Patrick was easy to communicate with, gave us his professional opinion how our issue could be fixed the most ideal way - given the framework we had. I got three other quotes and his price was the most competitive. At the same time I think he did great quality work. Scheduling was a breeze. They did the whole job in one (long!) day without any mess in the house. Thank you so much! We are very happy!

They came early everything went smoothly they cleaned up everything like they were never here I am very happy with my air conditioner it works awesome I am so glad I went with ABC air conditioning and heating then Del air and thank you Eddie for that room air conditioning it was amazing while I waited for my system to be put in.

He resolved the problem in a very professional manner. He had no problem with all of my questions and if I had any other problems to call him and he would be more than happy to help. Awesome!

THEY GOT IT DONE - IT DID TAKE TWO VISITS AND WAS THE FRIDAY BEFORE HURRICANE DORIAN WAS COMING SO GLAD TO HAVE HOUSE COOLING BEFORE POTENTIAL LOSS OF POWER - DAVID WAS VERY THOROUGH AND SPENT EXTRA TIME TO GET THE PRESSURES CORRECT.

The first technician failed to diagnose the problem and instead blamed it on poor air flow saying I should use a cheaper air filter. This is with an 1.5 year old unit and ducting... Then the second technician, who was much more thorough, figured out the issue was a bad condenser motor that would intermittently freeze up. This part, fortunately, was still under warranty. The issue for me was that they charged me $85 for the service call (ok, fine. Have to pay the guy to diagnose the problem). But then, they wouldn't apply that as a credit to the (exorbitant) $285 cost of the installation of the motor (for which the part was still under warranty). The installation took the guy all of half an hour for goodness sake. Ridiculous; complete overcharge. I will no longer use this company. In my opinion, they don't value their loyal customers.

Our AC was over 25 years old and finally gave out and needed replacement. I did my research on the various major brands of heat pump systems and got several estimates before deciding on ABC Air and Heat Specialists. From beginning to end, ABC Air and Heat Specialists were a pleasure to work with. They offered a quality product at a fair price and backed it up with great service and professionalism! I asked many questions before choosing our new system and my questions were answered promptly and thoughtfully. Once I decided on the system I wanted they told me it would be a week before they could install it but they offered to bring portable units to my house and set them up free of charge to keep us comfortable in the meantime. On Install Day our technicians arrived promptly and worked diligently to set up our new Carrier heat pump system. By the end of the day we had our AC up and running. Our technicians reviewed everything with us, took all the old equipment away and left the area clean when they were finished. ABC also installed blown-in insulation for us. Again, they did a fantastic job, made sure we were happy upon completion and cleaned up the area once the job was done. I couldn't be happier with the service and value I received from ABC Air and Heat Specialists and would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

Eddie, Patrick and their team were great to work with. It's not easy news to accept you need a new AC Unit, but they made entire process smooth and easy. Truly was great. Lastnight my ac stopped working it was unbearably hot this morning i contacted an ac company i must say ABC wasn't my first choice i did contact a different company first delair after explaining my situation to a delair rep they told yes they can help i said great after 3hours go by i reached out to the rep ,no response then i text him He replied (yes we can get to you on Friday) WOW here being Wednesday i said ok thanks I contacted ABC they had a professional technician in my house within one hour I am grateful for your rapid response and commitment to true professionalism I am aware my unit is over 10 years old I will 100% will have ABC replace my unit when the time comes And certainly will recommend Thanks again ABC

Joe was very professional and knowledgable. Allowed me to "shadow" him as he diagnosed and repaired, making me aware of options and their merits/drawbacks. He created a strong sense of trust with his approach. And most importantly the house is once again cool!

ABC Air Conditioning and Heating were excellent to work with. First they sent a very knowledgeable technician to discuss all the details and options we had for a replacement unit. Once we chose the unit we wanted they were able to schedule an installation for the next business day. On the day of installation, they sent 3 extremely nice and very well trained people to install the unit. They were very clean - putting down tarps in the house and cleaning/removing all old materials. They even took the time to explain the wi-fi based thermostat and help me load it on my phone. The job was done efficiently with little disruption to our household. I highly recommend ABC for all your heating and air conditioning needs.

The tech came out and performed a service. Still had the same issue and Eddie, one of the owners came out after hours and personally took care of me. Took time to explain how my unit is supposed to work. Honest company and really down to earth. Please use these guys.
