Excellent! I am a property manager. I use them for all of my properties! I trust them and they are fast to get to my properties and service my tenants! As we all know when AC or Heat go down people are not happy, so I appreciate them being so quick to get there!

I am new at owning a Heat Pump system. I called ABC Air Conditioning and Heating Specialist Inc to come out and check my system as I thought I may be having a problem. The service tech came out at the time stated only to find my system was running normally. I asked him to do a winter tune-up as well. He did so, and I was very satisfied with the findings. The tech was very informative about what to expect from a Heat Pump System compared to a regular AC System. I really like my Heat Pump System. The tech was personable and professional throughout the service call. Thank you, Abraham! Also, thank you Sam in the office for making all this happen for me in my time of need. You guys and girls are the best! Would I call them again? You betcha! I had already spoken to my neighbor Joe about ABC (I gave him a card from ABC) and he said to me yesterday he would definitely be calling them if he has a need. Thank you, ABC for being there when I needed you.

Awesome techs, except first one after the install; he tried to make us believe we have a Freon leak ~ Please Do Not let my old lady blue hair fool you; I have been a homeowner longer than you have been alive. He's not been back.

I called ABC AC & Heating about 10 am yesterday morning (9 Dec 2020) and they were able to schedule a tech to come out to my house between 2-4 pm yesterday afternoon. After he called to let me know he was on his way, their tech (Jamar) came at 3pm and promptly went to work examining the TRANE heat pump system. Jamar was courteous, explained what he found and quickly corrected the problem (broken wire) that caused the heat pump to abruptly stop working. We had been waiting on another company since late last week and had been without heat since then, so ABC quickly got us back up and running. We were charged $85 which I thought was very reasonable. We have now set up a semi annual maintenance program with ABC for our one year old TRANE heat pump system to keep it running well.

A simple diagnosis of a new thermostat needed and a card to call to install if wanted. Great company, great office and service staff.

Everyone from Eddie to the office to the install team were great! I cannot say enough great things about how easily the install went. Our renovations never go as planned for our house and there was an issue with the size of the air handler. They had a solution for it and there were no delays in getting the job done in the time they said it would take.

Same day appointment. Technician called before arriving and arrived at the beginning of the service window. Repair work was carried out quickly and professionally, and the technician was obviously experienced and knowledgeable. After diagnosing the problem, the technician checked out several other possible trouble areas to keep me informed of the overall condition of the unit.

Perfectly! This is the second time we have used ABC and they are hands down the best contractors we have ever worked with. Our AC went out over Memorial Day Weekend and they were incredibly helpful and considerate in getting us taken care of. We got a great system (way better performing than the Lennox we previously had) for a very fair price with excellent service and follow-up. This time, we also needed immediate assistance because our house was under contract for sale and the inspector found some issues with the other unit (not the one installed by ABC). They were incredibly helpful in not only getting the repair done rapidly, but also in taking care of other issues that helped us with the sale. Every employee and the owner are awesome to work with!!

Abel was the technician and he was knowledgable, professional and friendly. He talked us through the entire process and made clear our options. Our system is over a decade old, so it's ready to be replaced, but we did not feel pressure to get anything done that was unnecessary. I highly recommend.

Everything went very well, Jeremar did an excellent job. He was very friendly and professional and let me know exactly what was going on. He got us up and running ASAP and even endured my 100 lb. german shepherd greeting him at the door.

We were in a difficult situation when our outside unit died in the middle of Summer and the ABC company delivered, and did a terrific job. Pricing was fair and the service was excellent. End results is wonderful cool air for myself and the family. Thanks.

So far, everyone we have worked with or talked to at ABC Air Conditioning has been knowledgeable and professional. We intend to continue to use them for regular service and when our aging unit dies will go to them first for replacement.

Eddie came out to give us an estimate. After checking with other companies we decided to go with abc air. Their price was very fair. Being without A/c they tried to get the install done as soon as they could. The job was completed in one day. They did a great job with the install and cleaned up all the debris. I would highly recommend them. I will use them again.

The folks at ABC Air Conditioning and Heating are top notch professionals and HONEST. My HVAC install went very smoothly. They also take the time to answer any questions you may have. I would absolutely recommend them for any HVAC work, whether installs, service, or maintenance! Great family-owned company!

Twice they were scheduled and were no show. They never called me. I had to call and ask what was going on. The person who did the original estimate must have quit or something because they came unprepared. He said he measured to order grated but then we had to wait over two weeks after initial work to get it finished. The CB person who did the actual work was great and did high quality work but the administrative side is terrible. They never even offered a discount to compensate for all the mistakes. We had to move out twice to family when they were scheduled and then didn’t show up or even call to say they weren’t going to work.

Tech got the system to blow cold but the next day we had the same problem. I called back and tried to get them to come back and take a second look and perform some of the things the tech recommended but they said our unit was dated and not able to be worked on. Not mad about it. Even tipped the tech for getting unit blowing cold again. Just moving on.

The easiest and best A/C repair I have ever had. I initially spoke with Vicky and Rachel to schedule my repair. These ladies are efficient, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to speak with. The technician (Jeremar) arrived on-time and diagnosed the problem in about 30 minutes - excellent technician. Unfortunately they did not stock the part I needed so he put me in touch with Sam who is responsible for ordering the parts and validating warranties. I did not believe my part was covered under Warranty but Sam assured me it was (a huge surprise to me - Thank You Sam). In addition, Sam was able to get the part the next day and schedule Jeremar for the repair. Jeremar repaired the A/C in about an hour and I now have Ice Cold air. This is the first time I have used ABC Air Conditioning & Heating Specialist but it will not be the last. My wife and I are elderly so to find a trustworthy A/C repair company that only does what is required to repair your A/C was a huge relief mentally and financially.

It went great it was on a Sunday they said they would be here between 11 and 1 and were here right at 11. They ae very nice and polite do a great job and leave no mess.

ABC Air was there the next day. Joe was even early. I appreciate the phone call from him to let us know what time he would arrive. Highly recommend.
