Description of Work: They found probable roof damage below the chimney stack. Additionally, they found a need for a steel reflector in the back of the fireplace to cover the crack (which was a fire hazard) as well as a fireplace screen replacement. The total estimate was $2700. I chose to use their services for the steel reflector as well as the fireplace screen replacement. I was VERY pleased with the young man's outstanding work, as well as professionalism. However, I opted to hire a roofer for the roof damage below the flange of the chimney, for $325 for wood and shingle replacement. |

Description of Work: Two very nice young men came to the house from ARC. Because we had gas logs, they said that the chimney did not need cleaning. They tried to get a refund for me but because I had gotten it thru Angie's list on a special, they couldn't do that. They cleaned the logs and checked the starter system and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend them.
