I would highly recommend Paramount Fence to anyone. The survey, by Gary Whitlow, and the estimate for materials and installation were A-one with drawings and instructions. I was kept informed about the time line for material delivery and installation start. The installation crew were very professional. asked for our input and left a clean worksite. We couldn't be more pleased with both the product and the people we dealt with.

Paramount was very professional from point of estimate all the way thru final installation. Overcoming some unforeseen problems (tree roots), they were very capable and professional in overcoming these items. Kip along with his installers were very efficient and worked diligently to complete the project. We were kept in the loop as to the status of the fence every day. Kip was the lead manager for us. Very knowledgeable. Excellent and well informed sales proposal. Answers all questions. Expert and friendly installation crew. Always responsive to questions and concerns. Takes care of everything - neighbors, permits, inspection. Price may appear higher than others, but not by much and this is definitely worth it when compared to other companies who come and give you handwritten quote without any information or details on what will be installed. Kip made it clear he understands what needs to be done and did it well. That's the kind of confidence one is looking for in a fence project, and that's worth every penny.

Contacted Paramount Fencing to get an estimate on replacing my wood fence. Gary came out as scheduled and met with me - he really discussed my fencing options. Their price was fair and I decided to replace my fence with the same style wood picket fence. Once I got all the paperwork completed, they gave me a start date and the guys showed up as scheduled. Kip, the owner, also came by to open the job. After walking with him and the supervisor I was very comfortable in selecting Paramount Fencing. 3 days later I had a beautiful, wood picket fence that is extremely solid and is built to last. It is amazing to see how a professionally built by hand fence looks and how the support beam design contributes to the overall strength of a fence. I have already given the contact info for Kip and Paramount Fencing to two friends and I would use them again in the future.

We are waiting on the permits. They have been very good with communication with and answering all of our questions. They have been very professional handling our request. They said it would only take 3 days once they start work to finish the job.

It went perfectly, except for the weather. I wish every contractor I hired was even close to this company in service and performance. This is an exceptional company and the workmanship (especially under difficult circumstances) was wonderful.

Kip gave an excellent and detailed estimate. He showed up on the date/time as promised. I felt very good about the product and company after the estimate. We received quotes from three different companies, but choose Paramount. The crew was excellent and did a fantastic job. Our yard isn't level in all areas and we had some challenges with overgrowth in the yard behind us, but the crew worked around the challenges, paid attention to small details and built a quality fence that will last many years. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Kip was professional and thorough when we initially met. He explained the permiting and installation process to us. We set up a date for installation. He handled the preparation and filing of the permit. (This was really nice - another installer wanted us to do this ourselves.) The crew was on time and cleaned up all debris from the removal of the wood fence and installation of the new vinyl one. Kip didn't ask for a deposit. When we inquired about the need for a deposit he said he wouldn't take any money until after the project was completed and we were satisfied. After the installation, he set up an appointment to come out and inspect fence. We were totally satisfied but he noticed a couple of spots that he felt could be adjusted. Needless to say, we were impressed with his attention to detail. We would certainly recommend him to anyone needing a fence installed.

I purchased the house August 29th 2013 and my backyard neighbors saw us and introduced themselves and we started talking about the fence and they gave us Kips name and number. They did part of there yard with Kip. Our adjoining fence was in terrible disrepair and they agreed to pay half of the fence. So we called kip, best decision. It went fabulous. Kip is an honest man with a great team of guys. Started project Oct 7th and finished oct 10th. I arrived just in time to florida from NY to see the last gate installed. Beautiful work, Beautiful fence. If you want to sleep at night that you chose the right company, Kip is your man. Take down his name and number and pass it around, they will forever thank you. It went very well, very smoothly without any problems. They were well prepared and Kip arrived at the beginning of the Job to make sure. My house was not square on the unusual size corner lot. They took this into account so the fence would not look crooked. GOOD CALL .

The man was pretty much here immediately. He was very professional and explained his product in great detail, what the job would involve and answered any questions I had about the project. He also took care of all the licensing stuff and HMO guidelines compliance. He was very kind, soft spoken and respectful. He was fantastic! The work was done properly, no headaches, just a great experience. I can't say enough to glorify this man. He was cheaper than any other quotes I had obtained. His name was Kip.

Overall the project went very well and I would definitely use them again. The fence was solidly built and the team accommodated all of our requests (removable panel for future access, flat top boards, wrapped gate posts, etc). The team was professional and knowledgeable. They even spent half a day removing tough bamboo to make way for the fence. They completed the job, did a walk through with me, and did not ask for any change orders. The only negative thing I can say is that they started 2 days after originally scheduled because they were completing the previous job. In their defense, the communicated the situation and I kept me informed of the schedule changes as best they could.

Unfortunately, we are just outside of their service area; however, they provided great advice over the phone. They recommended that I review their website and the corresponding fence buying guides to help us know what questions to ask of prospective fence companies.

