The labor charge was $275. I purchased a Moen fixture ($145) as requested by Jeff's Kitchen and Bath. The plumber inspected the fixture and approved it. When the installation was complete, I inspected the fixture mount and it was loose. The plumber then told me that he could adjust it. When I returned, the fixture was firmly attached. What I did not realize at the time is that the plumber did not use the correct attaching screws that came with the Moen fixture. That would have required him to remove the in-wall balancing valve that he had just installed. Instead, he used a super glue type of product to create the appearance that the fixture was installed properly. It took 65 days from the date of install by Jeff's for the glue to fail and for the fixture to become loose. When I called Jeff's Kitchen and Bath I was told that they had a 30-day warranty on their workmanship and that I was out of luck. A 30-day warranty on a plumbing job? I have researched "plumber workmanship warranties" on the internet and sites like "diynot.com cite a minimum of 1-year warranties on similar plumbing jobs. Cleverly, Jeff's invoices do not indicate any warranty at all. If you were about to remodel your entire bathroom or kitchen, would you hire a firm that only warranties its work for 30 days? The individual I spoke to at Jeff's was insulting and constantly cut me off in mid sentence.

[Member Name Removed], Thank you for your business and for taking your time to leave us a review. I looked over your invoice and I spoke to Ricardo as he was on the phone with you. "Our desk are close" Warranty's on Plumbing vary from job to job. Our repipes have a 10-year labor warranty, New construction usually 1 year and service/repair work ranges from 30-90 days normally We did your work over 90 days ago. I'm sorry you waited so long to call me. All businesses have procedures, and our warranty for service is 30 days unless otherwise noted on our customer's invoice. If there is ever an issue after a service provider leaves your home, you should call the office right away. We stand behind what we do, we also have rules so people don't take advantage of us. Not claiming that you are doing that. There is a reason we had to put these rules into place though. I'm sorry you are not 100% satisfied. I'd love to meet ya in the middle. I'll be happy to send some out for 1/2 of our normal inspection rate. Let us know what you'd like to do. Thank you, Jeff Wines CFC 1428217

The service went extremely well! The plumber who addressed the issue, Nate, was efficient in his work, professional, and easy to communicate to. He fixed the clogged sink in no time at all and even made double-y sure that the sink would drain no matter the amount of water held in the sink. Would greatly recommend Nate and this service provider again! 10/10

Some issues with scheduling the appointment initially, although quick to respond via Angie's List. However, everything was handled professionally and without negative interactions or confrontation. Was bumped to an emergency case with no additional charge. Technician was smart, professional and clearly experienced. Very fair price -- $315 for a crawlspace repair on an in ground copper pipe.

During the 29 years I lived in this house I had three pipe leaks. The recent one was a hot water pipe underneath the slab. I decided it was time to repipe the house. I called Jeff's New year's Eve and was able to get a detailed estimate emailed to me. I scheduled the repair for January 2nd. Jeff's sent four people to do the repipe and they were able to complete it in an 8 hour day. I could see they were very experienced at repiping because everyone quickly went to work without any hesitation or instruction from the crew leader. The crew leader took care of scheduling the Orange county inspector and also had their drywall person contact me to repair the walls. The detailed estimate and the crew leaders attention to the details meant I didn't have to make any phone calls for scheduling or questions. The drywall repairs came out nice and smooth and ready to paint. I am happy to be done with copper pipes and I have a good warranty on the Plex replacement.

The people in the office are very professional and courteous. Chris was the plumber that repaired my pipe. He remained focused on getting the job done under difficult conditions. A few days later I discovered there was still a tiny leak and after I let them know, they quickly sent Chris out again and he corrected the problem. I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the near future for another job. A+

the toilet was installed in the timeframe they specified, but the worker didn't level it out so it's sort of leaning to one side. It could be our floors but we don't remember the other toilet leaning this way. And the customer service person who took our call was cold and distant. No warmth. No "we're so glad you found us" sort of thing. It was just wham, bam, thank you mam.

The price was a bit high compared to past plumbers for the same job. But they assured me that they would do a much better job for the money so that I shouldn't need to call for another drain cleaning for a few years (as opposed to every 6-8 months like in the past). We shall see if the price was worth it. Also, despite contacting them via Angie's List and being able to communicate via email, they still insist upon receiving a PRINTED COPY of the Angie's List coupon. I have no idea why either an emailed copy isn't sufficient. Or why, since I contacted them VIA Angie's List, they couldn't simply deduct the coupon's value from their quote.

The shower faucet repair involved replacing a cartridge and was easily accomplished. The bath faucet repair wasn't done because they said due to the age of the faucet, they would not be able to find parts and recommended a full replacement. Since we intend to remodel the bath at some point anyway, we decided to hold off on the faucet for now.

