They were quick & efficient. They said it was pretty clean for not having been cleaned for over 17 years. They suggested replacing the cap as there was some rust, but he said it was not something that needed to be done immediately.

These guys did an excellent job. It wasn't cheap, but it was worth it. They assessed the chimney and broken damper and made recommendations re what should be done. In our case, it was not only the damper but a lot of lost mortar and a decomposed cap that needed repair since that was allowing water to come into the fireplaces and had rusted the damper cable. The contractor who we dealt with, Christian, was very professional and pleasant, and helped sell me on the job.

The repair went really well. It took about 6 weeks because there wasn't much business in my area and they coordinate their jobs based on location to each other.

Did a beautiful job. Professional team and quality work. Went above and beyond to make sure it done correctly.

A bit too quickly. Not sure it was done thoroughly enough. In and out in 15 minutes. Last time they were hired at a different location it took 45 mins.

As far as I can tell, the quality is fine. I won’t know anything until we have a fire in the fireplace so it will be in the winter. The guys were very polite and accommodating and seemed to know what they were doing. Again, we won’t know until we have a fire in the fireplace because they put a thing on the top of the chimney. It was a whole lot more than I expected.

The inspection cleaning was done quickly and neatly. They returned a week later to replace the chase cover which was a sizeable expense for us, about $800. That work was done quickly also. We were satisfied with the results. The crew was pleasant, professional and efficient.

Employees were nice but communication within company is poor and too many people didn't perform the duties of their jobs appropriately. Wound up not having any work done and being refunded for what I had already paid.

At every turn the service was friendly, polite, clearly explained, and very professional. There was never any mess or fuss and I now feel fully comfortable using my fireplace. They went out of their way to make sure I fully understood what was being done and was happy with the results.
