Working with ABC was everything you’d expect from a top notch business that cares about fantastic customer service and doing the right thing. My elderly and disabled parent’s (90s) AC went out and ABC brought them a portable ac unit to keep them comfortable while they waited on the install. They moved around their schedule and came on a Saturday (and holiday weekend) to get the job done. I highly recommend ABC. They are good human beings!!

The technician arrived earlier than expected (which I am extremely happy about) on the same day I called which was FANTASTIC. He resolved the problem promptly and professionally. Paid exactly what I expected to pay, what I considered to be a reasonable service call rate, with no surprises. I will definitely call ABC again for help the next time I need help with an AC problem.

Great company, ethical, well supervised. On time, courteous, knowledgeable. Clean up after themselves. Don’t try to sell me something unless it’s obviously needed. Wish there were more companies like them .

I've been using ABC for over a year now. They told me that my AC was on its last leg last year and they I had until about January 2022 before it'd give out. It lasted a little longer, but when it did fail they got us worked in. They not only installed the new Carrier unit and compressor but moved it to a new spot as the old one took up a lot of our backyard.

It went great! I had been told by a different company that it would take a month to get a new AC unit. However, Patrick was great and he was able to get me a new unit within a week. He was very responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Also, the installers, Brandon and Luis, were extremely polite, and answered all of my questions. They were fast workers and cleaned up after themselves. Patrick came by my house after the installation to make sure everything was working properly. I am very happy with the service I received!

AAA+ on knowledge, timeliness, integrity It started with our thermostat turning off around 5 p.m. We called the company but they had already just closed. We left a message and within minutes, Nicole called back. We described the problem and she recommended that we clear the drain valve and reset a switch. Unfortunately, we were not able to figure out what she was describing. She offered to send a technician out that night and within an hour Thomas, the repairman, arrived. He cleared the line, reset the switch and the repair job was completed. The service call cost was extremely reasonable - $90, considering that he spent more than two hours on an after-hours call. Our A/C is more than 16 years old and well past the time for an upgrade. At OUR request, Thomas spent additional time going over the features and benefits of new systems and helping us select for a new install. Of course, having done this, the company waived our service call fee! Less than a week later, the install team – Trip and Brandon - arrived to install the new system. Courteous, professional, helpful, knowledgeable, hard working……. There simply are not enough adjectives to describe how diligently they worked and how impressed we were with them both. This company was not a name we recognized – having lived in this area for the last 25 years. Nonetheless, based on their professionalism and courtesy from the moment of the first phone handled by Nicole, then the initial service provided by Thomas and topped off by the install performed by Trip and Brandon, we are certain that we selected the best company to win our business. ABC's response to my need for new units was unprecedented, repairing one at no charge until new units could arrive. I am extremely grateful for Herb's knowledge of the project and assistance with several items outside the contracted scope. Brandon and the crew were professional, clean, considerate, and instructional. Overall, 2 new systems, an exceptional contractor.

Work was done as contracted. Clean work area. On task throughout job. Aaron did a great job. Thorough with explanations. Polite and professional. Has used this company for years.

On Friday, Dec 10th, around noon, one of their long-established clients called Eddie, the company owner, to see if they could send an experienced technician to my home tackled that day to inspect two non-functional AC units, mainly as a consultation. That Friday, around 8 PM, Corey arrived for that inspection. He was very courteous and professional and immediately tackled the urgent issue. I already knew the cause of the problem. Still, I wanted to see if they could assess the system and tell me what I should do because my previous company's explanations and options offered were not my like. Their technician was right in describing the problem and the possible solutions. The next day I met Eddiie, we discussed the problem and potential solution. He was very professional, and I never felt I was hearing a selling speech. We ordered the units and scheduled their prompt installation the following Monday. His crew was here on time, and I got to greet and meet everyone working in my home that day (Brandon, Tripp, Lovie, Bruce, Herb, and Coorey). They knew what they were doing, and they were professional, courteous, and friendly. They made this experience easy, and I likely will get their maintenance program.

Exceptionally good, starting with the first technician who came to repair the old unit. Corey was very professional during the repair and took his time to show me what options I had since the unit was over 20 years and the it was on it's last run. I decided to replace the unit and the crew (Brandon and Trip) show up on time and they were extremely courteous and professional during the installation. They worked extremely hard during very hot weather and were able to finish the whole project and cleanup before 4:00 PM, very impressive. I highly recommend ABC A/C for any of your cooling or heating needs.

I appreciate someone answering the phone at 715am so that I could schedule a same-day appointment to repair my a/c. They showed up on time and did a great job.

Teh technician was knowledgeable, and located the leak easily. He returned to solder the leak up and refill the system with gas. He showed me the gauges which appeared to indicate that the pressure and suction were ok after the repairs but, obviously if there was a small leak, the digital gauges would not be able to detect this instantaneously. This indeed proved to be the case. Just three weeks after this repair, my system was again nearly empty, the leak, in the very same spot of the tube. I hired a new company, they located this leak, and trying also to re-solder it, determined ( the old fashioned way of leak checking with bubbles) that this tube was pitted and the leak could not reliably be fixed. The simply cut off the damaged section of copper tube and replaced it with a new section of tube. This was thoroughly leak checked, and now, there are no leaks. I am unhappy with the ABCs performance of repairs. The digital gauges cannot measure small leaks, which allows incomplete repairs to be performed, lots of money charged, and the homeowner right back where he started with a broken system.( they are of course more than happy to quote you a new replacement unit since they're not too good at repairing them...) They may have tried hard, and I'm sure the tech was quite knowledgeable, however their methods and willingness to really see a repair through until it's truly completed, is no good at all. Spending $2000 and the unit is broken within 2 weeks. If it were a different part broken, I could understand, but all of this to replace a $6 piece of copper and solder it in place... I would nor recommend them to anyone

I have used ABC for a few years now, both for my home and my busness. They are a great bunch of people and do exceleent work. They are always promtp and punctual even on a saturday.

Great. Jamal was able to troubleshoot the issue and found that it was the relay. He ordered the part and will be back on Thursday to install it. In the meantime, he overrode the relay so the AC would run, keeping it cool in the unit while waiting for the part. Very smart
