They were excellent. When I first called, Tiara told me up front that they had about a 10 week lead time. I said ok, and she had a guy out in 2 days to measure. He was very professional and went over the different types of screen and how they could fix the gutter. We got a quote which was in line with the screen calculators I found on the net. I asked if they could do it any sooner because 2 of the screens were damaged and no matter how hard I tried, one if my cats managed to find a way out at night. So Tiara said she'd move us up if she could. Yeah! 3 weeks later Ricky and Sean showed up. They went above and beyond. Our lanai was a mess. I had put up this temporary fencing and wired it up to keep the cat in. And it hadn't been power washed in an age. It had all this black mold. They took everything down, cleaned everything til it was bright white, put 2 splices in the gutters, cleaned the pad, rescreened, and cleaned up after themselves. It took 2 days and they really worked hard. It is so nice to be able to use my lanai again. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Thanks A-Certified! 🤗🎉

Amazingly well. Todd Orie was professional, knowledgeable and helpful with all of my concerns. He made certain my lawn was not torn up, the drainage issue was covered and he gave suggestions that helped me gain the covered patio I dearly wanted. Tiara, their office manager was also on top of every need. Unless you think this might be a one off, I have used A. Certified Screens for over 20 years. I have always been pleased with the results and highly recommend them.

It was a great service. They gave me a price and they stuck to it. The service was good.

It took a day and a half of non-stop pressure washing beams, removing old, putting in new screens, straightening the frame, and tightening and replacing missing screws. The enclosure is very big - takes up almost the entire backyard. The team worked hard and were very conscientious in everything they did. They were professional and even washed the mess from the patio before they left. A job well done. I am very satisfied with this company and will use them again, hopefully it won’t be anytime soon. I highly recommend A Certified Screen Service. Everyone from the office staff to the screeners are kind and courteous. THANK YOU A CERTIFIED!

Great. I was given a date of November 2017 which was a year's wait. Apparently, it was worth the wait and the price because I am pleased with the job and the work ethic of the men. They completed the job a month earlier than forecast and it looks good. It is a higher quality of construction than the ones at my other homes. They were considerate of my yard and plantings and those of my neighbors. I recommend them to anyone who needs their help.

The owner came out and looked at the job. He said to be honest this is a job that I do not want to do. There would be a lot of messing around and adjustments to the house... more than he wanted to do... He explained a lot about the process and what to watch out for when I selected a provider. Explained why he did not want the job, and we chatted for an hour anyways! He seems very honest and they have some great reviews in Angie's already

We recently had a trailer come crashing through our screen enclosure. A Certified was the only company we could get to come out within a reasonable amount of time. They were professional and very timely. I was impressed by the quality of their work and their team. Two weeks before Hurricane Mathew hit we had our screen enclosure back. I was heart sick because i was confident we were going to lose it all over again, Our area was hit with 90mph winds as were many others. 3 of us have to replace our roofs because we lost so many shingles. My neighbor across the street had a tree fall through his screen enclosure and totally ruined it. All of us within a 100 feet of each other. I am ecstatic to say the cat 3 hurricane was no match to A certified's workmanship. Our screen enclosure is still perfect. Thank you A certified screen Service, you guys rock! Do hire them, don't consider anyone else.

WOW! From my initial call to their office for an estimate, the salesperson's visit to measure, and the installation shortly thereafter, I have to rate an A++. Everyone I was in contact with at A Certified Screen was very pleasant, had instant and accurate answers to my many questions, and the screens were installed neatly and professionally. (Thanks, Curtis!) I really couldn't possibly be any happier with the product and the service. When I need future screen service, I will call on them again with great confidence.

Scheduling appointment was easy -but 2 weeks out. The over the phone quote given was 2 dollars per square foot/ minimum 89 dollars; which sounded about right. The quote given was after we expressed the panels were over the pool. Once the tech arrived, we were told it would be 275 dollars. They also charge a fee for using a credit card.

Todd, his office staff and his crew were all very professional and knowledgeable. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with right from the initial meeting and estimate with Todd. We were kept in constant contact by the company regarding all steps of the process from filing for permits to the finish of the job and final inspection by Todd. The extension and re-screening came out better than we had hoped. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

This company is friendly, patient, professional, and the workmanship was great. We asked them to call before they came out, because of our dog, and they were consistent, we didn't have to remind them and it wasn't a problem.

Tech was here 20 minutes early and had completed survey, ready with work estimate when I got there. Then completed the work in a very short time no muss, no fuss.

The doors were of a high quality & design. They did a great job with install & in a very timely manner. I would use them again in the future. Thanks.

I had called them on 8/10/15 around 2 o'clock because The contractor I had called the week before had given me a price and assured they would be out between 8:30 and 9:00 am on Saturday to complete the job. Their quote was for $300. Needless to say, the contractor from the week before never showed up and never returned my 3 phone messages, until about 1/2 hour after I had called "A Certified Screen Service, Inc. The company told me they would have someone with materials to complete the job at my house between 2 and 4 pm. Donald (Curtis) showed up at 4:10 and apologized for being late. He then surveyed the situation and said he could complete within 1-1/2 hours at a cost of $278. I agreed and he was finished and cleaned up everything within the agreed time. I would strongly recommend anyone in need of screen repair call A Certified Screen Service, inc.

Excellent work! They were very pleasant and quite professional. They did a beautiful job.

They did a great job coming out and meeting with us, understanding what we wanted and delivered exactly what they said they would. The quality of the screened room is high and the workmanship is very strong. We enjoy sitting out on our lanai every day now.

Certified Screen Service filed the design drawings and obtained the required permit approvals. The completed job was amazing as it exactly followed the contours of the enclosed spaces. Many of my neighbors contemplated the completed job and asked for the name of the service provider. The installation crew was great an very professional, keeping us informed of progress. Installation was completed on time. Without any doubt, I will consider using Certified Screen Service in any future screen related service at home.

I am the person who wrote that I was disappointed the company did not come back to repair some minor issues that occurred during installation that the owner/manager said would be fixed . I was pleasantly amazed when the company contacted me the very day my review was posted on Angie's List and said that a glitch in their internal communication system resulted in them not knowing about the minor issues that needed fixed. They came out within a few days and fixed those issues as well as reviewing the entire installation to insure all other aspects of the installation were perfect. They even left a touch up pen that we could use if any scratches occur on the metal frame in the future. This company does excellent work and has excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company.

Everything from beginning to end was just EXCELLENT!!!!! They even finished the job a week ahead of schedule. The quality of the structure and workmanship far exceeded any expectations I ever had. I have never been so thankful for a job so well done. The company and men were extremely courteous, professional and accommodating. If anyone is looking for a company to do any type of work, look no further because they are just the BEST. I can't give them enough praise!

The job was done quickly and well. My only disappointment was that when the owner/manager came to inspect the work he found a few minor things that needed to be fixed. He said he would send someone out to fix them, but that never happened. They are minor enough we didn't call him but it took the "professionalism" category down a notch.