I had my hot water heater replaced. The company provided me with great information regarding a more expensive heat pump system vs the standard, energy efficient model. According to them, the cost savings does not pay back for at least 5 years with the heat pump model. Since I do not plan on staying in this home for more than 5 years, I decided to go with the standard system. The technician was excellent. I would be aware of those using the 10% off coupon. It is only up to $35 in savings & not the whole job price. How come it does not say that on the coupon?

When my old garbage disposal started leaking water from the bottom, I called Jeff's Kitchen Bath and Beyond because I'd used them for some minor plumbing issues in the past. Since I've never needed to replace a garbage disposal in any of the properties I've owned, I had a few questions: 1. Does Jeff's KBandB supply new garbage disposals? Answer: Yes 2. Can I purchase my own disposal and have them do the install? Answer: Yes 3. The disposal I'm considering purchasing from a third party comes with an electrical cord and plug attached, but my current disposal is hard wired via electrical conduit directly to a light switch above my sink. Can Jeff's KBandB remove the included cord on my new disposal and hardwire it to my existing switch? Answer: Yes I would have been happy to purchase a new disposal from Jeff's KBandB and have them do the install, but I'm a big Consumer Reports guy, and the disposal they rated most highly was just $50 more than what I could purchase from Jeff's. So, I opted to purchase my own from Amazon and have Jeff's handle the install. When the appointment date arrived, Chris, the technician/plumber assigned by Jeff's, called me to let me know he was on his way. He made it to my house within the scheduled appointment window, and began the process of removing the old disposal and installing the new one. He hit a bit of a roadblock when it came to removing the cord from my new disposal. There was some question about whether he was allowed to/would be able to remove it, but I told him I'd asked specifically about this issue with the person I made the appointment and was assured it happens all the time. To make sure this was allowed, Chris called the office and after a few questions was told it was fine and to go ahead with the removal of the attached cord/plug. The next roadblock was actually getting the cord removed from the new disposal without damaging the wiring or the actual disposal itself. I pointed out that the instructions that came with the disposal provided directions on the process. It was literally just 2 steps, but in fairness they did leave a little to be desired in terms of specifics of how to remove the very tightly affixed rubber grommets that held the cord to the unit. I could see Chris struggling a bit with the task, and it was obvious he was getting a little frustrated. However, he always maintained a professional attitude, which I very much appreciated. I decided to jump on Youtube to see if there might be a video on removing these grommets from this specific model of garbage disposal, and sure enough there was. I called Chris over to my desk and played the clip for him. The person who'd made the video said that removing the cord from the unit was the most difficult part of the install process, but within a few minutes of seeing the video clip, Chris had the electrical cord free from the disposal. He was then able to wire up the disposal to the hardwired conduit connected to the switch above my sink. The rest of the install went very smoothly. Chris was very friendly and conversational, entertaining all of my questions, and we basically chewed the fat a bit while he worked. Once the install was done, Chris conducted a few tests to make sure the disposal worked and that there were no leaks. Even though the struggle to remove the cord from the disposal made the job take longer than it should have, Chris stuck to the price I was quoted when I'd made the appointment ($150.00). I appreciated that as well as his "sticktoitiveness" while dealing with the challenge, and I expressed my thanks. He said he was determined not to let the problem beat him, and he ultimately did a great job. I have always been impressed with the work I've received from Jeff's Kitchen, Bath and Beyond, but never more so than this latest experience. I will definitely be using Jeff's again when I have the need for high-quality, professional plumbing service.

Robert quoted me a price (including parts/labor) over the phone, gave me the model number so I could see it on the internet, and scheduled the work for the following Tuesday with the plumber to arrive 11-1 (another job before ours). Plumber called about 10, warning that he'd be late because his current job was taking longer than expected, and he still had to pick up the toilet. He arrived only an hour or so late, replaced the toilet, cleaned everything up, and it looks (and works) great!

Our property manager called 12 "emergency" plumbers and no one could come. We finally called our local water company to come and shut off water to the house so we could at least stop the damage. I found Jeff's Kitchen Bath & Beyond number through a Google search and they answered right away. He let me know that his on-call plumber was over an hour away, and he reminded me that a Sunday call was time-and-a-half. I agreed, and he sent Chris. Chris called to let me know he was on his way, and was very prompt, considering the travel time. He was professional, friendly, and took care of the situation. I asked him to look at the surrounding pipes, and he showed me areas where we could have problems in the near future, and suggested a fix for it. The pipes look great! The charge was $250, which seemed reasonable to me, but I didn't put a price "grade" on my review because I have no experience with plumbing prices here in the Orlando area. All in all, this was a very professional company and I would call them again. Way to go, Chris, and Jeff's!
