This request was to replace a standard thermostat with a smart thermostat. I tried to tackle the project myself, but it was a bit out of my scope, I didn’t want to damage anything, including myself, and felt best to let a professional handle it. The specialist did a great work. He was efficient, friendly, explained everything, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. Thank you!

They installed a mini split for me back at the end of 2021 was really happy with them and it. Had them service the unit along the way as well. This year half of the mini split stopped blowing air so I put in a service call. Tech came out, checked it out and found dust was caked on one side of the blower preventing it from blowing. He told me his boss said it will be $405 for an hour of work to clean it. I called another AC professional I knew during that time and he said that was way over priced. Plus I still had to pay the $90 for them to come out. I basically paid the $90, sent him on his way. Advised I will never use them again. It took me 5 min to get the blower out and clean it. I also went to Lowes, bought a $9 self rinse coil cleaner, plastic to protect the wall and electrical in the unit and took an hour to take care of it.

Sean showed up at our house on time to perform maintenance, and he is very kind, experienced, professional and answered all my questions. He went above and beyond to clean up the AC unit. We have a package to check up AC twice a year. The cost listed below is for maintenance every 6 months.

Aaron did a great job. He immediately diagnosed our problem and placed the order for the needed component, which he was able to get installed the next day. He thoroughly explained the problem and the proposed solution, which is obviously correct, as our system is now functioning just fine. He recommended annual preventive maintenance, which we intend to order. At his request, we provided the president of our HOA with ABC's and Aaron's contact info so that other residents of our community may also benefit from the top level service that we received.

Thus far our interactions and services provided by ABC Air Conditioning and Heating Specialist Inc (hereinafter "ABC") have been very good, if not better. Cameron (the Tech) completed the Dye leak test performing his service safely and swiftly. While it was inconvenient to wait until dark, it was understandable as the leak test had to be performed late evening. As feedback to the ABC, it will be best if all your goods and services rates are published so it will be transparent to the consumer before they commit. We find ABC to be on the higher side on the labor rates. Time alone will tell if the quality is commensurate with their higher rates. Overall, as this is the first time I have dealt with ABC I give them full rating of Excellent. However, if they are not acting in a reasonable manner or NOT in "good faith", then I will NOT hesitate to change this rating. My message to ABC is to NOT rest on past laurels and improve continuously (and listen to your customers).

Called at 10:30am on a weekday requesting A/C service & within 4hrs. a technician named Hany arrived. Hany asked me to describe what happened with unit & listened attentively to my reply. He proceeded to check the unit & the first thing he noticed was the outdoor unit fan running backwards & compressor not running. Upon further checking of unit, he found the capacitor had failed. Hany replaced the capacitor & the unit started working properly. The unit in question is approximately 7yrs. old. I did not have a service contract, however, due to the quick response for service & Hany's professionalism in communicating & explaining in detail his findings & recommendations I signed up for a Gold Package service contract. I requested a Hard Start Kit, Dye in system for a possible freon leak which ABC will return to check within 5-7 days at no extra charge. One pound of freon was also added due to small leak. Based on this firsthand experience I recommend ABC for your air conditioning needs.

The beginning was rough like whatever major home repair. But as a team we got through it. Staff were amazing shout out to Nicole. The guys were communicative and approachable and personable. Happy to have a brand new unit blow ice cold air!

Fred is an amazing technician and went above and beyond for us. ABC did a great job as always.

They are always professional and wonderful. Sean deserves a raise. He was kind, informative, and dealt with my dogs and 23 year old know it all done with grace. He was quite wonderful. This was also after hours, Sean was kind and considerate and taught me several things I didn’t know before about my AC.

ABC Air was fabulous!! On time, called to let me know they were 30 minutes out and fixed the issue from the original installation from another company!!!! Their Gold Maintenance Plan is awesome as well. Finally, an air conditioning company you can trust in Florida. Well done!!
