As others have mentioned, she scheduled an initial consultation to walk through the house and clearly explain what her services include and exclude. She sends reminders prior to her visits and solicits feedback to ensure that her clients' expectations are met. I highly recommend Beth.

We’ve used Beth biweekly for about 5 months. Her work has been consistently excellent! She cleans our 3BR/2BA house thoroughly and efficiently, including things that weren’t touched by previous house cleaners (baseboards, ceiling fans, etc). Before we hired her she did a walkthrough of our house and a cost, along with a list of things she would and would not do, so there were no surprises. She also works around our 2 large dogs and they know and trust her. We couldn’t be more pleased with her work.

I couldn't be happier with Beth's services. She cleans my house like I would (and I'm picky). She does all the standard cleaning one would expect, is open to any additional requests and even vacuums my furniture. I've had other services that cleaned really well, but I never had anyone before Beth vacuum my furniture. She is also very pet friendly (my little guy just adores her). Be careful. This is a seemingly nice woman, even if not strong on intelligence. She may very well be a good housecleaner. But if she doesn’t like the way your house looks and chooses to decline the job offer, she may not only seek an authority to misguidedly report you to but will share whatever personal information you may have confided in her. and quot;Reportingand quot; someone based upon uniformed opinions is serious and potentially damaging to said someone.

Ms. Lane has been cleaning our home every two weeks for the past year. After her assessment visit she did a very thorough cleaning to get things up to a maintainable level and has done a great job of keeping our home in great shape ever since. She is professional, trustworthy, dependable, and personable. She does an excellent job and we highly recommend her.

Beth is exactly what we were looking for in someone to clean our home. She's friendly, professional, timely, organized, helpful, etc. Our home gets cleaned exactly as I would clean it myself and I'm fussy.

.One of my cats isn't readily available to new people for a very long time, she is with Beth. She is a very good person and does an excellent job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone. Really, between her great work ethic and wonderful personality she will accept any challenge if she came back to my home after her first visit. Don't waste your time trying anyone because they are cheaper. She quoted a price for me and I said she was worth more than that to me and other cleaning service had charged that much and were not as good. I pay her more than most as she is worth it. I don't think she is lacking business and I feel fortunate she had room in her schedule for me. She is coming bi-weekly but I would happily take her every week. I hope this helps anyone looking for a housecleaner who does exactly that. She isn't here to organize and pick up my clutter, she is here to CLEAN. Beth does a good job. She is organized. She shows up when scheduled and gets immediately to work. She efficiently cleans my house.

Beth is always on time or early. She has a great personality and is very friendly. She is very thorough; she dusts all surfaces including the lamps and shades. I have a lot of items on the tables and surfaces around the house; she moves these items to dust and usually gets them back to their original places (that's a huge plus). She brushes the upholstered furniture and vacuums the entire house. Both bathrooms and kitchen are cleaned (surfaces wiped down). Microwave and garbage can in the kitchen are wiped clean. Beth spends about 2.5 to 3 hours cleaning per visit. I would definitely recommend her services.

Beth came over to discuss our cleaning expectations and we liked her immediately. She is very professional and uses and quot;greenand quot; products. We set up a date and she was here and on time. We have cats and dust that she made fast work of. Beth works by herself so you always get her. We are on a bi monthly plan and look forward to having her keep us sparkling clean and enjoy her friendly personality and trustworthy and professional manner.

I had originally wanted weekly cleaning but she had no availability but I was told she had availability for biweekly. We discussed price ranges and scheduled an in-home visit for an estimate. She arrived and glanced around and passed because of the following reasons: 1. My home is too small for her cart 2. My home would take too long and she would not be able to spend the time required before heading off to the big house she has scheduled in the afternoons. 3. My daughter and I would be in her way. I imagine she might have done a good job had she deigned to clean my home but i sure do wish I had been given a heads up on some of her limitations before she arrived. As it is, I would warn stay-at home mothers needing some help cleaning or anyone who doesn't have a very large, spacious and clutter-free home to save yourself the embarrassment and either ask the particular questions on the phone about timing and whether she has a problem with you staying in your own home, or call someone else.
