Took awhile to get the results I expected. The receptionist was very nice. I dealt with Mat and Brad. They worked with me unti issues with the tiles where resolved. I agree with a previous reviewer that the subcontracting companies the use are not as professional as they could be. Their prices where fair.

I was not very pleased. They charged me $90 per month. They did not send out the same person all the time. Sometimes, they did not know exactly what to do. When I asked them to send someone who has more knowledge, they told me that I will pay $95 for them to come to me.

would not use or recommend this company again, the 5 day project took over 7 weeks and communication between myself and the company was only initiated by me. The workers within the company who were on the job site were clueless as to my conversations with the company rep. The finished tile job is acceptable but far from a finished product, I still am picking grout off the tiles three months later. The real concern is that they stained the bottom of my pool by letting the grout run down the sides of my pool and then sit there for 5 days. They tried an acid wash but it did not work, no one from the office even came out to look at the pool or apologize for staining the once perfect bottom surface. I was told to leave it for a few months and it will go away, well let me tell you, it did not go away, one day I will have pool resurfaced to correct the problem but certainly not be this vendor. Big on talk, poor on delivery.

They are a very good company. They are very quick. They are not the best priced in town.

One house was close to $5000 and the other house was around $7200. It looked like the work was done well. The only complaint I had with them was that communication was kind of poor with the salesman. I was trying to get information on things going on and I could never get him to return calls. I had to go through the office. They had to intervene. I had a pool light on the one house that was functioning but it was an old globe and it didn't put a lot of light into the pool. So, I questioned how much it would cost to replace it. It was more expensive than I wanted. Then, I talked to somebody else in the company and they brought the cost down. It was an amount that I felt comfortable with to go ahead and have it done. The pools were done and I got my release of lien. About six months later, I got an invoice from the company for the pool light for $700. On my second pool, the pool light happened to go out and I had it replaced by the guy that services my pools and he charged me $240 to put in the same exact light in the other pool. So, I called the sales manager back to find out what was going on. There was no way I would have agreed for $700. I waited for him to respond. He was going to check paperwork and all that kind of stuff. So, I waited for him to respond for nine days. He never did. So, I called back. I was going to talk to the company owner to find out what was going on and why they were charging me almost $500 more for the same light fixture. I talked to the lady in the office and told her the situation. She went and talked to the sales rep, the guy I had been waiting to hear from. He gets on the phone and gives me this story about I was such an excellent customer, he'll go ahead and match the cost of the other light. Anyway, I paid them. I wasn't trying to get out not paying them. I just wanted a fair price. I got a second quote from another company and they quoted me $245. So, right exactly the same as the guy who put it in initially. I used them about 18 months or so earlier to have them do acrylic decking on both of my pools. So, I had used them before and I was okay with the service I got before. But, I wasn't real happy with this issue with the pool light. They did some other things around the pool for me and were trying to help solve some situations. They were pretty attentive there.

Actual spraying of new coating went OK. Sub contractors left newly coated pool deck in shambles. Took 4-5 trips to house to get deck area, and step rail cleaned to my satisfaction. No supervision by Wemple of subs .. thus very shoddy work. Subs eventually showed up to do cleanup of mess they made but only after several calls and promised date/time by Wemlple.

After researching and interviewing three local companies I decided to hire B. M. Wemple pools to resurface my pool. They offer a fair and competitive price along decades of experience and knowledge. Patrick, the salesman who gave me the estimate came out and explained the entire process to me thus putting my worries aside. Matt, the Manager, ran the project with precision paying special attention to quality. I loved the finished job so much I decided to hire them to do my weekly pool maintenance. If you hire B. M. Wemple you will be pleasantly pleased. They are big enough to preform a rapid response yet small enough to really care and treat you like a valued customer.

