Shannon was very professional. He showed up on time and kept me updated (was even patient as my dogs investigated him) They made sure to get all the proper permits and a copy of my survey to make sure there would be no neighborly disputes. Once the job was started work was completed in a matter of days. Shannon came back upon completion to make sure the gate was installed properly and to do a final walk through. Slightly more expensive than some other companies but well worth it since no corners are being cut and everything is being done right.

The first day the side fence that the contractors worked on was not level to the ground and had about a 6 inch gap from the grass to the bottom of the fence. The second day the contractors worked on the back line fence and there was still a significant gap between the ground and the bottom of the fence. I was livid with the quality of the work that was being performed so I called the Sales Manager to come out to my house. He did nothing for my concerns and made me feel like my concerns were invalid. So, I called the President of the company and spoke with him about the work that had been done and he came and inspected the job. He made the contractors rip out the side fence and re-do it and reinforce the back fence line near the dirt to keep the dirt and moisture from the bottom of the fence. I felt like I was the project manager of the job and not the customer. I wasn't even offered any discount for the problems and was told only that they had to eat the costs of the extra lumber for their mistakes which were in no way my fault. After 4 days of stress of what should have been a good experience, the fence was completed and looks nice, but I still have a bad taste in my mouth about the quality of workmanship that the contractors feel that they can get away with.

The replacement fence looks great. The company got the applicable permit, notified neighbors, delivered lumber, removed the old fence and replaced with a beautiful wood fence with gates. All of the construction of the "pieces" was done on site. Lumber and hardware were high quality. It is important to know there is at least a four week lead time for work to begin from signing contract, they are busy! Homeowner must be able to submit land survey for them to obtain a permit. Absolutely thrilled with the work and highly recommend Paramount Fencing!

I chose a custom shelf top fence and it is beautiful! They went above and beyond! I have 3 big dogs and I was worried that I would have to take them out on leashes, but Alex made sure they did the fence in sections so I could just let them out on their own! Everyone in the office and who came to my house were very nice and there was constant communication! I will definitely use them again when needed and throw their name out to anyone I hear that is looking for a fence company!!

I sent a review previously that I want to update and can't figure out how to do that. I gave a poor rating to Paramount for the gate repair I needed even though at the time of it's installation I would have given them an excellent rating. I was having a lot of trouble getting a response from them about my gate. As it turned out, the owner ended up calling me personally and apologized for my problems. He took personal responsibility to see that my repair happened. He explained that he had some new staff and consequently there was some miscommunication about my needed repair. He couldn't have been more helpful and my gate was repaired in short order after speaking with him. This is exactly how a company should do customer service! I have not received a bill yet which is why I haven't included the price.

Kip the owner is great. The team he had on the job was great. We are very pleased with the result. Even my neighbors are happy with the fence.

The crew did a great job - they actually built a fence from scratch instead of tacking up those flimsy prefab panels. The cost was a just bit more than going the prefab route, but the quality is much better - making Paramount the best value. I was concerned about sprinklers and cable utilities in the proximity the fence site and they were able to complete the installation without breaching any of the adjacent cables or sprinkler piping.

They were the most expensive. They kind of led me down the wrong path as far as what I needed so I chose another one on Angie's List. They could have better pricing and same product. It seemed like they wanted to sell me commercial grade fencing. It's a house and it should be residential.

The actual installation and quality of the fence has met my expectations, however the company response in handling a repair issue that certainly is within warranty guidelines has been very disappointing and impacts by willingness to recommend.

The sales person was punctual and helpful. No hard sell. Quality products...not cheap Home Depot type fencing. The office staff was responsive. The installation went smoothly. The owner Kip spent time with me to explain how to deal with some unexpected issues as he was here on the job with the crew to begin the installation. He spoke to our neighbor involved as well to keep them informed of the unexpected issues. I am a happy camper with the process and the end result.

We had several Angies list contractors come out and quote us. Including Paramount. Kip came out and was very kind, we walked the property, he checked for boundaries, explained products, qualities, and informed us more than we ever even thought possible. The amount he quoted was a bit higher than others that came out, however the quality of product and the true customer service seemed to make the additional money worth it. He helped us submit hoa paperwork, which was quickly approved thankfully. He also got the permits approved from city and promptly ordered the materials. he quoted us 30 days before he could make it out, then let us know as soon as an opening became available. we accepted, and his crew came out, installed the fence, filled in gaps below taking into consideration that we have 2 boston terriers. Day 1 they almost completed the fence, however they came back out day 2 and were done in a few short hours. The quality of the fence is outstanding. The gates have some small gaps that we have to take care of, but nothing an additional bag of sand or two wont fix. Today someone from the crew met the city official out who signed off on the permit now that work was completed. All in all it was a smooth and easy process. Paramount even went as far as letting neighbors know we were putting up a fence. Although they were more expensive, we are very very happy with what we received.

