Description of Work: After reading the multiple positive reviews for AA Appraisals on Angie's List, I sent a late-night email to Sean about conducting an appraisal on our home. Sean called me back early the next morning to schedule an appointment. He had availability within 48 hours of my initial email. After describing our goals, Sean informed me that we needed the expertise of the building inspector and not an appraiser. Although we did not use AA Appraisals services at this time, I am posting this review to testify to Sean's honesty and integrity. When we do need the services of an appraiser we will be using the services of AA Appraisals without a second thought. Thank you Sean for your time, information, and professionalism.
