Description of Work: Carl came to estimate the design and cost of screening in our covered back porch. The irregular roof line required a customized design and specific door placement. |The design and estimate were emailed promptly and the job was able to be scheduled before the Thanksgiving holiday. |Kirk and Jeff arrived promptly on the expected date, set up their equipment in the yard and worked very carefully and diligently for a day and a half to complete the project. They responded graciously to our request for some unexpected changes in materials and door placement. The work was completed on time and expertly done. They cleaned up after each day's work and left the whole work area spotless. |Carl came to supervise the measurement and cutting of the face plates that protect the base of the screen and close in the openings in the porch eaves. Despite the irregularity of the spacings, the plates fit perfectly, and look as though they have always been there! After the job was completed, some minor openings were found in the base along our very irregular floor. Kirk came back promptly and perfectly completed the needed repair. |We are extremely pleased with our now much more useful porch. Every one of our visitors has admired their great job ! |It was a pleasure having such a seamless, professional experience. We would highly recommend KC Screens to anyone interested in screening in an enclosure.

As the owner, he was involved in overseeing the project and did a good job of communicating with us in terms of permitting and finishing up the job in a timely manner. + 0 moreKC Screen is professional and extremely knowledgeable. I never knew there were different kinds of screen! After they gave me a sketch and estimate they got a permit and completed the work. I wasn't even here while they did it - i felt so comfortable with them. They did a superb job and they were timely and professional. I would definitely recommend them and use them again for future projects.
Description of Work: KC Screen put in a screen wall for us with a screen door and a 24-foot gutter. The screen wall was about 9 foot high and 24 feet long.

+ -1 moreI called for them to give me an estimate to repair (if possible) or replace (if necessary) the gutter on my screened porch. On further examination myself, the gutter itself appears intact, just needs to be re-attached. There was also some minor stucco work I asked them to look at. I got back an estimate way beyond what I asked for; all new gutters installed around all sides of the house. There was also a stipulation that I would be responsible for some electrical-related work (that I didn't ask for). Perhaps they do good work, but it seemed to me my job was "too small" so they were looking for ways to make it a complete installation at a much higher cost than I planned or need.
