Responded immediately, completed all the work quickly and professionally, performed a few other minor fixes for me and actually installed a new shower head which was not on the work order but was included under the house charge of $165. I I'm very happy with the service as well as the price.

Living in a 1960's house is a challenge and it was finally time to stop snaking the drain and replace the sewer line. Lou and his crew went above and beyond the call. They dug and jack-hammered and ran the new line. They cleaned up when they were done. They were always polite, professional and yet still friendly. We will never need to call anyone else! These guys are our plumbers!

He came in and did a remarkable job and it was done perfectly. Could not have been happier.

Before I called Lou's Plumbing I had previously called another plumber who was unable or didn't want to do the job. When the first plumber failed to come back I called Lou's and made an appointment. He arrived at the promised time. I had previously bought a new faucet to replace the old one. He removed the old faucet and installed the new one. I cost a little more than I expected because he replace the two shut off valves. I thought he did a very good job and would call him again in the future.

Was only disappointed in the fact that I kept trying to find out what the price would be and when he was done he surprised me with a large bill, saying they have a standard, extra charge for removal of a toilet.

I spoke with them earlier in the week and told them they could come out any time on Friday. When I called them this morning, they told me they didn't schedule anything because I didn't give them a time. I've used them in the past. They were very efficient and did a nice job.

They arrived on time. They squeezed me in between jobs and did a magnificent piece of work. They didn't overcharge even though it was more complicated than they initially thought. I'd call them again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic. I called on Sunday just to leave a message, and my call was returned within an hour and appointment was made for the following morning. The price was fair, costing $249 for a 1/2 HP Badger garbage disposal - installed. The plumber (Matt) showed up 15 min early the job was completed within an hour. He left no mess and was professional. I would definitely use Lou's plumbing again.

Called this morning at 8:00 to ask for repair service on my water heater. They had someone at my home at 10:30. They drained and flushed the heater, replaced two heating elements and two thermostats and the job was completed at 11:55. The two service men were polite, professional, knowledgeable and neat. I could not have asked for better service. This was the second time that I have used Lou's Plumbing and, again, I am totally satisfied. I cannot recommend Lou' Plumbing highly enough! Each encounter that I have had with them has been a pleasure.

Lou's Plumbing and service technician Allen excels in customer service and satisfaction! My main water valve luckily broke in the closed position during a remodel of the home. I called Lou's plumbing and he said they can be there by lunch time. Sure enough, they showed up as stated! Allen was fantastic! He is very nice, patient, and has expert skills. I highly recommend them for plumbing work. I now have them saved in my speed dial if ever needed.

A property we use for rentals had an older tank style water heater installed in the attic above the master bedroom. Worried about future leaks, we asked Lou's to replace it with a tankless unit. They recommended the Titan N160 based on the size of our house (3BR, 2BA). Lou's was great about scheduling between tenants during the holiday season. The old heater was too large to bring down through the access hole, so it was drained and left in the attic. Price did not include electrical work needed to support the added power draw - we contracted that separately, but had it completed the same day. Lou's plumbers worked well with the electrician in coordinating placement, etc. We have used Lou's for several jobs (both large and small) in the past, and will continue to do so.

They were very professional, knowledgeable, and nice. The owner's son called me the day before the larger service and explained to me what they would do and why it was the best option. One of the parts from the fix broke, and they came out right away to fix the issue.

An excellent experience start to finish. All staff and personnel were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They have been around a long time and came highly recommended. I will definitely hold on to their card and call them back for any plumbing needs in the future. I highly recommend this company.

Matt also adjusted hot water flow, fixed leaking faucet, and advised on other plumbing needs. It was obvious he was a professional with many years of plumbing experience.

Bridgette was very professional when i made my appt. The technician that came to my home was very knowledgeable,courteous and friendly. I referred them to my neighbors and they were happy also with the service. (they ended up calling Lou's Plumbing several months later)

I called and was given appointment fairly quick; Allen came out; very personable and he used a commercial auger to retrieve the items that the babies had flushed down the toilet; he originally got one out and then the other one as well; he was very friendly and just a real nice person; I'm in sales and work with people all day; I can't say enough about him; I highly recommend this company and Allen. It was a little more than I would have liked to pay but it was worth it.

We've used him for years, and he's really saved us. He's very, very, very good. Lou is very personable, and I believe him to be very honest.

Plumber arrived promptly and was professional & courteous. He did a very good job with removal & installation of propane water heater and cleaned up well when finished. My only issue was they overcharged $300-$400 for the project compared to other plumbers.

:Appointment was for 8:00 am and the doorbell rang at exactly 8:0 0. Showed him the areas requiring work and left him. Not only was the work done with absolute professionalism, the work areas were actually left cleaner and neater than before he started! I could not have asked for any better service! I have had other plumbers in the area do some minor work before and NONE would compare to the quality of Lou's! I could not be happier with the work or the price.

The gentleman who came to do the work was very nice and he worked effeciently. They came right away and also returned my call right away when I left a message. I thought the price was very fair.
