It went great! Very good, friendly, efficient and timely service. The repair seems to have stopped a water leak and everything seems just right so far. We plan to use them again next year for an inspection and sweep.

Everything went as desired to include reminder calls prior to the technician arriving, along with his arrival at the agreed upon time.

The technician, Hunter Tisdale, was very thorough. Before arrival, I thought he might do a rush job because of the discounted price but that was not the case. After examining my chimney, he explained what he found and what needed to be done...in addition to the cleaning. I was most impressed with Mr. Tisdale. He was VERY respectful and professional. When my contractor unexpectedly stopped by, Mr. Tisdale explained everything to him and even took him on the roof to show him the problems that he had found. I took note of the fact that he told my contractor (who has some expertise in this area) the same thing that he had already explained to me. It let me know that he wasn't trying to frighten me or over sell me by claiming the sky was falling. Mr. Tisdale even pointed out a potential ventilation problem caused by my HVAC dealer and recommended that I have them come out to assess the situation, which I did. I was also very impressed with Mr. Tisdale's knowledge of chimneys. It was clear to me that he enjoys his work and that he cared that the job be done correctly. Consequently, I requested Mr. Tisdale by name to come out and do the required repair work.

I must say I couldn't be happier with the results of my new fireplace. The gentlemen that came out to my home were very courteous and professional. They worked from early morning to late night to finish my fireplace as soon as they could. They could tell that I was excited and wanted to be able to enjoy the fireplace while the weather is still cold! Brandon the guy who was in charge explained in detail everything that was going to be done. He also helped me come up with the design on the finish look. We must have looked at many different options from tile to stone even exterior board. But, I just let him tell me what would be the best and I'm glad I did. Wish there was a way for me to insert a photo so everyone could see how it turned out. I would definitely recommend ARC for any type of fireplace work and I'm sure the have a Facebook to look at my beautiful fireplace.

I contacted Alycia at ARC and was placed on the schedule only three days after initial contact. Brandon showed up at my home, inside of his scheduled appointment window, on the 5th of January to give me an estimate to install an electric fireplace. He went over the different styles of fireplaces, mantels and the surrounding tile. He was very knowledgeable and was able to provide me with a quote that was good enough to make me feel comfortable about getting this done. We finalized the deal and I was able to get placed on ARC's schedule for them to do the repair. They placed me on the schedule two weeks out to have time to order the fireplace that I wanted. On January the 19th Brandon and John showed up at my home on time to start the installation of my new electric fireplace. I'm sure I overwhelmed them with questions, but they seemed as excited as I was and answered every question. Even going out of their way to explain it in a way I could understand. The installation was completed with no mishaps. If anything my home was cleaner when they left and my new electric fireplace is AWESOME. Thank you ARC for doing such a wonderful job. I will be recommending this company to ALL my friends and family.

The cleaning and the crown replacement were done professionally and in a prompt manner. We have had a couple of thunderstorms and I have not noticed any leaks in the chimney since the crown replacement.

They did get back in contact and explained about the worker not being there any more, came out and looked everything over, and installed a more accessible handle to the damper at no charge.
