BM Wemple Pools

We signed a contract for a full pool Renovation, placed our initial deposit, and have already had many problems with communication. We were told that our project would start in 8 weeks , and that a project supervisor would reach out June 13-24. We never received a call or update. I called emailed and texted the sales person, Pat, and didn’t get a returned email or call for a week. I finally got a text response saying he was on vacation and would respond July 6, when he returned to work. I called and emailed him again on July 7, no response. I called the office and spoke to the receptionist, Christine, who said she would let the office manager, Joann, reach out. A week later, no response, so I called the office and asked for Joann or Nick (in renovation sales) and both were “busy” but would call me back. No response. I have emailed Joann, Pat, and even the owner’s son Brad. Zero response. Today I called and was told to reach out to Shane who is handling our project. I sent a text and left a message, no response. I am about to cancel my contract because they continually over promise and lack communication. They do not care. After researching further, Atlas/BM Wemple are notorious for not responding. After posting in our neighborhood Facebook page, we found they have several unfinished projects after 2 YEARS! STAY AWAY!

Called B M Wemple to replace a salt cylinder. Pool was working great. They installed the salt cylinder and on their way out they rang the door bell and said "By the way, the mother board went down and needs to be replaced." Pool was fully functional when they arrived. Sent quotes for $5,000. Asked to have the mother board restored to the condition it was in when they arrived. Refused to split the cost to get it functioning. Won't return calls. 3 WEEKS LATER, they answer the calls only to say the part was delayed, they can't find it, all BS. We are sitting here with standing green water and mosquitos. How are these people still in business??

For pool construction: Audi, with sales/design was amazing and really implemented are vision and dream. The company was very responsive and easy to work with. Pool Service: always on time, pool is clean, no issues.

The service sucks Gerald who is a Supv lies about everything. They told there employees to write a review saying the service is the best where in fact they hire convicts off criegslist no one is trained and you never get the same service person. Gerald threatens the employees to stay quiet. And calls customers ********. Every since Bruce Wimple left the company has gotten terrible under his son who just parties and is a drunk.

Bought a pool from Atlas and now have BM Wemple service it. They show up every week as agreed and my pools is always crystal clear and blue. Would recommend to anyone who wants their pools serviced.

Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. The weekly service is great and always covers chemicals, brushing and vacuuming! they also keep an eye on phosphates and stabilizer buildup (which not many companies do without being promoted to)

Called Bmwemple pools to service my pool because it was green. The last pool company I had wasn’t very attentive, with out chemical readings. So I chose to give Bmwemple pools a call and they were out there next day within a couple days my pool was back to sparkling blue. Would highly recommend this pool company.

The company is great! I use them to clean my pool and Ezekiel is amazing! He takes his time cleaning my pool and makes sure it is balanced with the correct chemicals. When I have questions the company is very responsive and very knowledgeable! We are very pleased with BM Wemple Pools

Love this place. I work here and have had them service my aunts pool. She has never been happier with the service and would recommend bmwemple pools to anyone.

They also have an extraordinary maintenance and pool cleaning team with GPS tracked trucks giving the ability to provide real time updates for all clients.

The pool cleaning was the best that I have had, they were very attentive to what I requested and did not fail to meet my needs. Would definitely recommend to any of my friends and family.
