Description of Work: They replaced our garbage disposal and installed new shower head and handle |hardware. I was impressed first of all by them giving me prices up front for |the service. The tech came out promptly and performed the service efficiently |and professionally. I was pleased with the entire process and would recommend them and use them again in the future.

Description of Work: They re-piped my home. I like Jeff and his crew but the work was not as good as I had hoped. The did not re-connect my dishwasher and about a week after the re-pipe my outside unit sprung a leak.. The up-stairs bath has very little water pressure when you take a shower.

Description of Work: I bought an Angie's deal: $125.00 for a Toilet Tune-up and Home Plumbing Inspection. Anthony called and asked if he could come earlier than scheduled and I happily agreed. He was very professional and took care of my toilet issues, he also took care of another handle issue on another toilet. He evaluated my 3rd toilet and declared it "dead". It is 50 years old!. He offered many good suggestions on toilet replacements.

Description of Work: Purchased Jeff's Bath & Beyond, water heater special. Plumber came to install the water heater, it was too large to fit space. He then looked at old water heater and repaired the part that didn't work. On time, polite and saved me money. Excellent company will use them again.

Description of Work: They did the plumbing on the outside of our home on a Sunday when our PVC had been cut through by a weed eater. The plumber came with a helper named Jose and Jose changed our PVC pipe and everything works great. I was very happy with them! I would give this company an A+ if I could and they also had a very reasonable price.

Description of Work: Anthony was very professional. He checked out my problem and told me that I only needed a new toilet. Also told me the new toilet installation would be cheaper and under warranty if I went with one of the big box stores. Since he was already there, he did auger out the pipes due to the hard water in preparation for the new toilet.

Description of Work: I ordered an Inspection and flush for my hot water heater. When I called Jeff's they said that they could not service my hot water tank because it is 10 years old, and that flushing the unit could do more harm than good.

Description of Work: They performed a water heater rebuild. The rebuild kit that they used had an issue and kept turning off the water heater. They honored their warranty and they came back out and swapped out the parts and it works great now!

Description of Work: They replaced the gas hot water heater. I called on the 19th and set up an appointment for 10-12 on the next morning. At around 11:30 they called and said they had ran into an unexpected problem and would come between 12 - 2 if that was OK. The repair technician arrived around 1:30 after first calling to check on the type of heater I had. He seemed knowledgeable and replaced the unit with a State Hot Water Heater that so far has worked perfectly. They also gave me the Angie List discount which is alway a plus.

Description of Work: The plumber arrived on time ready to do the work, i.e., Whole house plumbing inspection and hot water heater drain and flush for $89 through Angie's List. He also flushed/snaked the drain line from the kitchen, replaced the kitchen sink faucet, and replaced a bathroom sink faucet. He was very professional and very proficient. I would hire this company again; if needed.

Description of Work: Replaced disposal ( provided by them) and kitchen sink faucet that we purchased. First visit he only replaced the disposal and said we needed another special shut-off part for the faucet that he didn't have. So I made another appt for the faucet. When that person arrived, he knew nothing about needing another part but said that everything was there for the install and didn't know why the first person didn't handle it. But it seems they both did a good job. It would have been better if the faucet could have been done with the first visit, since I took the afternoon off work to get it done.
