They advertise on their website that they'll do extra jobs (that don't require heavy lifting or high ladder work) so, when I arranged for the work to be done, I asked if my ironing could be done, and I was assured it would be. When I came home, not only was there a lot of visible dust remaining, but the ironing wasn't done (I left the clothes and board out in a very conspicuous location). The management promised that they would fix this with a return visit. On the return visit, I was there this time. The maids just repeated the basic work and went to leave without ironing. I asked them to do it, and they appeared not to understand me. So I showed them the clothes, and they said, "oh, ok," and proceeded to put the wrinkled clothes on hangers and hang them in the closet. I showed the the iron and the board, and they said, "Oh, we don't do that."
Description of Work: Basic cleaning, mediocre quality. Agreed to iron my clothes, did not do so and attempted to put wrinkled clothes on hangers and hang them up.

WOULD YOU PLEASE REVIEW THIS MEMBER'S JANUARY 21, 2007 CLAIM OF BAD SERVICE FROM MY COMPANY. 1. I HAVE ATTACHED A PDF DOCUMENTING SHE WAS A ONETIME CUSTOMER THAT WE SERVED ON JUNE 19, 2006! 2. WE WERE A NEW COMPANY AT THE TIME. 3. SHE GOT VERY MAD THAT WE WOULDN'T IRON. 4. WE DON’T IRON. IT’S ON OUR WEBSITE. 5. WE LOST HER FUTURE BUSINESS. 6. ON MAY 4, 2007 I EMAILED (ATTACHED HEREWITH) HER, AND APOLOGIZED THAT OUR MAIDS DID NOT IRON NEARLY A YEAR EARLIER. SHE REFUSED TO WITHDRAW HER ANGIE’S LIST POSTING. 7. FRIDAY, MARCH 7TH, 2008 I CALLED HER TO ONCE AGAIN ASK HER FORGIVENESS AND TO PLEASE TAKE HER POSTING DOWN. SHE REFUSED. WOULD YOU PLEASE REMOVE HER POSTING. I DON'T BELIEVE IT HAS MERIT, AND IT HAS BEEN AFFECTING MY BUSINESS FOR 2 YEARS. I WOULDN'T BE SURPRISED IF SHE WAS A COMPETITOR IN THE MAID INDUSTRY.
