Description of Work: Dishwater disposal wasn't working and I called up Tropical Plumbing and they fixed it right away. Came the same day while I was in town and took care of everything. Even showed me what was wrong and to fix for later if it occurs again. Very professional and punctual.

Description of Work: I have used Tropical twice in the last month (never used before). I selected them based on Angie's List. They charged $90 to come out and there is a $15 Angie coupon. Each trip cost me $75. First trip was to fix a leak under a bathroom sink. They replaced a part and corrected the problem quickly an professionally (hey did not charge me for the part). Second trip was to replace values in my 4 Kohler faucets (kitchen and baths), total of 8 valves to replace. I secured the valves at no cost from Kohler as part of their guarantee, so no charge for parts. The plumber worked for approximately 1.5 hours, repalced the 8 valves (some were pretty stubborn to get out) and only charged me $75. I am very very happy with Tropical and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber. Great company offering excellent service at a fair price.

Description of Work: I called Tropical late morning on 5/22/12. They sent Ryan within 2 hours. We had a toilet bowl that wasn't flushing. He snaked the line, witch was okay. Long story short, the toilet was defective. He came back the next day on time in the morning, replaced the toilet, fixed a hose on our dishwasher, cleaned everything. He was excellent, nice, efficient. We would not hesitate to call this company again.

Description of Work: Tropical came out late that afternoon when every other service provider couldnt. Septic tanjk problems never happen early in the day, and when it does happen it totally disrupts your business. Tropical was prompt professional and above all they fixed our problem that day. JP
