about the job performed, how pleasant the experience or how much I already trust her. What a fabulous experience. Not only did she clean my house but she has inspired me to keep it that way. What a great person. You can't go wrong hiring this wonderful lady. I feel she is heaven sent. Thank you for getting us together.

 + -1 moreBeth came over and gave us an estimate. I liked her immediately. She had materials with her that set expectations properly so we were all on the same page. She followed up by phone, and email at my request. She came over for the first cleaning, which took longer 'cause the place was a mess. No mess phases her. She is always super nice about it. She is fun and kind. It's like having your house cleaned by Mary Poppins. After that, she comes every other week, on time, takes the allotted time, and does a good job. The house looks and smells cleaner after she leaves, and I'm sure it has fewer germs because of the green and clean, tried and true products she uses. It is so awesome that we found Beth and that she helps make our lives better in a tangible way, for a reasonable price, with respect for our special needs, and in a prompt and dependable fashion.
Description of Work: Beth cleans our house every two weeks, and does a great job. We have some special needs (extra work in some places like the bathrooms, less work in other places (whole rooms that we don't want touched), which Beth was very understanding and accommodating about. She uses very safe products that do the jobs very well. She really knows her cleaning.

In response to our inquiry, she scheduled a meeting at which we thoroughly discussed what we should expect from her service as well as what she expected from us. She has provided us with biweekly cleaning that has proved to be as professional as that first meeting. She is extremely reliable - I can only remember one time that she has had to cancel in all these years. My husband and I both look forward to opening our door and seeing a clean house that just glistens!. Beth is so trustworthy, we just give her a key. We could not be happier with Beth and the service she provides for us.

Description of Work: Overall house cleaning - mopping tile floors, vacumming carpets, totally cleaning two bathrooms, including toilets and shower and bathtub. Dusting all furniture and accessories, such as pictures, lamps, books, etc. Total kitchen cleaning , including all appliances, sink and counter areas. Ceiling cobweb removal throughout entire house. Complete cleanig of heavily used screen porch. All ceiling fans. Beth has been extremely dependable and cooperative during her time with us. We have enjoyed her working in our home.

 + -1 moreMany years ago, I called Beth to get a quote on cleaning our home. She came to the house and together we went over what was expected, room by room. I hired her that day and have been happy ever since.
Description of Work: Beth has been cleaning our home for over ten years. That should speak for itself!! She comes to our house every other week. She cleans every room in the house and does an exceptional job. I trust her completely and have no problem with her being here when we are not home. She is a true professional and takes great pride in doing an awesome, complete job. She is also very friendly and nice to have around!
