Everything went great. They showed up when expected and quickly pumped out the tank. They replaced the lid and tidied up the yard after.

Dial septic did the septic inspection on the home we purchased 2 years ago. We recently sold that home and the septic inspector found a second septic tank that was full of tree roots. We had to take $1900 off our sale price to pay the buyers to fix it. The second septic tank was not even on the report! I left a message before we closed on the sale of that home and no one even called me back!

I called the large local company named Brownie that I spent a LOT of money with to have a complete system installed 5 years ago- and they never called back. I guess when I told them I had already had a system installed they saw no upsell and didn't want to be bothered. Dial Septic scheduled me in same day and arrived exactly on time. It was the end of the day, and the truck ended up being full, so they arrived as their first stop in the morning to complete the pump down and cleaning. They explained the filter and how to clean it, which the intstallers did not do. Plus, their cost was a full $75.00 cheaper than the other company. I'm sold.....! Great job from an honest local company.

Using Angie's List, I found and then contacted three vendors for doing septic tank service on a Monday at 8 am. Within less than one half hour, I received a call back from Dial Septic Tank Service located in Oviedo FL. I was contacted by Debbie who has excellent phone skills! Fortunately, a service truck was nearby--and she was able to work me in within the hour. Before the morning was over, my tank was pumped out and the lift station pump was replaced. All work performed by the techs was done professionally and in an open manner for me to observe the work and to ask questions. All of my questions were answered completely. Dial Septic honored the advertised Angie's List coupons. I could not ask for a better experience and job! As of by the end of the day, I never did hear from the two other vendors.

They worked carefully and efficiently. They coordinated with Orange County's inspector to return promptly and cover the drain field as soon as it passed inspection. The damage to existing landscape was far less than we feared.

Great! Very professional, did a great job and left it better than it was before - small touches like carefully guiding pump wires, placing plastic over tank lid to prevent dirt falling in and making it easy to locate next time.

Arrived with tank on truck unable to pump entire septic tank. Stopped pumping when their tank was full and said it was okay to leave a few inches of sludge (which I have researched to not be ideal). Because of full tank, fecal matter and sludge in hose did not enter tank and was released all over lawn and sidewalk. We had to shop vac and dispose on lawn and pressure wash and bleach sidewalk. When advised company was told they would send the tech back out but we had already completed most cleanup. My advise is - don't let them make you the last customer of the day!

Everything went smoothly. Sandy at the office answered all my questions, and scheudled the work. It was performed on time and i was very pleased with the work. The workers were professional and courteous. The price was excellent.

The whole process went smoothly. They even pumped the septic for free during the installation. My only criticsm is that they failed to put a section of fence they took down back up.

Great! Sandy is the expert on what needs to be done in order to connect to OUC sewer especially if you are outside of the city limits. Both Sandy and Debbie were very responsive to all our phone calls. The work was done professionally and they even moved the date up one day because of hurricane hermes and completed the work on the day it was predicted to hit! I would highly recommend Dial Septic.

He had me flush before he left to make sure everything was running properly. I have to add I greatly appreciated how incredibly responsive they were. It went BETTER than I could have expected. They came when they were scheduled, and called when they were on their way. Everything was explained to me along with the rationale and the cost involved. Nothing happened until I said OK. I can not say enough good things about this company and EVERYONE that I came in contact with. They are the professionals we all hope we get!

Spoke to Jeff over the phone. He gave me a couple of trouble shooting tips and we determined that a float switch had gone bad. Crew called and said that they could come early. Replaced the float switch and got everything working in just about 30 minutes. Price was exactly what Jeff quoted.

No problems. Tank was accessed by opening a cover Dial previously installed for us. They arrived promptly and efficiently performed the service. They replaced the cover and rearranged the mulch over it as it had been.

Jeff was our main contact and service person. He was knowledgeable, polite, prompt--all good. If he could not make an appointment, he called and let us know and rescheduled. The work was done in a timely fashion. That is really not a fun thing to have to do, but Dial Septic made it as good as it could be. The employees were efficient. They had the equipment needed to do a very professional job. Hope we don't need them any time soon again, but if we do have a problem, we will definitely call Dial.

Company was able to perform the work 3 days before scheduled due to a cancellation. My tank was pumped rapidly and professionally. I would definitely recommend them to my neighbors!!!
