Sean Calegan was very friendly and showed up on time he was very professional and you his business provided great service for us and we will definitely use him in the future I would recommend him and have recommended him to all my neighbors he was so professional and made such a great impression that we are thinking of using him as a realtor as I know he does provide that service we were very pleased with the fair appraisal that he provided for us it was very detailed with great pictures and I couldn't have asked for a better job from anyone I have had multiple homes in the past and have had in a lot of appraisers but he did the best job that I have ever seen out of all my experience with appraisers.

Reviews looked good, so emailed him late in the evening with the particulars and he called me back very promptly the next morning to set up the appointments. Sean is the real deal and a pleasure to conduct business with especially with respect to communication. He is responsive via email, calls when that is most appropriate (eg scheduling site visit) and uses text messaging effectively. I appreciated that he was able to do the appraisals with quick turn-around, and was very pleased the quality of his work. The appraisal was through and timely. It included photos of the house and the comparisons with details justifying the current value of the home (a professional appraisal).

Sean showed up on time. I had another appointment to attend, and since the home was empty I asked Sean if he would mind just closing the garage door when he finished up. He did not have a problem with that. I received his report a few days later as promised. The report appeared more detailed oriented than other appraisals I have had done in the past. The notes were more granular and specific. He had six comps which I found refreshing since the market has been pretty soft the last year. He gave a good summary on the neighborhood and the surrounding area. His measurements were accurate both inside and out. Maps of the area including where the comps are located, pictures of the home, inside and out we're detailed and professional. I will definitely use A.A. appraisals again.

On 3/5/13, Sean provided me with a detail drive-by property appraisal. As a resident of Oviedo, Fl, Sean understands the real estate market and conditions affecting low inventories and prices. He personally knew the sub-division where the property was located and therefore, he was very effective in accurately selecting comparable properties to reach a reasonable market price for my subject property. He is an appraiser that I would definitely hire and recommend again to buyers and sellers.
