Delancy and Son's Stucco

Arrived promptly, evaluated job to complete, was given reasonable quote & told it could even be done immediately- and it was, finished within a few hours! (Pleasantly surprised over some past experience with repair persons) Would definitely recommend!

Was slightly higher than another estimate but proposed and delivered a much better job. Ran into unexpected problems but they dealt with them at a reasonable cost. Would highly recommend them without reservations.

Mr Delancy came to the house and gave me a fair quote for damaged outside Stucco. When I accepted, he said he could come the next day. He and his son came right on time and had the work completed that day. The only thing I didn't realize was that they were not going to paint the stucco, but the price was still fair. I will be updating this when I paint and see how everything looks

I received the estimate on Friday and he and his son were there Monday morning worked fast and efficiently repairing the side of my house matching their stucco to the stucco that was already on my home so it looked fluent. Not being able to tell s repair was done is doing a FANTASTIC job in my book. I highly recommend Delancy and Son’s Stucco, they are responsive, efficient, fair pricing and professional.

Chris and Chicago came out to my house and did some stucco bands for my doors and windows. Their work was exceptional and very clean. They kept me informed throughout the whole project what was going on. And I learned quite a bit from them today. In the future if I have any other stucco work I need done it will be Chris that I call. I will recommend him to anyone. Thanks guys.

I have had Chris Delancy (and Son's Stucco) do several stucco projects for me in the past. They are well experienced, been around for a long time, and will continue using them for stucco work in the future.

I have known him for 15-20 years now. He worked on my house, my commercial property, my brother's house, and my mother's house with no problems. He provided excellent service and finished early on every job. He is a good guy and does a great job.