Salesman came a week later then scheduled. Nice guy, measured patio and explained my options and wrote me an estimate. The estimate seemed fair so I was ready to move forward with the pavers but questioned the price of the water jets. After a couple of days the salesman came back and told me he made a big mistake on the estimate and that it should be more than double what he quoted me. I decided not to pursue the project any farther with this company if thats any indication of how it was going to go m

The estimator arrived promply for the estimate. He was honest about what had to be done and did not try to sell me a lot of items or services that I did not need. For example, I asked how much it would be to replace the pool light while the pool was being resurfaced. He asked me why I wanted to replace it. I said, because I thought it would be easier to do while the pool was already drained, rather than having to drain it when it burned out. He said that it can be easily replaced even when the pool was full and that they do it all the time. He said if it's not broken or burned out, don't replace it, which I didn't (and it's still working.) They came and did all the work in a timely fashion. It took about as long as they estimated it would. There was a little delay because there were a lot of rainy days at that time, and this work cannot be done in the rain, or the finish gets ruined. The workmen cleaned up after themselves each day, when the day's work was done. After each segment of the job was done, I paid for each segment (i.e., after the pool and tiles were done, I paid for that before the pool deck was resurfaced.) They provided quality workmanship. The pool and deck look very nice, and we are pleased with the final result. We have also been using this company for our weekly pool service for over 18 years. They come each week as scheduled (they are reliable.) If there is something wrong with the equipment, they will leave a note telling us what's wrong. Then we just have to call the office to approve the repair or authorize them to provide the new equipment, and they will take care of it, usually the next week, unless it is something that has to be done sooner, then they will come back sooner. Or, if we want to get the equipment ourselves, that is OK, too. They also will remind us of when certain maintenance procedures need to be done, such as the yearly tear-down and full clean of the filter (DE powder, etc.) If there is some little small thing that needs to be fixed, (such as an adjustment to the pool vac, or a small part for it), they will usually take care of that at no charge. They keep our pool clean and the water is nice and clear. This service is continuing (they are still doing our pool service.)

Weekly pool service was mostly below average. The pool was usually not clean when the tech left and I had to contact the company. At least twice to report issues. Algae problems began in June 2014. I made numerous calls to attempt to have the problem resolved. They had someone come out and try a variety of things, to no avail. I never knew the results when someone came out as communication was extremely poor. I called about this as well. No one seemed able to fix the problem. Finally I called a different pool company who resolved the issue by simply back washing the pool several times after treating it for algae. I have had no problems since then. I spoke with the owner' s son who said I could have called him on his cell if I was dissatisfied. I don't think I should have to do that. They need to have better management and better communication with their customers.

Great they ordered the part and when it came in sent a tech to repair it.

I called Brad Wemple to inquire about my salt cell light being on red and the salt level in the pool was with in the operational zone. He asked me a few questions and said he would have his tech come and look at it. Later on that same day his tech was at my house and tested and replace my sale cell and also advised me that pump was sounding louder than normal and it would have to be replaced. The tech said he would let Brad know about the pump and Brad would probably call me. The next day the same tech came back to my house and changed the pump. Both of the parts were replace free of charge.... I was advised that they were still under warranty.... Pool installed 7/2011

I was very disappointed with the deck resurfacing, which was done by a subcontractor who was not professional and had to redo it because of a lack of communication. Even now I am not pleased with the color. The contractor never returned to fix the pool light after several requests and the salt generator failed after several years.

We have previously had good experience with Wemple but the last 2-3 times have been disappointing. I will no longer use them or recommend them.

They came on time, when they said they would arrive. The tech checked the stains and added some chemical. Another company had looked at the same stains and wanted to drain the pool and acid wash it. The stain was gone in minutes .Then replaced the mother board on my salt system. He also found the cause of my pipes not holding pressure. It was something I was doing wrong. He didn't try to sell me extra materials he said I did not need. He finished everything within an hour and was very helpful and polite. I will call them again when more pool work is needed!!

After trying to maintain our swimming pool ourselves and encountering many issues with reoccurring algae as well as other problems, we were referred by a friend of ours to contact BMWemple Pools to service our pool and we haven't been happier with our pool since. To have a company that is both professional and knowledgeable and also have the staff to handle any issues as they come up has been a welcomed relief. When you call their office you actually talk to a real person that is both knowledgeable about chemicals and equipment including solar and if necessary can schedule service calls. Now instead of worrying and wondering are we doing the right thing as well as throwing countless dollars at the problems, we are able to relax and enjoy our pool, knowing BMWemple has everything under control. We highly recommend BMWemple Pools

Repairs were made without any further problems. So far everything is functioning as it should be. Seems to be a very reputable pool service company.
