Description of Work: I had a septic tank center cover break and fall into the tank, along with it went several cubic feet of dirt. I formed and poured a concrete cover to replace the broken one. Dial Septic pumped out the tank and 95% of the dirt and set the new cover for me. They did an excellent and professional job for a very reasonable sum.

Description of Work: They were a little busy for a Saturday and had an extra call on the way to our place, which I understood. The driver still checks the voice msgs., he explained,but I was getting a little concerned after 2 hrs. He was not only professional, but answered my questions as he went along. And didn't charge Extra for that !

+ -1 moreDial's solution was smart, efficient, and only cost us $600. And these guys worked HARD to make it happen. The lone caveat: they buried our sprinkler heads with all the dirt they moved, which would have ruined the heads, if I hadn't noticed it. However, once I pointed out the problem, they were apologetic, and eager to correct their error.
Description of Work: Installed three "build-to-grades" on my septic tank. What the heck is a 'build-to-grade'?", you're probably wondering. Here goes: our septic tank was installed too deep. Septic companies couldn't find it to pump it out, and once it was found, reaching it required digging big holes in our landscaping. I wanted to avoid dealing with this every time we needed to pump the tank. Various solutions were suggested by different companies, including raising the tank, (which would have cost $1500, and might have broken the tank) to simply replacing the tank outright ($10,000, or so.) Dial came up with the idea of the "build-to-grades," which means they dug holes to the openings in the tank, inserted large pipes from the openings to the surface, and put concrete covers on top of the pipes. The next time we need our tank pumped, all they have to do is take off the covers, run a hose through the pipes, and attach the hose to the tank.

+ -1 moreI called to have my septic pump tank pumped, something I'd never had done since moving to this house. I was told the cost and set up an appointment for the following Monday Morning. Two people came during the set window of time. They had a hard time finding the tanks because of debris in the ground and it was 18" below ground, but they did find it eventually and pumped it out. They explained all about how tanks work and what I could do to help it be efficient. They offered that for an additional $150 another crew would come out within about two days and put a collar on to build it up to grade. The did not pressure me into this additional purchase, and I decided to do it. True to their word, the next day when I got home from work, someone had come by, put on a collar, and replaced the lawn and landscape in a very acceptable fashion. I was very pleased and would use and recommend Dial again, anytime.
Description of Work: Dial pumped out my septic tank for the stated $245 price. I elected to have a collar put on the tank for and additional $150 and they returned the next day and put a collar on the tank and did a good job of putting the landscaping back as well.
