Description of Work: We used TruGreen. I signed up for a year with them so they come out often.

Description of Work: I used TruGreen for lawn, yard work, fertilization, and treatment services. I use them on a regular basis every 3 months. They spray my yard.

Description of Work: We hired TruGreen to maintain our lawn for fertilization, weed control, bug control. After 9 months my lawn was a disaster. Broadleaf weeds, sedge weeds, all types of weeds were overtaking my yard. Other areas of the yard were in distress, sparsly growing grass. I had aready talked to the service guy several times on his visits pointing out where he needed to do something about the problems. Month in and out his excuses were, well we treat that problem next month or you (myself, homeowner) must be doing something wrong. After 9 months I went ahead and did a weed and feed on the yard because of the poor condition TruGreen had let the yard reach. The one weed and feed did a nice job, killed the broadleaf weeds and perked up the grass. The next month on the service visit, the TruGreen serviceman ask if I had done something to the lawn, he could tell a difference also. I told him that I had done a weed and feed, he did not appreciate me fixing part of my problem. He told me not to be doing things to my lawn, "if people see you out doing things to your lawn they will think TruGreen isn't doing thier job". Since we had several conversations by this point and the lawn was still doing worse, I called TruGreen and told them I wanted another service tech servicing my lawn. They sent someone else out to talk to me, his demeanor was not much better. Then I got a call from TruGreen trying to sell me more services....I replied, "why should I pay you more money when what I am paying you for isn't being done"? Then I got a call from another salesman, telling me that "we have only been servicing your lawn for a couple of months and it takes several months to start to turn a lawn around." A couple of months? I asked him do you know when you started servicing my lawn, why yes 9 months ago, that's more than a couple of months isn't it? Yes but we need longer to do the lawn some good. My lawn was in very good condition when I hired you, it has been going down hill since TruGreen has been servicing the lawn. Come to think of it, consider this your notice that I no longer need your services. Well another call from TruGreen and again, notice that the services of TruGreen were no longer needed. Two days later the same TruGreen tech knocks on my door to tell me he was going to service my lawn, the same tech, they never even sent in a new tech as I had ask for. Again, TruGreen's services are terminated. I think they finally got the message.

Description of Work: They do the fertilization for my lawn and also my pest control.

Description of Work: THIS IS A MONTHLY LAWN SERVICE THAT COMES IN AND ESTIMATES WHAT KIND OF FERTILIZER YOUR LAWN NEEDS AT SPECIFIC TIMES OF THE YEAR.

Description of Work: THE MONTHLY LAWN SERVICE THAT I HAVE IS THAT THEY APPLY FERTILIZER TO MY LAWN. THIS IS TO KILL WEEDS AND CONTROL CRITTERS IN THE GRASS.

Description of Work: TRUGREEN CHEMLAWN PROVIDES 2 TREATMENTS FOR MY LAWN. THEY FERTILIZE THE LAWN AND THE SHRUBS. THEY ALSO TREAT FOR WEEDS AND INSECT CONTROL.

Description of Work: THEY FERTILIZE YARD AT PLACE OF BUSINESS INCLUDING BROADLEAF WEED CONTROL. THEY ALSO FERTILIZE OUR TREE AND SHRUBS.

Description of Work: TRUGREEN CAME AND PROVIDE OUR LAWN WITH NUTRIENT TO MAKE IT MORE HEALTHY AND ALSO SOMETHING TO KILL THE WEED AND TO MAKE IT GROW MORE HEALTHY.
