It was great. Professional, work was fast, and I haven't had any problems with either service.

Well they are asking for a review before the work is done but I had a toilet refurbish done from this company before and was very happy with the results so I ordered another. I expect all will go well.

Didn't get an estimate since the guy wanted me to pay for an estimate. All other companies I called gave free estimates.

Jeff's crew were prompt, polite and efficient. Repipe was completed in one day. A few days later, drywall was completed. Quoted price was comparable to others, but a discount and better pipe routing, plus recommendation from a neighbor who had used them, was a deciding factor. Only problem was with drywall replacement leaving some uneven areas on the walls which is less noticeable now that painting is finished.

The entire crew was professional and knowledgeable. The house has a lot of custom, built-in cabinets, woodwork and crown molding, and they were able to work around all of it with no damage. In spite of problems presented with the house (previous owners allowed the whole-house water shutoff to become buried and hidden, cabinet literally built around the hot water heater, difficult plumbing paths, and so on) they performed their work well and incredibly quickly. Also, the drywall crew did excellent work, matching the wall textures exactly. Both crews left the house clean.

Gene was amazing. He could not open the water utility connection, so I had to call the utility company to do that. Then Gene came back and solved my problem with a particularly brilliant solution.

Very Well, professional, timely, courteous

The gentleman that I spoke to on the phone told me that the work would cost between $150 and $190. When the plummer completed the work I was told it would be $270! I understand that the amount that I was told on the phone was not contracted but I feel this was a bit of bait and switch tactics. It was a simple and basic job and should not have cost $100 more than I was told on the phone! The plummer was at my home for only about 30 minutes.

Good except one toilet exhibited problems shortly after their visit.

They were very good. I've actually used them almost two years, or alone a year and a half. I've used them probably about five times. The last work they did they replaced my drainage system and that was in April. Prior to that, it was probably March; they did a repipe of my house. I think the price might be a little higher than other companies, but because of the type of work they do and the experience that I had with them, to me that was fine.

Received an automated email from them and nothing further, no follow up!!!

It went real well. The scheduling was easy. They were good to communicate with. They did the work. They did a really good job. In fact I tried another company on AL and it didn't have a good experience with them as I did with Jeff.

I keep using them because of the way that they priced out the estimate, The way that they had planned to do the work, The fact that they were able to communicate with me and do the job in a timely manner.

Price was very reasonable, work done was good, pleasant to work with.

Gene came by the same day I called at the time we had agreed upon (during the 2-hour window). Was pleasnt and personable. Appraised the situation, Gave me a quote and went to work immediately, Finished his work in less than thirty minutes. Replace all of the elements in the tank so it's like new. Cleaned up after himself as well as some of the mess I had created, It was an altogether positive experience. Thanks, Gene, as Jeff's Kitchen Bath and Beyond.

We came home from work to discover a flooded lawn and water running down the street from our main water line. We turned off the water but knew that at almost 7 pm it would be hard to find someone to fix it that night at a reasonable price. We actually tried a couple larger-name and near-by companies before we checked Angie's list. Two said they couldn't come out until the next day during work hours and one insisted they'd need to do several thousand dollars of repairs to fix it (over the phone, before even seeing the problem). Thankfully we then checked Angie's list and found Jeff's Kitchen Bath & Beyond who were willing to come right out and fix the it that night. They arrived quickly and after a fast trip to get the needed part, they fixed our problem. It turned out to be a pretty simple repair but we hugely appreciated having water in our house that night.

We found them from Angie’s List. They did the work and it was fine. They were going to follow up on something else and they never got back to me. I called them again and they still didn’t get back to me, so I don’t know what happened. The ball got dropped somewhere. The price seemed reasonable, because I had gotten estimates elsewhere. They seemed to be a pretty good company. They did respond quickly about replumbing. It’s just that they didn’t follow up on something after the fact. It didn’t have to do with that plumbing, it was something else we wanted done there, I believe.

Great. The plumber reinstalled the pedestal sink, tightened the faucet mounts and caulked around the base. He made a special effort to insure the sink was properly secured to the wall. Excellent job. This is the second time Jeff's has come through for me.

Anthony did an excellent job. He was timely and ready to get the job done. He quickly assessed the problem with both toilets. New parts were used and both toilets have stopped leaking. Great provider and will use again for future work.

Absolutely amazing! I can't say enough about the professionism, excellent quality of work at a more than very reasonable price. A++++++++++!!!

On time in cost despite very difficult job involving a custom spa bathroom

This is the second time I have used Jeff's and could not be more satisfied. This plumber still believes in and exemplifies that old fashioned idea of being on time, courteous service, and making sure you you are satisfied with their service.
