Description of Work: Timely response and excellent customer service. The work they do is absolutely amazing! They installed a new LED fireplace and pulled out my old one. The guys installing it didn't like the facing at first so they went and got more material to improve it... no extra charges. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: We received a thorough inspection of our fireplace and chimney. The technician was top notch. He spent a good bit of time explaining to me the details of the inspection and what he recommended that we do to bring our chimney up to current codes. I would not hesitate to use ARC Chimney Sweeps again.

Description of Work: Did a thorough inspection of my chimney. Advised me of the condition of the unit. Showed pictures of it's condition. Gave a written report on what is needed to repair the chimney. They cleaned it from top to bottom and cleaned all mess. He mentioned the other services his company offers. Brandon was on time and efficient. Very personable and informative. He gave me his card for future work. He is a very nice worker and has good taste in music. I scheduled another service through the company at another house because of his professional ways. Thank you.

Description of Work: I purchased the Chimney Sweep and Inspection deal here on Angie's List. I was contacted within a matter of hours to schedule an appointment and ended up making one for the service to be performed only 5 days later. Hunter and Jake showed up right on time and were very courteous and professional. They thoroughly explained what they'd be doing and asked if I had any questions. They used a tarp to protect the surrounding area and were able to complete the job in about 30 minutes. Our gas fireplace may not have posed quite the challenge or needed quite the level of cleaning as a wood-burning one, but I was very pleased with the service provided and would recommend them without hesitation.
