Dann is the owner of Preferred Pool Services. He regularly followed up with me to ask about the quality of his work, which was always top notch. If there was ever an issue (the pool getting cloudy due to rain or the pool was low), Dan took care of it immediately. Further, our pool is over 10 years old. We had multiple issues with the pump, heater and leaks. I simply told Dan to get it fixed ASAP. Dan had the work completed and was always priced reasonably. Dan did a great job for us throughout our time at the home and I would recommend him to anyone looking for regular pool upkeep and cleaning.

The pool has always looked great ever since Preferred Pool has been servicing it, which is many years now. When equipment had to be replaced, it was done efficiently and as quickly as possible. Dann Brown, the owner, is accomodating and considers his customers special. Cisco, my technician, is someone I can rely on, and is one who takes pride in his work. I would use no other company for my pool service.

When you find good people who do provide excellent service, you continue to do business with them. That said, I have been a customer of Preferred Pool Service for almost ten years now. The service technician who provides our weekly cleaning has been with the company for a long time and goes the extra mile, making sure everything is tip top. When the equipment needs maintenance, a repair, or replacement, I get a call from the owner who provides me with a detailed explanation of what is needed, along with the price and the work is done promptly. They have eve let me know if they notice anything non-pool related that they might notice when servicing our home, like a broken on the lanai or an issue we may not have noticed in the yard. When I reach out to the owner, my call is either answered, or returned within minutes. The attention and care I have received from Preferred Pool Services over the last ten years makes me feel like they value our relationship just as much as I do. An out standing family owned business you can depend on for all your pool and spa needs.

We had our pool resurfaced by Preferred Pool Services, and couldn't be more impressed! Great quality, great price and wonderful service all around. The crew was so hardworking and the owner was constantly checking in to make sure we were happy with the progress. I thought it would take a week but they were done in a day and a half! Everyone showed up on time and performed very efficiently. I couldn't recommend them more!

They are very dependable and show up when they are supposed to. They also remodeled my pool, redid the entire pool and the equipment. I have paver brick deck around the pool that they put in as well, it's very nice. I am very happy with them. I have been using them for 4 years now.

I have used Preferred Pools for almost 1 year and have been very happy with the service. They are professional and efficient. Sometimes I don't even know they are there until I see the little card that they leave. the pool is always sparkling...if I ever do have an issue with the pool or equipment they are very responsive and quick to address the issue. This week we had a few tornados come through Siesta Key and the storm cleanup was promt.
