Install went as planned and was done professionally and looked great. The was one leak in the seam where the panels fit together. They were called and came out in a day or two and repaired the leaky seam. No further problems. Extremely satisfied with the install and the come back service. Would without reservation recommend A Certified to everyone.

During the estimate, we were provided with options to address the problems we wanted fixed. No other company did that. Arrived a scheduled, set up and went to work. Very systematic and professional. Answered any questions I had. Very neat and kept the work area clean. Most surprising was the was the inspection by a company rep after the job was completed. He found a few things requiring correction, which were taken care of in less than a week.

I was blown away by this company. If I could give them something better than an A I would. I have had many contractors do many different projects over the years but A Certified Screen Service Inc stands head and shoulders above any of them. Below are a few reasons why: 1. They were very punctual. Said they would be there at a designated time and they were. 2. Employees were very professional and very well mannered and friendly. 3. A huge thing for my husband and I was that they totally cleaned up after themselves as they went along. At the end of each day all debris, supplies, tools, etc... were removed. 4. After the work was completed we rec'd a telephone call from their in-house inspector to make an appointment to come by and do their end of job inspection. This again was very impressive. A step above other companies that once they are done you never hear from them again. 5. Inspector arrived, again on time and went over the entire enclosure. He found some screws missing and a very small scratch. Which he had a crew come out and take care of. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting quality work, quality material and a no worry project completion

The workers were prompt and professional. They worked really hard for 8 hours. The work was done well and the results were what I expected. They cleaned up everything. Good job.

Sadly this company has now threatened me with legal action if I do not change my review. Their response is untrue, no referrals were given. A brochure was left at our home to show the type of addition they were going to provide a referral for. As stated we did not hear from them again until they saw the bad review. A woman began harassing us by telephone. This past week they sent a certified letter telling us to either change our review, or face legal action. We have reported this to Angie's List who is not at fault in any way. I am only placing this response to caution people regarding their actions.

At first I was impressed with A Certified. they were prompt and seemingly did a competent job. I suggested A Certified extend the ceiling cover/roof to about 6 inches rather than 2 inches so when it rained the rain did run down the screen and into the courtyard. A Certified said they did not want to do that because of a possible hurricane! Okay, they were the professionals, not I. Three years later the courtyard is leaking at the joints nearest the house making a mess; the roof which was not extended as I requested allows rain to pour against the screen creating more mess. When I contacted A Certified this week they advised they would send someone out to give me an estimate. I said: "estimate", to correct YOUR work? The woman called back and said A Certified would have to bill me for a service call. I told them to forget it. Vandy Rioux

Arrived earlier than expected - work was performed as outlined in the contract and very timely. The quality seems excellent, and they have their own quality inspector that comes by after the job is complete to look over the job site for details that may need to be tweaked to ensure the consumer is happy.

They were wonderful. They were reasonably priced and the work was excellent. I highly recommend them. It took them 2 days to complete the job and this is a big pool. They built the huge beams right on the front yard, then carried the walls over and put them up. We used them once but if we need anything we shall call them again.

Went very well. cleaned up during and after. very professional job. caulked roof and screws. We are welll satisfied and well definirelay use them for all our screening needs.

Arrived on time. Took a few days to come back and install a downspout diverter that they forgot to bring but overall did a great job and supervisor followed up to make sure job was done well including clean up. Very professional. Didn't even know they were there most of the time and they left it cleaner than it was when they got there.

Job had to wait a few weeks as they were busy, but very much worth the wait. Certified came back when they said they would and did the job very well. Noticed something i forgot to point out and they came back the next day and fixed it. Finished in one day except the one spot. They cleaned up and were no trouble to have around.

This was a very pleasant experience right from the beginning. The young lady I spoke with arranged for a person to come out within 2 days of my call. The technician arrived right on time and explained what he was going to do and then he did it within an hour. In addition, he adjusted the screen doors and lubricated them so that they would close more easily. Rob took measurements and notes on my lanai screen construction so that if I needed any other service in the future, they would know exactly what the situation was. I couldn't be more happy about the job and the service. I will definitely recommend A Certified Screen Service to all of my friends and neighbors.

Job was started approximately when scheduled for and was done and completed in a timely manner. Workmen were courteous, professional and competent.

They were timely & professional. We had a minor leak in the gutter. The owner actually came out to fix it.

