I purchased this unit new in April 2019 and I have had nothing but problems with it. This time a module went out affecting my heat in the coldest days of December. The tech came out and I was charged $400 which is $100 for the service call and $300 Labor but the part was covered. I pay for a maintenance package and have it serviced every 6 months by ABC but still have several issues that cost me a lot of money.

This unit was purchased NEW in April 2019 and every 6 months or so there is an issue. Today it cost $400 to get the heater working. I even pay for a warranty package and have it maintained by this company every 6 months. Yet, there is always a problem that cost more and more. It was $100 for service call and $300 for 45 minutes of Labor. The part was covered under warrant!

Very thorough job, our technician Thomas did a great job of reviewing our options and was very knowledgeable.

After the installation they took my air handler access door and still waiting for it. Now the unit don't have an access door cover. The evaporator has a lot of fins vent.

The tech was supposed to come 3pm-5pm but was able to come earlier which worked for me. He found the problem and told me the solution in under 30 min. I agreed to the work, price and replacement part and the work was completed in an hour. He was polite and informative. I like to ask lots of questions and he was helpful.

Setting appointments was easy and quick. Customer service is excellent and friendly. Always available for troubleshooting and solutions. We are very happy with the installation of the mini split air conditioner.

Reasonable estimate, work was performed as agreed.

ABC did a fantastic job and performed well beyond the standard I am used to. Their staff all the way from the original tech, office administration, the install team, and the upper management were always kind and knowledgeable. They walked me through everything and were very open about the entire process. I specifically want to give a shoutout to the two young gentlemen who installed the AC unit and handler. They arrived on time, worked their buts off in the Florida Heat and did a bang up job. They were also very kind, respectful and knowledgeable. The job site was clean after they were complete and we now have a working AC that we are happy with.

This is more a review of the technician than of the actual company. Prior tech sent by the company didn't know what the problem was. However, they finally sent a senior tech, Aaron, and he figured out the issue. He spent hours working on the unit and is extremely knowledgeable, and he takes pride in his work. It was obvious he knew what he was doing right away. He was also very personable and professional. 5 stars to Aaron all around!

ABC is truly a company that cares for their customers. This is the second time I have used ABC for installation as our home has two AC systems. Thank you Eddie, Rachel , Brandon, Joey, and Alex you all truly went above and beyond From getting a quote to the day of installation. Absolutely great! We are Gold members and not only did a service tech make it out tonight to the house but it was Aaron, the one and only! He’s awesome and very knowledgeable! The crews were on time, courteous and efficient. I've used ABC A/C in the past for my Compressor and Air Handler repairs. Additionally, they recently installed a Wireless Bluetooth Thermostat so I can control my A/C from wherever I may be. All work was completed professionally and within the contracted estimates. I recommend them and will continue to use their services.

I called ABC Air Conditioning and Heating for a leak on my upstairs HVAC system. The technician, Dillion arrived slightly late to the window provided. After explaining the issue to him, he kept using the same phase "well that's weird". He would go on to check and examine the ceiling on the first floor for leaks, followed up by checking the external unit. Everything there came back normal. After about 15 minutes, he went to the HVAC system and removed the panel to review. The temperatures and levels came back normal around the unit. He did comment on the coils being rusted and did see that was water stains on the ground below the HVAC. He did pour water down the a/c drain pvc and examine the drip pan and everything looked normal to him. He could not give an actual diagnostic for the issue. His suggestion was to replace the coil due to potential freezing (though there was no evidence of freezing coils). He never examined the wetness of the floor below. After the lack of confidence and the high price, I settled on paying the dispatch fee and ending the visit. The next day, another a/c company came out and the technician immediately diagnose with an a/c drain clog. The issue was resolved within an hour of the work. I don't think I would call ABC Air Conditioning and Heating Specialist for any additional A/C issues.

This company quoted me twice what I ended up paying with another reputable company. They were going to charge me $1000 for a replacement motor that was worth less than half that. ABC’s quote = $1300+. I thought it was suspicious that the tech didn’t give a written quote. Then I found out why when I started calling around and checking prices. Other company charged me a total of $688 for all parts and labor. Same parts. Same work. Huge difference in price. It’s a shame you have do so much work to avoid predatory companies like this one. I also wasted $115 for a tech to come out and then say he had to leave for the day and come back later. In the end I guess it was a good thing or I probably would have wasted a lot more money. Don’t don’t get scammed. Stay away from this company.

Great! The inspection went quickly, but thorough. The representative was honest with us and we'll be happy to hire ABC again.
