Very happy! Eddie quoted a fair, competitive price. He did not try to oversell features we did not need but did explain the pros and cons of high end units with all of the bells and whistles vs the middle of the road/what we really needed vs lower end units. They were able to accommodate our schedules and was the only company that we quoted that would do both units on the same day and on a Friday. ABC sent two teams and they stayed until the job was complete. We like the fact that they are a local, family run business and it is apparent that they care about their customers. Eddie answered all of our questions and the numerous calls/texts promptly. We couldn't be more happy with our new units. There was an issue (not at the fault of ABC) with one of the thermostats and they came back and replaced it the next day (Saturday). Thanks to Eddie, Al, and the team.

We used ABC to get a new A/C unit when our previous system died. The work performed and customer service were superb. Patrick and his team were amazing, and he went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy. After our new A/C unit was installed I figured out that my room was still not getting the airflow that I want. Patrick knew exactly what to do to make my room comfortable and I am extremely happy with the outcome! Patrick was quick to come out and do everything in his power to give us what we wanted, even after the work had been performed. I will definitely be recommending ABC to anyone that need A/C services. A++!

The work was done very efficiently and professionally. I was informed at each point of the servicing of the condition of each unit and given recommendations for future care. Very easy. They also seem to enjoy their job.

Al showed up on time and within 1 hour of my request. It would have been 30 min but I was not at home. Al walked me through all the things he was looking at and explained everything. It was a simple maintenance issue. Happy they aren’t some company that just makes up an issue when there is none.

I hired Patrick to come diagnose the ongoing hot, cold spots throughout our home. I explained that we have high humidity issues causing our family to get sick. He advised to move the thermostat closer towards my daughters room for cooling her room better. That never worked only caused more humidity issues causing our crown molding to separate from the ceiling. Our balance issues, our air supply nor humidity concerns have been fixed. The solution he suggested cost me $ 3,000, however I’m back to square one. I am upset because after numerous attempts to reach him by voicemail he never answered. Very late one evening he left a disturbing voicemail that he is sorry but my home gives him anxiety and that nothing he’s done is working so he’s bailing out on the job and not coming back. I was very upset and so I called his partner Eddie, he came out finally after numerous times of neglecting my texts. Eddie determined he needed to do more work to make our home comfortable submitting an estimate of $10,500 more. I elected to not utilize them after inflating pricing and bailing on the job. I really expected more from this company after the positive reviews. I’m extremely disappointed and expect a full refund from them so I can have these issues resolved being they have bailed on a fully paid job! To date they haven’t agreed to reimburse me. I will pursue any methods It takes to ensure I get my monies back. This is the letter i sent them, they never replied to my certified letter nor email! BEWARE Patrick and Eddie, I must say I'm extremely disappointed about the services I paid you for not being done adequately or efficiently. I had another company come out to look at the work letting them know how my HUMIDITY problems and hot/ cold areas are not corrected even though I've shelled out almost 3,000 to ABC AIR CONDITIONING & Plumbing. This company has an envelope building specialist that came out and told me we need 1- 16'' Electronic Bypass Damper, 1 14' Electronic Bypass Damper 4 Honeywell Pro 8000 WiFi thermostats that controls humidity. He found the duct Zone system oversized in the 3.5 ton, found the 5 ton duct zone system oversized. He found the evaporator coils leaking gas and both units not running optimally. I hired your company to make the proper diagnosis and prevent failure of my units, control the humidity make the home comfortable, however the work you did caused more humidity, my crown molding to separate, wood floors to pop up. When I attempted several times to reach you, you never answered your phone. I left several messages, then you called back left a very disappointing unprofessional message stating that my home causes you anxiety, your going to have to bail out of this project and not come back. I suggest if you don't want me to contact the appropriate companies and file a complaint against you that you either refund me fully and not be responsible for this poor execution of work, or come back and do the items listed below. These cheap manual dampers you installed should have been electronic dampers that are designed to work with homes that are zone controlled. If you choose to do the work, you will warranty your work! I need to hear back from you on how you would like to proceed. If I don't hear back from you by tomorrow, I'll pay for these needed repairs and take the appropriate actions against your company.

I've used them for 20 years. They are just really service orientated. They are down to earth guys and they go out and really pay attention to what your concerns are and try to resolve them.

We don't even know where to begin as we don't typically wright reviews... if we could give this company 10 stars We would! We had just bought a new home and had a " home inspection". Our A/C unit was not old at all; I would say 6-7 years old...we had issues with the first month we moved in. Of course our unit down on a holiday weekend, we where scared to call anyone because we thought is would be ridiculously expensive but my wife is 7 months pregnant so we bit the bullet and called ABC. To make a long story short we have had the pleasure of meeting working with 3 amazing people from this company and I cannot even begin to thank them enough. To our surprise a real person "Eddie" answered and let us know that he would send some over immediately. By the time the tech "John" arrived it was pouring rain, he came inside and we felt comfortable with him right away, without any delay he promptly identified the problem and had our system cooling again in no time. Unfortunately with all the ran he could not diagnose the entire system but let us know that " Eddie" would be out early the next day to find the problem, sure enough he arrived right on time and found the problem quickly. Eddie provided us a no pressure quote with multiple options and explained everything to include the pros and cons to each option. Once we decided the course of action we set a date for the repair to be completed and waited for the date to arrive. Two days before the where scheduled to come make the repair the system went down again.... the night of my wife's baby shower with 7 people planing on staying with us. One call to the ABC team and they where there, literally within the hour, repaired the unit all at NO Charge because they had not completed the job!!! Amazing service!!!! Eddie and John came on the agreed date and time to carry out the solution and stayed until the work was done completely and correctly explaining throughout the steps and the process. We where in a bad place and it was easy to see, they treated like family, cared for us and where not satisfied till we where happy! Oh yeah, as far as pricing goes it was more than fare, in fact I feel like we should have paid more. We will be a loyal customer of this company for years to come and recommend them to anyone and everyone we know. Use them you won't be disappointed!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
