JR's work was tidy with no mess left behind. And... he was particular... making sure that there were plenty of downspouts for the pitch of the roof. This is a rare vendor who does exactly as he should. We highly recommend him.

This is the second time I hired this company to install new gutters and repair the existing ones. Nothing else to say, JR has always been prompt, on time, professional, and informative. He takes time to explain and even fixed things that was not done by him, etc... Definitely will hire him again.

Excellent all around service. I received an estimate from three companies including Home Depot and the Gutter Experts were the best. JR is very knowledgeable and explained the gutter gauge, location and everything matched what I had read by the experts. The price he quoted was not the cheapest but low and in the end I am very satisfied with the price I paid for the product and service.Initially there was a miscommunication on the date the gutters were to be installed but JR quickly corrected it and was there within two days at my convenience. Since the gutters were installed they have held up very well and I have not found a leak anywhere. I have recommended Gutter Experts to family and friends.

JR was great! We had met with two other companies and were very unimpressed by them. He was honest, responsive and pleasant to deal with. Pricing was very fair, he was able to complete the job quickly and we're pleased with the end result.

I found "Gutter Experts" on Angie's List and called them based on the "A" evaluations/positive feedback and the fact they had no negative grades. There were other companies with more evaluations; however many of them also had a number of negative evaluations, which was concerning. Gutter Experts (JR) showed up as scheduled and discussed the scope of the work I requested. JR also made some suggestions of things that he noticed, which we included in the job. I was very impressed with JR's expertise and knowledge. He immediately worked up a bid, which I thought was reasonable. He was able to do the work that day and completed the job within a few hours. I was very pleased with the quality of work.

The person who came out was very, very good. He was honest, fast, and fair. He was a little slow in getting back to me but when he came, he was absolutely on time. I would recommend them; they were excellent.

JR arrives early and is very knowledgable and friendly. He came over twice before we agreed to a contract to answer questions and give us a free quote for the project. Once we agreed upon a date for the work to begin, it was completed professionally, quickly (less than one day), and cleaned up after the work was completed. We have had a small leak at one of the seams after installation and JR came by on a holiday to repair the work. Now this isn't the cheapest comany out there, but you get what you pay for and this is a first class business from top to bottom that takes pride in the services that are performed. Thank you for the great job JR!

Overall, disappointed that a company with such great ratings is unable to staff professionals to accommodate customers inquiries.

We had a tremendous experience with The Gutter Experts! I phoned the company, and spoke to JR, the owner. He told me he had time the following day to come take a look at my home. He was right on time, as promised. JR quickly evaluated the situation, told me his plan, and gave me a very competitive price I was happy with. With that, he did the work right away. He had to create a custom end-cap for this odd-shaped gutter, and paint it to match, but it looks great! It rained that evening, and we no longer had water dripping onto our window sill. We're very happy with his work, and he told us if we weren't, he'd come out right away to fix it. I'd happily recommend The Gutter Experts to anyone.

I had two annoying dripping leaks in my pool cage gutter. I obtained two quotes. Even though the other one was cheaper, I went with the Gutter Experts because I felt more passion for the job. The other company just sent what I would call a sales person; here, the owner himself came out and provided a detailed overview of the work he would do. The owner also performed the work. He is a very nice man, and a professional when it comes to gutter repair. He really cares about his reputation and about doing quality work. He fixed everything in a very short time. He replaced the end cap and he sealed another leak that is hard to get to. I had been worried that he couldn't even do it (and he warned me that he might not because he had to get to it from the top instead of from underneath, which would be the right way to do it. The whole thing had been installed in a horrible way). He didn't just fix the leaks but also added bands around the downspout which is supposed to be better than the screws that were there before. He said he couldn't leave my house without fixing something like that. I certainly appreciate this attention to details. I should would mention that at first the price seemed high in the sense that there was a minimum charge. It seemed high because the work took just about an hour to perform. However, the owner explained that he doesn't charge by the hour. I accepted this because he also said that if the leaks re-appear he will come back free of charge to fix it. So overall, definitely a well-deserved A not only on quality, but also on price. So far, the work is holding up just fine, no leaks yet, and I am very pleased with the service. Should I need gutter repair again, I will only call the Gutter Experts and not even shop around.

