He showed up later than he said, but that's understandable - not a problem. The screen panel was replaced perfectly and very quickly. I just think his price was way too high for the job.

In each case Chris and Kathy were skillful and professional, not only in terms of the specific task at hand but also mindful of the aesthetic impact of their work. I would gladly contract with them again and highly recommend them. Just wish I could have gotten Chris to stop calling me Sir.

I contacted Chris by phone and told him I needed to roof screen and 1 door screen replaced in the pool . Chris stopped by the house while I was away and called me with an estimate which I accepted. Next thing I knew he called me to tell me the work was completed. Easiest transaction I ever had and great quick work!

I contacted Chris and left a voice mail to which he contacted the next morning. Set up a time to come by and give an estimate to which he was prompt on showing up to on time. Chris explained to my wife what needed to be repaired since I was not able to be there. After contacting Chris to perform the work he contacted me and made arrangements to complete the work. He performed the work when and as stated. Chris remained in contact during the work and updated me on some information. Would recommend Chris to others and would use him again.

Chris responded quickly to my initial phone call and came out to do an estimate within a few days. He did explain that he is a small family business and was busy with some jobs but he would come out as soon as he could. I was fine with that. I was glad he showed up when my husband was here so that they could go over all the details. He liked what Chris had to say and thought the price was good. We set a tentative date with the understanding that sometimes other jobs run over due to weather issues, etc. I was understanding of that. Chris was very good about keeping in phone contact and the job went just as planned. Our neighbor liked what he saw and hired Chris as well. We are happy with the results and can highly recommend Chris for rescreening.

I called several companies from Angie's list to get estimates for rescreening my pool area (just the sides, roof had been done just a couple years ago). Chris was the most reasonable and was able to commit to getting the work done before my son's graduation party the following weekend. He answered his phone (something I had a hard time with with some of the other companies) and was able to come out and give us an estimate within 24 hours. He and an associate came out and got the work done rather quickly and we are very pleased with the job he did. I would use him again without hesitation. Thanks Chris!

Chris and his wife have been in business for 20+ years. I wanted experts and not trainees to do my work and it is excellent. The Kapps were very professional, prompt with my estimate and return calls when I had questions. They were patient when I kept adding things I wanted done. They showed me all the materials to be used, cleaned everything up and the workmanship, price and warranty is fantastic.

Chris Kapps is excellent. He is very thorough, courteous, cleans up after himself when he is finished and his prices are very reasonable. He usually has his wife with him and she helps. They do a good job.

Chris and Kathy arrived same day as initial call - looked at the work needed, made suggestions but did not 'upsell'. Provided a detailed estimate. Once contract was signed, they called to schedule start date. They called the afternoon before start date to apprise their time of arrival. On work day, they arrived on time. They completed all the work within the scheduled two days. Before leaving each day they cleaned up the site, left things neat, even used a magnet to help pick up old screws/screw heads. They were very prompt, professional in appearance and demeanor. Did an excellent job!

The whole project went very well. Chris was on time for the appointment to provide the estimate. The price quoted was fair. The day the work was scheduled Chris was delayed about an hour. However, he did call ahead to inform me of the delay. When he arrived he started work immediately and completed the job quickly. He cleaned up after. The patio enclosure looks GREAT!

Chris and his wife Kathy first came by and did a walk thru inspection of the pool enclosure damage and gave us a detailed written estimate of the repair cost. They were extremely professional to deal with and they took the time to answer all questions that I had about the estimate. I accepted their estimate and scheduled the appointment. They called the day of the appointment to let me know that they were on the way and rang the doorbell at PRECISELY the schedule minute of the appointment. I gave them access to the area and they moved in their supplies and the repairs began within a few minutes. The work was to take approximately 2 to 2 1/2 hours and they finished at the predicted time. I observed their work a couple of times but was so impressed with the quality and progress of the work that I decided to stay out of the way until they were finished. When they finished, Chris walked me through each item that was repaired/replaced/installed for my inspection and demonstrated the use of the doggie door. My satisfaction with the professionalism of Chris and Kathy is complete and total. They were the perfect blend of friendly yet professional. I wholeheartedly endorse this company to anyone need repair of pool enclosures. If there were a satisfaction percentage above 100%, these folks would have earned that designator! A+++++

It went great. They were very good. It's a family owned business. The pricing was good. It was a fair price. The responsiveness of the company was very well; they came out the next day. They were very professional and they explained everything to me. They told me what products they were using.

Work was done in timely fashion and complete clean up of area. Beautiful job.

They did a thorough walk through to scope the job, wrote it all up and gave me a price which matched what I had in my head for the job so we shook hands on a deal right there. I was impressed with them and their other Angie's List reviews so no need to fool around with more bids (especially on such a small job). They scheduled a repair date for a few days later and came at that time. They did all the work in a couple of hours-the results were perfect. Couldn't be more pleased and would definitely recommend them. I know I will use them next time I have screen or soffit issues.

We called Chris Kapps after seeing him on Angie's list. Made an appointment for them to come out. There was a slight miscommunication about the time and date but we were contacted and rescheduled. On the appointed day, they came out measured and gave us a fair estimate. When they came out to install our screened wall, it was done well, very quickly, and it is BEAUTIFUL!

WITHIN 24 HRS CALLED TO MEET. DID THE JOB IN 15 MINUTES. DONE! I'M HAPPY.

I hired Chris over the phone to do some repair work while we were out of town. We never saw him and paid him before we returned home. Work was well done - no complaints at all. Very easy to work with. Seems very trustworthy.

Chris and Kathy did an amazing job! After replacing all the bolts, screws and tapcons, they installed pet screen on the bottom panels, 20X 20 on the middle and top sections an 20X18 on roof. They even painted some discolored aluminum sections. They also put put new aluminum over the bottom supports (where the cage fastens to the cement deck). When they were finished (and very quickly) it now looks like a brand new enclosure! Chris thoroughly explained everything he would do prior to starting the job and at a very fair price. They "know their stuff" and no surprises!