While the office and contact personnel were very professional and responsive, the work on this chain-link fence installation had numerous problems. Originally I contacted them for a quote for a residential chain-link fence with a bottom tension wire in my backyard for a very small dog. What was installed was a chain-link fence that was in places too high above the grass, the tension wire was missing in one spot, and our sprinkler system was damaged. The fence fabric was so poorly placed that the dog could easily get out or other animals could get in. The day before the installation, I walked the property with a representative to discuss my concerns and to make sure that the fence was started in a specific spot on the side of the house. On the morning of installation, I happened to go outside and saw that the very 1st post was in the wrong place at the very place that I had discussed at length the evening before. The company has corrected all of the problems after several phone calls. My complaints were handled in a professional manner each time however it took an additional 3 visits after installation to correct all of the errors. I will have to say that I liked the way they worked with my neighbors to make sure that they were not inconvenienced by the fence installation. They went above and beyond to make one of my neighbors happy. Originally I was told by the estimator that this company does not do very many chain-link fence installations. I wish they had declined the job rather than send an unsupervised crew to my house that did a very poor job initially. Even now the tension wire does not look very professional on the sides of the house and is at various heights around the yard. I think a true reflection of the quality of the job would be the ask the question, "Would a potential client be shown the workmanship at my house as an example of the work of this company?" My guess is the answer to that question is: no they would not.

From the beginning of the process to the end, the paramount team were prompt, friendly and very transparent. By far the best quoting process I've been through, they beat four other bids on price and service. I would highly recommend them for fencing work. They took a bit to get us scheduled in but that is to account for weather and ensuring each job is done appropriately. It's worth the wait for the end product.

Perfectly. Lowes was here on Wednesday at 8am to deliver the materials. This fence was to be made from scratch. The posts and picket boards were used instead of ready made panels. The line posts were 4"x4"x10' and gate posts were 4"x6"X12'. Picket Boards were 5/8” x 5 ½” x 6’, runners were 2” x 4” x 16’. The picket boards were nailed in with quality nails rather than stapled on to the runners. All the hardware was superior to that on the previous fence. Paramount Fence is not the cheapest bidder; they are the best. I can see clearly that what I have now is the luxury model wood fence and I was glad I paid for the quality. Every time I look at it I smile.

We spoke with 4 other fence contractors before choosing Paramount Fencing. We weren't looking for the best price, rather we were unsure of what would work with our corner lot, neighbor's preferences, homeowner's restrictions and zoning ordinances. Neither wood or aluminum seemed to provide all of what we were looking for. Kip of Paramount sold us when he arrived for the estimate because of all contractors, he provided the most information about the materials, process, and county guidelines. In addition, he came up with a very creative solution that is a combination of both materials that we both love, and importantly our neighbors are happy with. We added the platform top to the fence and it gives it an added elegant look. The guys who installed were true professionals. Polite, on time, cleaned up after themselves and respected my many plantings. Fence looks beautiful - thank you Paramount!

The permitting and approval went smoothly, the materials arrived when scheduled and they knocked out the job in one day. I was impressed with how hard they worked and the quality of the finished product. I would definitely use Paramount Fencing again.

Coordinated all the brush and tree clearing and stump grinding before installing the fence. Went above and beyond the norm...his subs would show up to grind yet another "buried" stump when needed with no complaints...always there to help and get the job done quickly. His crew was always on time and professional....moreover, they were creative and worked past the "plan" when needed to make sure the fence looked great. Really nice guys. Kip and Heidi were just a joy to work with and handled all the permitting, etc. This is not your normal company....rare find.

Our backyard fence was in rough shape, but the final straw was when a bear came crashing through it late one night. Paramount's quote wasn't better than others, but we chose them based on the excellent reviews here on Angie's List. We're really glad we did. Paramount was very professional throughout the process, and the fence looks great. This year we'll be replacing the AC unit, and once that's done we'll certainly re-hire Paramount to extend the fence around it.

Original fence put in approximately 7 years ago. Gate post had settled in the ground over the years making it harder to open and close the gate. Gary was terrific. He repositioned the post, taught me how to make future adjustments if needed and now the gate is good as new again.
