I hired Delancey twice - he rebuilt and restuccoed my chimney and did extensive repairs for an entire side of my house. Excellent workmanship, very courteous and professional. Amazing price and did the job right. Pointed out issues and addressed them completely with minor cost adjustments. One of best contractors I have hired since I moved to Florida. Nothing but praise.

I contacted Home Advisor because I didn't know much about stucco and block work and expected that a contractor vetted by Home Advisor would be competent and charge a fair price. I met with Chris, whom I had a good feeling about, and he gave me a proposal for my repair of $800. I thought this seemed somewhat high for the scope of the work but I decided to trust him and Home Advisor that he would charge me a fair price. He completed the job in 4 hours. In general, the work was pretty good although the top of the wall ended up a little wavy. I felt the price should have been adjusted to take into account the length of time it took to complete. He compared himself to a doctor and a lawyer and asked me if I would question their bills and reminded me that I had agreed to the price which is correct. I liked Chris but I won't use him again and I won't recommend him and have deleted him from my phone. When I use Home Advisor, I expect a good job at a fair price. In this case, I feel like my lack of knowledge and expertise in stucco/block work (which is why I chose Home Advisor to begin with) was exploited and $200.00 an hour is an exorbitant amount to pay for the work that was done and the skill set required to do it. It left a bad taste in my mouth for Home Advisor and Chris Delancy.

Chris repaired a small area of stucco after I had the roof repaired on my house. He worked on the weekend, finishing in one day. You cannot tell the difference in his patch and the original stucco. Great work from a local contractor!

I needed an experienced stucco company to look at an issue I had with a new construction home only 11 months old. I had eifs decorative styrofoam columns in front of my home that were falling apart and splitting down the sides where they were put together. I met with Chris Delancy one day after speaking with him by phone. He looked at the situation and provided me with the best option to make this right. He was very easy to talk with, answered all my questions, provided me a quote and I hired him right then. Chris took the time to explain how it would be accomplished and that this would definitely extend the life of the column. He arrived the very next day at 8:00, covered my entire patio with protective layers of thick paper, and began his work. He reached out to me and provided me with an update and he and his sons finished the job about an hour after I arrived home. They swept up and washed down my patio and it looked perfect! Not only was the stucco work perfect, everything was clean before they left. Chris and his sons took pride in covering my patio and plants and made sure everything was right. Let’s just say, Chris Delancy’s number is stored in my phone. I just wish my builder of my new home had the skill and pride that Chris has. It’s a shame I had to go outside the builder to fix this issue but honestly I’m glad I did!!! It was done right even if I had to pay it was truly worth every penny!!! Call Chris if you want it done right! I’m thrilled with his work!

Christopher "Chris" Delancy made this experience pain free for me. His crew was nice and professional. They arrived 07:30-0800 every morning and stayed until 5pm. They all made me feel comfortable working around my home. I highly recommend them to anyone. He did not attempt to price gauge or take advantage of me and my family, like the others who showed up and estimated their cost.

I found them to be timely, knowledgeable and experienced. i definitely would recommend them without hesitation.
