They took their time and made my pool screen enclosure look like new or better. It was a wait to get started but it was worth it. The pricing was much better than all the others we had. Chris and Kathy did a fantastic job at rescreening the roof of my pool enclosure. They were recommended by my co-workers and I would definitely recommend to anyone needing any screen repair. Chris came by my house a couple of days after calling them and inspected the screen and took some measurement and gave me an estimate (via email) for the 18x14 mesh Phifer brand screen. Since then, I had inquired about a tighter mesh screen, and he had given me his professional opinion as to why we should not go to a tighter mesh screen as high wind will prohibit air circulation through the screen enclosure properly and over time stretch the screen’s integrity as well as and the stress on the fasteners (screws). I went against his advice and requested the 20x20 mesh and he had provided me another quote for the tighter mesh screen. I had decided to go with the tighter mesh and see how it stand over time. Although it took Chris and Kathy over two and a half months to schedule me for the installation, it was due to his backlog after Tropical storm/Hurricane repairs. They had emailed me of when they will come out for the installation, and they show up as scheduled. It took Chris and Kathy one day to complete the installation. Kathy had informed me that Chris had screened all the panels nice and tight, and it should last. They are a hard-working couple in this family-owned business and perform the work themselves. Highly professional, courteous, and quality work performed at a fair price. I would not hesitate to use them in the future and highly recommend Chris and Kathy to anyone for their screen repair need. Excellent! They are a small family owned business and had done prior work for me. They estimated the job, showed up on time and had it knocked out in no time. Chris went over each item on the invoice and answered any questions I had. He and Kathy are consummate professionals. I couldn't be happier with their work and wouldn't hesitate to use them again and to recommend them to everyone!

This guy and his female companion are rude, unprofessional and racists He say that "no job is to small" on his business card, Not true! I need 4 6x6 panels replace on my patio. Took him 3 weeks to answer my calls and show up unannounced after finally talking to him. From the time I received them in my home, Chris had an attitude and show no interests on doing the job. He said "He wasn't going to spend a lot of money to do it . to buy the materials and he charge me to install it" I answer that beats the purpose, if I buy the materials i do it myself. He replay "yeah do that!" In that point I was tired of his tone of voice and bad attitude and kick him out of my house. His female companion treat me to hit me with the measuring tape and call me "******* speak!" (I'm Hispanic) I was warned about him and he proved that is true what I was warned about. Wow, what a pair! I hope never cross them again!

I called twice before they called me back. Person on the phone was not polite at all. He promised to come out that week and do an estimate. He never showed. He never returned any further calls of mine. Needless to say, i went with another company.

Work performed was top notch! All old screen and spline was removed from the work site, the area was left neat and clean. No problems at all. I definitely will call Chris again for all future screen replacement and will recommend him to anyone who asks.

Can't say enough about yet another terrific job by Chris Kapps Soffit and Screening Inc. First they installed vinyl windows on my back porch. Then they replaced all the kick plating inside and out. They insulated it and instead of just putting up regular kick plates inside, they installed a chocolate colored vertical skirt that looks awesome. To top it off they repaired/replaced the old soffit. Everything looks so shiny and new and there isn't a gap anywhere! This is a rock solid job that is not only beautiful, it's functional. Will use them again and again as I decide to do something else new!

Chris came out personally and gave me an estimate, explained what he was going to do, which I really appreciated. Upon giving the estimate, he encouraged me to get other estimates and said that he would meet the price of a cheaper one. He came recommended to me, so I decided to have Chris do the work. They came while I was out, completed the work, looks great! I will definitely use Chris again.

Quick turnaround from initial call to visit. Very fairly priced. Excellent work and very professional. I would highly recommend them.

Slight communication issues with the phone but did not interfere with schedule or estimated cost. Very professional on time did what he said he was going to do in a timely manor.. Very pleased with outcome and would highly recommend.

Everything from estimate, to work completion, was done in a professional and timely manner.

Chris responded very quickly to my initial call and came over within a few days to provide an estimate. He didn't try to push more than what was actually necessary to maintain a stable and safe porch structure. He emailed me a written estimate. I replied through email to perform the recommended work and he called to verify. He let us know that he was quite busy and it would be a couple weeks before he could get to us, but he didn't forget us and performed the work within the stated time. The screens are nice and tight, the closure works great and the new aluminum bars look wonderful.

Chris arrived as scheduled, quoted job immediately, and returned as scheduled to complete the job. We were given a fair price, work was performed on time, professionally, courteously, and completely cleaned up afterwards. We could not have been more pleased. A+++++ service.

Chris showed up on time, and worked a long day in the hot sun. Next day they showed up on time in the morning for a quick finish up. I am very pleased with the result, and the work was done at a good price.

From the estimate to the final cleanup Chris and his helper were prompt, reliable, courteous and professional. He showed up when he said he would and got the job done in no time, exactly as promised. I couldn't be happier, and I recommend him highly (which is strong praise as I am a very nit-picky person).

Chris personally came out to give me an estimate. Initially I was thinking of replacing only the screens that needed to be replaced due to tears etc. After talking it over with Chris, I decided it would be more cost effective, and look much better if I had him replace all the screen panels. He also suggested the replacement of the anchors which I didn't even think about but as he pointed out they were in pretty bad shape (rusted, some completely through.) The job went great, Chris was punctual and did a fantastic job. The panels are tight and straight and the anchors look like they were originally installed when the enclosure was new. His company is local to Palm Bay and is family owned and operated. Chris did the work himself which I really appreciated. Would absolutely recommend him and use them again.

It went well. I initially called to have one screen panel replaced. When he arrived to fix the screen, he found more screen panels that needed to be fixed and showed me where they were separating from the frame. Since it was a bigger job than planned, we had to reschedule for another time. Both the first and second visit were done in a timely manner, within a day or two of me calling. I am glad he pointed out the other screens that needed repairing so I was able to get everything done at once and not have to call again. Screens look really good, professional. No mess was left and he even moved some big pineapple plants that were in the way. The screens were quite high, since we have a pool and extra large porch. My husband normally replaces torn screen himself but it would have been tricky to replace these. .

I am pleased with the work performed. If I needed additional work of this nature, I would call Chris again.
