Description of Work: Called about a leaky jacuzzi tub, came out fast but charged me $90 to tell me not to run the tub??!! That's their a deer. Didn't seem to want to do the job. They also left a huge while in my closet wall where they had to get in to look at the plumbing. Didn't even offer to fix it. Will not call again.

Description of Work: Updated all plumbing and added new outdoor fixture. They had to work in a very tight crawlspace for much of the time and unfortunately it rained HEAVILY on the last day, making their job much more difficult. My only complaint is that our job was larger than they expected and they rushed the last day to make another appointment. Their finish work on the walls where they brought in the new connections in each bathroom was sub-par.

Description of Work: There was a blockage in the line beyond the 75ft. reach of their snake so they had to call in a drain specialist with the needed equipment. This added considerably to the cost, but due to the building manager's inability to provide the location of a clear out, there was nothing else that could be done. Overall, Lou's representative was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and fair.

Description of Work: I had an instant hot water under the kitchen sink that needed to be re-hooked up, after I got a new counter top. He came on time and soon realized there were problems with the current product. It was leaking, and the faucet had problems. He did not charge me for this visit. I went to Lowes and bought a new one and Lou's came back out that afternoon and hooked it up. He was prompt, courteous, and did the job well. He left the kitchen clean. Virginia Oldham
