horrible! These guys might do great work but they insist on putting a clause into their contract that any and all damage to the roof would be the homeowners (me) responsibility. that's ludicrous. Why should the homeowner be responsible for their damage. I asked repeatedly to have this removed and they would not bend. Definitely would not recommend this company

Amazing. These guys were great. Replaced entire screen enclosure screening in half a day. Looks brand new. Price was great, would definitely refer to anyone looking for screen work

They were way far better priced than others. It took one day to complete the installation. There were two workers that came to do the work. They cleaned up after the work was complete.

They provided the estimate promptly and were reasonably priced compared to other estimates. I was having other work done before the screen and they followed up several times to makes sure we were still on schedule. Carl arrived in the morning and gave direction to his guys and also answered all my questions. Work was done over two days. New screen looks great, gutters don’t leak, and doors now open and close properly. Very happy with the work completed and would definitely recommend them.

They were able to schedule the screen installation around the pool builder's schedule which will enable us to finish the pool in a timely manner. They did major work and there were lots of bugs so we weren't able to sit in the screen area before.

Emailed KC Screen and they were super responsive to answer all of my questions, even sending me a drawing of where all the supports and doors would be (which was important since I like my view and didn't want too many supports). They had a 2 week wait time, but told them I was flexible and only needed same-day notice if something opened up. They called me 2 days later saying they had a spot open! Very excited it got done earlier than expected. The guys came out, were professional and went over what was going in and which way the door opened. Final product was great and answered any questions I had. Would recommend and use again.

We decided to go with another company but their price seem to be in line with other vendors.

KC Screen made the experience of dropping our old, leaky super gutter around our pool screen and reattaching a new 7and quot; gutter a great experience. We were apprehensive that the work would put our screen enclosure at risk but they took all the precautions and did a great job of communicating the process in detail to us. The work ended up being a bit more involved than originally anticipated and Kirk was committed to completing the work to the end as if it were his own home.

The estimate was timely and reasonable. The work was done quickly and professionally. I am extremely happy with their work and professionalism.

Our new screened porch looks great. They installed a doggie door next to the screen door on the porch. Did a nice job. They responded quickly to my request for an estimate through Angie's List. All in all we are very satisfied and would use them again.

The owner and a technician arrived on time, brought all the equipment needed, and explained the services to be provided. The north side of the enclosure was very green with mold. The exterior top had many leaves from the nearby oak tree. The technician worked steadily for 5+ hours to leave all surfaces in 'like new' condition. After the work was completed all the equipment was removed. The day before the work was done, I swept the walk around the pool to remove oak tree debris that had filtered through the screen top. That, plus leaving the pool cover over the water, kept the pool water free from cleaning debris. We are very pleased with the results and would recommend K C Screen (they also re-screened the enclosure in 2011).

Dealing with this service provider was a wonderful experience from the initial call to the actual install. After having moved into our townhouse, I was in a hurry to have the porch screened in to keep my dog safe. Kim was very kind and friendly and scheduled me as soon as she could. She called again when an earlier spot opened up, remembering that I was in a big hurry! The actual install went very well and the installer, Kirk, was very prompt and professional. The workmanship was outstanding and everything was perfect! They were prompt, fair, friendly, skilled, and professional - you could not ask for more! I highly recommend KC Screen, Inc.

The projected date to start the work is the 19th and I have put in a deposit already. They looked very professional.

For me the test of true professionalism is knowing when things are not going to work as expected - stopping the work - reassessing and then doing it right. This was the case for the work KCScreen encountered on my deck with odd-shaped pillars, nothing plum and an existing guard rail that created a gap that would have caught leaves and debris. The owner did the work himself and after a frustrating start, figured out a solution and completed all the work perfectly. He and his crew were friendly, worked quickly and quietly and left everything neat as a pin. It would be hard to tell you how totally happy I am with my screened-in deck. While others in the complex have screens that are gerry-rigged and ill-fitting, mine are perfectly neat and tight and beautiful. Clearly K C Screens takes great pride in quality work, listening to the customer's concerns and ensuring that their customer is completely satisfied. I would highly recommend this family owned and operated company!!

They had to take down 1 wall of our current screened in patio, rip out the concrete for our current side walk. Pour, paint and texture new concrete for the brand new patio as an extention and put a roof and screen over the whole new area. They also extended the pool security fence. They were originally the cheapest bid, not by too much but there was a lot of problems that came up due to our grading. The additional amount was always communicated and the result was fabulous. Wish we did this last year. The process took longer then expected but it wasn't their fault.

Did fantastic. Owner came out first, looked over, made good recommendations, set up a date, workers came right ontime, did great job, cleaned up everything like they were never there, owner called after to check if everything was great. Couldn't ask for it better. I wish every contractor in Florida worked this great.

Very professional. Needed a patio screen enclosure. They provided a phone quote. Came on time, flexible scheduling, finished the entire job in a few hours. Provided an engineering permit for my county at my request. Very detailed in explaining what exactly they would be doing, what materials would be used. Excellent ! Their price estimate was on average 20% than competitors. They do price match.

The setup and installation went very well. We were pleased with all aspects of the initial contact, planning, and implementation. The screen room was installed promptly and these people know what they are doing. I am very please with their commitment to quality work. They were quick to respond to my requests for an estimate but not to my questions about costs. My husband and I priced all the pieces we would need and it was half the cost they were asking. I will not pay that much in labor costs.

They did a phenomenal job. They had four guys come out first thing in the morning and completed the work in 1 day. They built an overhang all around and I wasn't expecting it. This was a great surprise! I only thought I was going to get one downspout and I received two! I am really pleased the work was completed by the 27th of August. They finished on the 22nd and I am very happy. They were wonderful to deal with from beginning to end!

My project was a complete rescreen of our large pool enclosure. I called and an appointment was made that day for Kim to come out for the estimate. I received the estimate via email the following day. The price was very competitive to previous estimates so I went ahead and called to schedule the work. The crew arrived on the scheduled date, on time and got right to work. They cleaned up the entire area each day. I was told it would take 2 to 3 days. It was actually finished by 11am the third day because they wanted to come back out and replace 2 top panels that had defective screen they had noticed and pressure wash the pool deck...nice! I was looking for a local business that would really be customer oriented and I found it!
