Description of Work: Flushed out my hot water heater. Did an excellent job and checked all my water outlets. Fixed whatever needed fixing with no extra charge. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

Description of Work: 2nd time I've used this plumbing service and both times with good results. 1st time was to put a previous re-piping job into the walls as we were replacing kitchen cabinets and 2nd time was to hook up the drain, dishwasher after new cabinets were installed as well as other general plumbing repair - fix leaking hose bib, check on bathroom drains, etc.

Description of Work: We called Jeff to install a water heater for us. He provided quick service at the lowest price. When we spoke to him he agreed to remove the old water heater. When they came they did not remove it like we agreed upon. When we called back, Jeff he said he would quickly send someone back to the house to pick it up which he did. I would recommend Jeff to anyone looking for plumbing service.

Description of Work: Bobby replaced faucets and rebuilt the cartridge in the handle for the master shower. He did an excellent job for us. We will be using Jeff's K, B & B again this week for other work and recommend them for sure.

Description of Work: Jeff responded promptly to our call to get a continuously leaking kitchen faucet ,He was prompt. he repaired our delta faucet by replacing inner parts. our faucet works like new. He said he could repair or install a knew one for the same price. We choose to repair.

Description of Work: I don't have any thing outright negative to say about the company as a whole, I would say it boils down to some irresponsible employees and that I can understand is not the fault of the entire company. Service provider did not respond to any emails sent, which is frustrating considering it was 2012, not 1994, and bought through an electronic marketing service...to be unable to answer an email, even late is somewhat ridiculous. But anyways, over the phone they were nice enough and sent out two guys to my house to perform the work which I outlined to them as "redo some undersink piping and wire in my garbage disposal that I had already hanged, and fix the guest toilet that often bubbles up and is temperamental regarding flushing." When the two workers came to my house my wife was home and showed them the two areas. Regarding the toilet, they told her it wasn't a problem. Regarding the sink they looked at the plug, told my wife they weren't electricians, so they couldn't do anything. Then they apparently knew nothing of the Angie's List coupon so they wanted to give her a bill, she told them about it, so they called back to the office and then had her sign something saying they had stopped by and left and we've never heard from them since. I didn't leave this company an F because I never followed up with them afterwards to see why they failed in such a spectacular fashion so I technically never gave them an opportunity to make good on it. However I was so underwhelmed with their performance to that point - no E-Mail correspondence, completely bewildered technicians that couldn't handle hooking up a garbage disposal, telling me that one of the two problems they were there to address wasn't a problem (I don't know where they were going with that) - and then no call back from the office after their house call, I'm just pretty uninterested in having them back. Again, it could easily be their two worst guys on staff and that they are a great company, and if I would have gotten anyone else it would have gone fine, just my experience wasn't very good.

Description of Work: A complete repiping of my home was performed. The service was performed on time and for the estimated price. There was one issue with leakage that was repaired promptly, otherwise the service provided was of high quality. The only downside issue was the numerous cigarette butts that I found in my driveway, lawn and garage after the job was completed.

Description of Work: Absolutely would recommend this company. Bobby did a great job. I had a shower and sink issue and needed replacement water heater. The price to replace heater excellent. Here for almost 3 hours and by the time left all was working and no more leaks and had plenty of hot water. Cleaned pipes, new water faucent, new pipe and new heater. Very plesantly suprised with price. Service was beyond expectations and price was exceptional. Highly recommend to anyone out there looking for a great plummber!

Description of Work: There guys are so awesome. We had originally set up an appointment for them to come by and look at a shower drain. The night before the appointment the sewer drain in our house backed up. I frantically called Jeff who instead of sending somebody out at 9pm (overtime hours), he patiently walked me through how to release the sewer drain pressure over the phone to hold us over until one of his plumbers arrived the next day. One of the plumbers, Paul, came by first thing the next morning and took care of the sewer drain clog and advised us on the shower drain too...all under an hour. Paul is a great guy, and we knew that they weren't trying to rip us like some other contractors. Great and affordable business...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Description of Work: The employee was very knowledgeable; was on time ; very professional, and performed the job within the estimated timeframe. He cleaned up after the water heater installation was done.

Description of Work: Repaired leak that was located in the main water line running from the meter to the house. Cut out damaged section of copper pipe (about 4 feet in length) and replaced with 3/4 PEX. Main is now all plastic. Note: I did not use the $99 special for this effort. It will be used at a later date.

Description of Work: I called them on the 2 of August to see if they could come to my home to find a leak outside my house that was generating over 20000 gal of water in a day. I found out about th leak from my water company but there was no isobar signs of leakage anywhere. When Jeffs kitchens baths and more came out on the 3 of August they were unable to find it which was baffling to them due to the size of the leak. They said there should have been a huge wet area and should have stepped knee deep into it. So they recommended a company that specializes in finding leaks to come out and find it and then they would come back out and fix it. They didn't charge me to come out to see what the problem was either like a lot of other companies I looked into did. Once the Leak Dr came out and found my leak, I called Jeff back and he said that he couldn't have anybody out there until Monday due to the size of the job and it was Friday that I called him back. He said that he would have a crew out there first thing in the morning and I was fine with this because I could stay with my parents over the weekend. Monday morning he had a crew out there and took care of my leak and he was even able to keep the total price of the job within the estimate he gave me. They did a great job in a timely manner too.

Description of Work: Jeff's prices are very competitive. I loved the fact that they showed up when they said they would exactly at noon. All my toilets needed attention for various reasons and he gave me a great deal and fixed out one at no charge. As far as the problem we thought I might have......I'm going to wait and see. That is my choice with my finances. He kept me very informed as he checked various things in the house. Great work, great prices and great attitudes. I will definitely be using him again!
