We could not be happier. The new drains, a complete reroute under the floor, were installed by a different company who did not know what they was doing so they did not run correctly. The replacements work great, and the work was finished promptly and at a very fair price. Andrew explained exactly what was done incorrectly before, why it did not work, and how he was repairing it. He even gave us a great referral to a tile contractor who also did excellent work at a fair price. I will never use anyone else for our plumbing work.

Shawn, from Jeff's Kitchen Bath & Beyond, came to our home to repair two toilets that were running excessively, and not operating as they should. Within a few seconds, he properly diagnosed the problem: we needed two new flappers, and the chain length required adjustment for more repsonsive flushing. He also replaced the cheap plastic service line hoses with steel-braided service line hoses. We are impressed, and we certainly recommend this company to anyone seeking a qualified and honest plumber.

It went extremely well. Anthony kept me informed when he was on his way and even showed up a little early. He was friendly and professional and the job was done quickly and perfectly. They did a great job making the plumbing fit the new configuration the new cabinets would require. They were responsive when I called and set up an appointment quickly (I called Friday and they came Monday morning). It was quality work and they checked in with me to make sure things were the way we wanted them to be. They re-plumbed my house 6 year ago and their work for this bathroom remodel was excellent. They're my go-to plumbing company.

Received excellent and timely service from Jeff's on Jan. 9, 2018. Our shower had been leaking only slightly, or so I thought, for a long time. However, when we received our water bill, I realized it had become much worse ( I let the showerhead leak into a dishpan overnight, and it overflowed ). Jeff's KB&B had numerous high ratings & awards from Angie's List, so I contacted them. They were unable to make the repair on the first trip because our fixture was very old, and they did not have the parts on the truck. On their second visit, the job was done in less than an hour ( the plumber even made an adjustment that greatly improved the spray power ). I fully expect to call them again for any future plumbing needs. I appreciated the plumber's professionalism; he took the time to explain the various aspects of repairing or replacing the parts and took the least expensive approach at this point.

Everything perfect. Easy to get an appointment. The team came on the day planned and earlier (called before). Roger knew his work . He fixed 2 faucets and didn't have the O-ring needed for the 3rd one, so he explained very well how to do it ourself (it was a easy thing of course). I will hire this company again.

My husband and I needed our house re-plumbed in a hurry because of a leak. Jeff had his crew out very soon and they did an outstanding job. Gene was great. They were able to fit me in with short notice, as we did not have water due to the leak. He was able to fix the leak fast and was very friendly.

We recently had our kitchen remodelled. All the plumbing under the new sink needed to be replaced, and the dishwasher, refrigerator, new disposal and faucet hooked up. After contacting several plumbing companies for estimates. Jeff's Kitchen Bath & Beyond could only provide a price range for the project until they could see exactly the condition of the area and items to be connected. We made an appointment for the day and time of the inspection and final estimate. This is when I found out what the “Beyond” part of their company name stands for. They go Beyond expectations. The plumber arrived exactly as scheduled. After checking over the area and equipment, he provided the final estimate. His estimate was actually at the lower end of the price range. The plumber said he could complete the job immediately if I wanted it done now. Since his estimate was better than I had anticipated, I agreed to have him do the job. The best decision I ever made. I couldn't be happier with the results. The plumber, Gene, was friendly, professional, efficient and very neat. When he was done he cleaned up the area as clean as it was before he started. There is no question that I will always call Jeff's Kitchen Bath & Beyond any time I need plumbing work. I would recommend anyone needing plumbing work to check them out. You wont be disappointed.

It was an emergency, so I called before service hours, Jeff called me back right away and told me that Robert would get in touch with me shortly to schedule the repair. I had a tight schedule that day but they accommodated me, and when Gene and Dustin came to do the repair, they were courteous, professional, efficient, and had a good sense of humour. Finally, their price was very fair. I would highly recommend their service based on my experience today.

I wanted to leave this review to let people know what kind of service Jeff Vines provides with his company. About five years ago I had a slab leak in my house constructed in 1984. I found Jeff's company in the flyer we get in the mail for service companies. Jeff came and assessed the situation and found the leak, and managed the whole repair and the companies from the Water removal company to the Drywall replacement ant the painting. About a month ago I noticed some wet carpet in the master bedroom and called Jeff's company to investigate. He found the one of the pipes was defective and developed a hairline crack, which Jeff stated he had never seen the pipe fail like this before. But instead of just fixing it and telling me to start a claim with my insurance company, Jeff took total responsibility to fully pay for the repair. From the Water damage control company to the drywall repair He arranged for his preferred vendors to make the repairs. Like Jeff they were all first rate and did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to recommend Jeff's Kitchen Bath and Beyond for any and all Plumbing repairs, In fact just last week I had then install a New water heater at my house. Barry McNair

Kudos to Jeff’s (and Roger) for their perseverance in seeing a frustrating, hair pulling problem to a successful conclusion. Among several installations they did for us was an upstairs toilet we purchased from Home Depot a couple of weeks ago. We called them 3 or 4 subsequent times to return and fix a slow leak. The problem was mainly caused by 2 separate manufacturing anomalies inside 2 separate tanks by the toilet manufacturer (Glacier Bay). The 3rd tank we got after exchanging the other 2 at Home Depot is finally operating as designed. Jeff's’ and Roger acted professionally the whole time and I would gladly call them again (but choice a different brand of toilet!)

Gene actually arrived about 10 minutes early for the appointment and did everything in 90 minutes. He was fast, professional and did excellent work. I've used Jeff's Kitchen, Bath and Repair before and they have been excellent. They are my "Go To" plumbing company.

Roger did a good job expeditiously and professionally! This was my second use of Jeff's firm and will call them again whenever I need a plumber!

It was an emergency situation and after hours, but Jeff called be back within 30 minutes and said he would have a technician out by 8pm. Dustin called when he was on the way and got here when he said he would. He was very professional, showed me where the problem was, replaced the broken pipe, and got the water turned back on within about 30-40 minutes. The price was reasonable for after hours. I would recommend this company and use them again.

It went great! The team came, assessed the issue, fixed the issue and even cleaned up after themselves. They were respectful and hard working.
