We believe in the philosophy that it's easier to train a nice person to be good at chimney’s than a person that’s good at chimneys to be nice. The first email 8/12/2015 7:36 AM, the second email 8/12/2015 3:15 PM, and the third email 8/19/2015 at 10:15 AM. We reserved a spot on your requested date in hopes that you would get back to us. We have never received a response to the emails sent. When a customer purchases a service through Angie's List we do not receive your email or phone number. The only way we have to contact you is through their messaging center. Upon receiving your review I called the Angie's List Business Center and asked them to do some research to locate a phone number. I received the phone number, and have tried multiple times to contact you. We would love to help you resolve this issue, and I hope you can contact us to get it taken care of. I am truly sorry for any inconveniences this has caused you, and hope to hear from you soon.
