On March 22, Rob came by and gave us an estimate. Our original idea was to have certain panels and some screws replaced. But after walking around with Rob, we found many more panels on our 13 year old screen that needed to be replaced. We have over 1,500 sq.ft of deck so we have a large enclosure So Rob gave us an estimate on both a repair job and a complete replacement. No pressure either way. We chose the replacement. Since it was Friday, we were told someone would call us on Monday to tell us when the work could be done. On Monday, we were told their was a cancellation and work could begin on Wednesday. Levi and Curtis showed up early on Wednesday and they were a great team. Without much communication between them they each did their work and by Thursday afternoon we had our new screen enclosure, our frame and deck power washed--they even removed the furniture from under the covered area and power washed there also. We were extremely pleased with the Levi and Curtis and wouldn't hestiate to recommend them and A Certified Screen Services to our frriends.

We were adding a pool and lanai to our home and A Certified was the contractor that Our pool builders used exclusively. They came out and did their measurements and explained in detail how the process worked when the time came for them to do the installation When the time came for the installation they were professional and had the whole job completed in 3 days. including the removal of the old patio. They also installed super gutters, when we ask if they could frame a small dogie door as well as framing for a garden hose so that we could use a hose without opening the door. For legal reason they could not install the actual dogie door but they were more than happy to frame one so that we could add one when we were ready with out us potentially damaging the screening. With the type of roofing we chose we knew that we were not guaranteed that we would not have leaks between the roof of the home and the roof of the lanai. We were on a tight budget and Bobby assured us that even though they could not guarantee it would not leak between the super gutters installed and the sealant we should stay dry. After installation and a good rain we did discover a few leaks along the seams of the roof. However as soon as we brought it to their attention they came out and resealed not only the few places it was leaking but the whole roof including the gutters. We have had several good rain storms and we have had no leaks what so ever. Overall they were very professional, clean work space and went above and beyond to add those little touches to make us happy and we would use them again

We were more than pleased with the finished project. Total clean up was preformed on a daily basis leaving us with a minium of disruption during the construction. We would definately highly recommend this company to anyone who may be considering putting in new screens, windows or upgrades to their properties. .

I phoned Robyn at A Certified Inc. this afternoon to schedule an appointment for an estimate on having my back porch rescreened. The house is 29 years old and the screen had never been changed in all these years, so you can imagine the condition of the original screens. In a stroke of good luck, Rob called me later this afternoon and said that he was in the neighborhood and could come over for an estimate today. I agreed and Rob arrived shortly therefore. After taking a good look at the porch, he presented me with an estimate that I found very reasonable. I agreed to the price and asked him when the work could be performed. He said, "I can do it right now if you like!" I never expected such an answer. I agreed immediately and two hours later the work was complete. Rob performed the work quickly and professionally. I can't remember the last time I had such great customer service. If you're looking for quality work with a professional attitude, and at a great price, you can't do better than A Certified Inc. for your screen needs.Great, great experience! They showed up when they said they would and completed the job in a reasonable time.

They were courteous, professional, efficient. They bent over backwards to perform the job to my liking.

Todd was the guy's name that did the service. He found some problems with the wood work, and he found me a carpenter. They were very good at referring other people to help get the project done. I had three estimates, and they were the best. They did much more than I expected.

Was a great experience. The estimate was reasonable, the workers were prompt and the finish was better than I could ever have expected! They were great (the workers smoked a lot; didn't bother me so much...but might bother someone else, so if it bothers you, I might suggest a non-smoking site) and cleaned up after themselves. I feel like I have a piece of heaven on earth in my screened in lanai...not even kidding :).