We were very impressed by their professionalism, organization and quality of work. Smooth process. Easy to work with. Here on time. Complete job. Excellent follow through. I've already recommended them to a few people. Honestly, probably the best service provider experience we've had since we bought our house a year ago.

I called for an estimate and was told the owner Kip would be out the next evening. He showed up as scheduled and after he walked the property he asked if I had any questions. Since I had already read his very informative web site on his building procedures I only had a few. He said he would email the estimate by the next evening. I received the estimate as promised. Although it was 15-20% higher than others, I agreed, since I believe that you get what you pay for. Also factoring in the decision was the construction method used and the fact that they mail a letter to notify adjoining property neighbors. Kip said he could start in about 2 weeks as long as the weather cooperated. During this time any communication by email or phone was answered promptly. Normally they don't ask for any money up front, but due to a recent storm in the area they had a lot of jobs and he asked for the money for materials. Kip arrived on a Monday to go over the plans with his crew. Kip said it would take all week to finish. Sam was the lead in a crew of 4 the first day that worked tirelessly and quite impressively had the old fence removed in 2 1/2 hours. They then moved all of the materials from the front and moved them to the needed locations and dug all the post holes. On the second day the crew of 2 set and plumbed and leveled all the posts. On the third day all of the pickets were installed and the gates were made and the fence finished just before dark. I did feel that they did rush a little at the end to beat darkness so they wouldn't have to return the next day so they could start a new job. I did have a couple of things I wanted fixed/adjusted, but Kip was quick to resolve the issues stating he wanted me to be a happy fence customer. It has been almost 3 months and all seems well with the exception of some warping on one of the gates. I intend to call Kip about sealing the fence as he recommended to help longevity. I am pleased with the outcome, feel I got my moneys worth and would recommend Paramount Fencing. I would like to add that Kip pointed out that the original fence was outside the survey lines and he had to move it in. He insisted on doing this for my benefit stating that if a neighbor complained it would have to be taken down and moved at my expense and he didn't want me to be in that position. Moving it in required moving 4 sprinkler heads which they did at no additional expense. He could have easily told me I needed to contact an irrigation company to do the work, but he said they would take care of it. Impressive! Another reason why I would recommend Paramount Fencing.

This fence company is the best in Orlando. We were leaving on vacation and they came out prior to our depature. They informed us that the work would be completed prior to us leaving. I was nervous because we had some rain. Not only was the work completed but the OWNER KIP was on site and his workers stayed until it was done, which was past the quitting time of 5PM! I think they stayed until 730PM, but they keep their word and got the job completed before we left !! The workmanship was top notch !! Working with the office Heidi was great and she always keep me in the loop. We have decided to get a pool and Paramount is working with us to remove fence sections and getting our fence to pool code. I have more neighbors that will walk by my house and just tell me how beautiful and great my fence looks. I would recommend them to everyone I know. They were very thorough and professional. They had a very quick turnaround time to receive the quote and they walked us through the process from beginning to end. The installers were very professional and completed the job in the time quoted (about 2 days). We are very pleased witht he fence, it looks amazing and is excellent quality. We have little dogs (5 and 10 lbs) and they installed the fence perfectly so that there are no spaces underneath the fence and they cannot get out. Our neighbors have complimented us numerous times and it is evident which neighbors had their fence professionally installed and which ones did it themselves. We are very pleased and would definitely recommend Paramount Fencing.

I'm sure another company would have said I needed to repair a whole section of fence to make it line up with the gate. I was expecting an estimate for repair. Instead, the gentleman went to his truck, got the necessary tools and repaired the gate immediately so I would not have to schedule another appointment. This was after 6:30 PM. The appointment was made after hours so I would not have to lose work time. THAT IS SERICE above and beyond the usual. The estimator informed me the fence should last another 2-3 years. You can be sure I'll be using this company to replace the fence at that time. It's companies and service like this that make me very glad I joined Angie's List.

Very well. Installation, Workers, attitude all very professional & service excellent, Several boards have split since installation & Kip stated the crew will be out to replace them next week.

From start to finish, they remained professional and able to handle issues that were unforeseen. Because Kip crosses his Ts and dots his Is we were able to build the fence in the appropriate manner.

Paramount Fencing workers appeared as promised. They worked hard and completely the project in a timely manner. They had to stop one afternoon because of rain, but they reappeared on Saturday to finish the job. We had a small issue with the lock on the gate which was promptly corrected to our satisfaction. Our new fence is beautiful. Kip and crew were professional in every respect, and we would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

They just did a fabulous job with the fence around our backyard. They were just wonderful. They were very professional. They really knew their product. They explained it well. They did their preparation work, notifying neighbors, looking for buried cables and removing quite a few things that were in the way of the fence. When they came, it was up maybe in three days. It was just extremely high quality.

Excellent. As stared above, the work was on time, on budget and the quality is fantastic! Materials used are high quality and the workmanship is evident. This is a small outfit that builds a quality fence, not one of these "slap it up and get n t the next job" companies that seem to be everywhere. The difference between this fence and my previous fence is just night and day. Highly recommend.
