Description of Work: Replaced disposal ( provided by them) and kitchen sink faucet that we purchased. First visit he only replaced the disposal and said we needed another special shut-off part for the faucet that he didn't have. So I made another appt for the faucet. When that person arrived, he knew nothing about needing another part but said that everything was there for the install and didn't know why the first person didn't handle it. But it seems they both did a good job. It would have been better if the faucet could have been done with the first visit, since I took the afternoon off work to get it done.

Description of Work: Jeff's Kitchen Bath & Beyond repaired and replaced the 3 valves under the kitchen sink on 1/2/15. On 1/9/15 they also installed a new garbage disposal. All their work was performed in a professional manner and with high quality. They worked with me in scheduling the work at the time most convenient to me. They also called before showing up. I would not hesitate to use Jeff's services in the future.

Description of Work: Re-ran kitchen piping behind cabinets during a renovation and came back to make sure the dishwasher was correctly installed. Piping was $415 and sink/dishwasher plumbing and install was $370.

Description of Work: I spoke to Jeff concerning possible re-pipe for my daughter's home to upgrade a system installed 20 years ago - after we had a discussion about the re-pipe that was originally installed he advised that in his opinion that an update of the current system was not necessary. An honest man such as this is hard to find. He could have very well done the job and I would never have known the difference.

Description of Work: Used them several times. From major work in one bathroom to repair of connection to city water. Quotes over the phone were honored. Bathroom work involved a bit more than my request due to hidden problem but work was done any way. The were very patient with my questions. Will use them again.

Description of Work: Ran auger from roof vent at master bath to clean out debris in line. Solved the problem of the clogged line perfectly. We were totally pleased with their professional attitude from the first phone call to the service date. Loved the military discount too :)

Description of Work: They replaced a broken valve, they new what the problem was and they fixed real fast.

Description of Work: What they did follows; how it went - I'm not sure how to answer. |I noticed my water heater (located in the back of the garage) seemed to be leaking. I called JEFF'S KITCHEN BATH AND BEYOND on a Sunday and within minutes (maybe all of 5) Jeff responded to my call - asking about the problem, determining that it could wait until Monday (to avoid overtime charges). From my description, he said that the water heater needed replacing (once they start leaking, there's no "fixing"). Doug, the technician, arrived promptly the next day to replace the water heater. Before he got started, I asked him to make sure that the leak was coming from the tank and not elsewhere. He did and assured me the tank was leaking; he then replaced the tank. The next morning, there was still water leaking all around the new tank. I called Jeff and he immediately sent Doug back out to investigate. Both he and Doug assured me that when the original tank was removed, water came out of the casing indicating that indeed the tank had been leaking - they did not give me a new water heater needlessly. When Doug came out, he looked around again, checked all the pipes, etc, couldn't find any obvious leaks in the area, and then asked me about anything else that might be located nearby that might leak water. The only thing nearby was the refrigerator - on the other (inside) side of the wall the water heater was located. Sure enough, when we pulled the refrigerator out, the filter had been leaking - under the wall into the garage - and under the water heater. We took the filter out and no more leaks. Again, both Jeff and Doug assured me that there would not have been water in the casing if the original tank had not been leaking - and that makes sense to me. Nevertheless, I can't seem to get rid of this little nagging doubt...which is why I'm giving him a "B" instead of an "A" in quality. It is important to note that Jeff adamantly assured me that he would never want to sell me something I didn't need. And I wholeheartedly believe him. I do not doubt his ethics or professionalism...which is why I also feel a bit guilty about not giving him an "A" in quality.

Description of Work: replaced garbage disposal which I had bought from Amazon. All went well, the plummer was here1 hour 10min . the old disposal was a bear to get out but he worked diligently to get it loose. He made sure all was working and there were no leaks.

Description of Work: I was selling my house and found to have polybutylene piping in my home during inspection. I called to get an estimate and they were happy to come out and give me an estimate. Jeff came to the house and called as he was requested a half hour prior to arrival and was done with the explanation/estimate within 15 minutes. He gave me great answers to all of my questions and made me feel comfortable with the process. I left the estimate for the home buyer, and hope they use them because I would if I kept the house.

Description of Work: Replaced a kitchen faucet. Had difficulty removing old one but worked diligently to get it done. Was very polite and professional.

Description of Work: Provided and installed 2 new posi-temp shower valves. Installed 2 new toilets that we provided. Work was thoroughly done and at a good price.

Description of Work: New garbage disposal installed. Pedro (if I remember his name correctly) was fast, clean and cheerful.
