Description of Work: ARC serviced our chimney. We hadn't had it serviced for years. They cleaned interior flu, caulked where needed on exterior from bottom to top and installed flu cap. While the first flu cap did not fit correctly the folks at ARC came back, remeasured and ordered larger cap to accommodate the larger chimney opening. We were very satisfied with their work and are especially pleased that they readily returned several times until the correct flu cap was installed and working properly.

Description of Work: cleaned chimney flue and resealed chimney cap. The important part was that cleaning was done very carefully and did not dirty the room with the fireplace. There is lot of potential for black soot to be spread around but the technician was very careful.