Rob arrived on time and did an extensive drawing of our screen house, numbering each panel. He said he kept these diagrams on the computer so that in the future if you had one or more damaged screens, he could give you an estimate over the phone. He carefully looked at every panel to ascertain damage and pointed each case out to us. We agreed on the price and he immediately went to work and proceeded to replace the damaged screen panels which took him a little over 2 additional hours. Watching him nimbly working on the overhead bars without benefit of scaffolding was a heart stopper but he moved with what appeared to be total confidence. It was a perfect job with no hitches. He did tell us that our screens were getting brittle and would probably need to be replaced by next summer. Our screen house is now 12 years old and has never been re-screened so we were not surprised that we would be looking at a major job within a year. We will certainly offer Rob the job. The price we paid does reflect a 5% discount for using Angie's list.

Rob was 30 minutes early and was very friendly and respectful. The price was lower than expected (Angie's discount certainly helped) He replaced two lanai screens within 20 minutes and they look great. He also is providing a computer drawing of our entire screened lanai for future use. If we have a problem, we can call and advise which screen panel needs replaced and receive an estimate over the phone. That saves us both time and money if proceed. Very impressed with 'A Certified' and will definitely use again.

He arrived on time with all the materials and assistant on time and kept me informed of progress; completed the job in the 2 days he quoted and within the budget. He included the screen doors and repair to loose or missing screws; including touching up the paint on the screws and bolts that had lost their painted heads due to wear then cleaned up all materials and left my screened in area as he found it. Would hire this company again.

Rob came and gave me an estimate. Had to re-evaluate estimate because work was more extensive than originally planned. Team came and performed the work quickly and expertly. Cleaned up all debris.

The technician arrived promptly on time and immediately went to work setting up his equipment. He completely removed the existing frame in each opening of the patio and replaced it with new aluminum framing. He cut each vinyl piece to fit the opening and installed it with flat spline. I was not originally pleased with the vinyl as it was obviously scratched in several places. I was assured that the cleaner he would use would take care of the problem. There were still many scratches in one of the pieces of vinyl so he replaced it at my request. The new piece was perfect and the job looked wonderful. I was disappointed that the tech didn't see all the scratches and cut a new piece before installing the scratched one. It would have saved alot of time. I felt like he was trying to pass it off and that I wouldn't notice. When I asked to speak with his boss, he said he was the project manager and would be happy to redo the scratched piece.

Easy, breezy from start to finish. We approached the installer for this company after seeing the work he did next door and he gave us the contact information for the company. The initial contact person who came out (Brad ) was both helpful and professional. He made recommendations as to screen size and color of frame. Installer came out when promised, (sorry, can't remember his name), was here for the time he predicted, cleaned up and was out of here. My husband and I were in disagreement re: which way the door should open...handle on left or handle on right.. The installer respectfully gave his opinion, which matched my husbands, and we went with it. Turned out just fine...would have been good either way. We are enjoying many hours (bug-free) on our back porch. Highly recommend this company.

Less than 3 years ago, I hired a friend recommended contractor to expand and screen in my back patio. The contractor did what I asked, but DID NOT make any suggestions or professional recommendations. Let's now fast forward to the present. About 2 months ago, I noticed three small holes around the perimeter of the screen. I still have not seen nor do I know what animal caused the holes, but can you imagine my shock that anything could chew through what I thought was metal screening! While I was still in a state of shock, the three holes grew to five and I panicked. I stopped using my patio since I was no longer the only living thing out there. After closer investigation, I determined an outdoor carpet was the fascination point for whatever it was. Okay, the carpet was removed and trashed, but the patio still had to be repaired. This time I did the smart thing and went to Angie's List and found A Certified. While located in Ormond Beach, they have representatives in Palm Coast where I reside. I was initially visited by a representative on 09 July, who examined the problem, listened closely to my concerns and made professional recommendations- what a blessing!!!. The repair was set for 26 July and Carl and Cody arrived promptly as scheduled and began the day's work, They were courteous, professional and ... well, all I can say is that their work is truly a beautiful thing! Not only did they power wash the patio, install the new screening and kick plate all around, but caulk/sealed the entire structure. All of this should have been done the first time - 3 years ago. Now my patio is a work of art and I can enjoy it again. Thank you A Certified!