I purchased a new home that had some issues with the existing gutters. JR came out to the house and came up with a plan to correct the problem for a reasonable fee. One the day of service JR was there promptly and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. I'm very pleased with the service, pricing and positive attitude that JR had during the process.

JR, the owner, came out to and discussed a problem I was having with the gutter and downspout on the front of my home. The roof is a strange configuration and a lot of water was going through and out of a 3 foot long gutter. After much discussion we came to decision on how to proceed. During the installation I did not like something and we discussed the possibilities and agreed on the end result. On two occasions after the installation I asked him to come back to check on a few things and he very graciously came back. He even consulted with my landscaper on how a proper drain should be installed during my landscaping job. and checked it out after the installation. Too bad the landscaper didn't follow his instructions at all. This man takes his business very seriously and as he says " I give 110%" He actually give you more.

J.R., the owner, is the ultimate professional. I got bids from 4 different companies and I went with The Gutter Experts. They certainly weren't the cheapest, but they were by far the most professional, most responsive, most courteous, etc. J.R. is the owner, but he's also the guy who does the quote and does the work! He was on-time and he worked his butt off for the whole day. During the installation we had a massive downpour, but instead of stopping to wait for the rain to subside they used the opportunity to check for leaks! This guy is a pro! He followed-up after the installation and made sure I was 100% happy. He's reminded me 3 times already that if there are any issues at all, he'll come back and take care of them for 1 year for free. With things like gutters you get what you pay for, so I'm VERY happy that I paid a little bit more and got something I'll be happy with for a long time.

I'm very pleased with the work of J.R., who owns the company, and his assistant, Jorge. They performed the work on a Saturday, starting at 8 a.m. and not stopping until they were finished about 6 p.m. They didn't even break for lunch! First they dismantled the enclosure by hand. There was bashing with hammers, slicing with cutters and unscrewing with drills. The biggest challenge was removing the frame of the enclosure that had been attached to the old gutters. Altogether, taking down the pool cage took 6 of the 9 hours. The simplest part of the day was installing the new gutters. Although even that was not simple. J.R. made sure the pitch of the new gutters would enable the efficient flow of water. The flow of water was missing in the old gutters. Once the gutters were up, he installed gutter guards designed to keep leaves and large debris from clogging the works. The two men loaded the old aluminum framing into their trailer, then were detailed in their cleanup. I couldn't have been happier with their work, their attitude and their diligence. Definitely I would hire the Gutter Experts again, and I recommend them to anyone who needs gutter work.

They were fantastic and came quick. They did a great job. I recently contacted them for an estimate on another gutter than I want redone because I am redoing my roof. They were very courteous and on time. Their price is fair.

The Gutter Experts provided an estimate that was very competitive with other companies who also bid the job. A few days after approval, the rain gutters were installed. About a week later, they added leaf screens to the rain gutters. They removed all the old gutters and cleaned up very well.

Called gutter experts on Friday, their installer called me back 3 hours later, he came out the day later, gave estimate and performed work on the same day - very knowledgable

We called three gutter companies for estimates to install gutters on our new home. JR of Gutter Experts provided an estimate the day after we called him. We did a lot of research to find out what the standard products and installation procedures were on the market. We felt comfortable with JR's proposal and asked a lot of questions to see what products we would get and to find out his installation procedures. He was the only one who proposed screwing the gutter products together. I feel that this practice is superior to riveting the parts together because the parts can later be taken apart if needed to clean or to modify. JR was able to install the gutters the next week and we had them up before the spring rains began. After the rains came, we noticed that during a heavy downpour water was splashing over one of the splash guards. After calling JR, he came out and installed a larger splash guard to correct the problem at no extra charge..

They were fine & they did a good job. He were very nice, on time, & cleaned up after himself. I have a two story house so he had a lot of gutters to clean. I would give him an A overall for doing a good job. The pricing sounded reasonable but I do not remember what the other company I had used in the past charged. I would give them an A for pricing as well. I have already talked to them about coming back & maintaining them.

JR came out to give the estimate. After seeing the proposal, I saw some places where I thought he need to add splash guards. He agreed. Their price was the lowest out of 4 estimates so I choose them. I couldn't be happier with JR and his company. He was always very punctual and courteous. The gutters were installed within a week and they look and perform GREAT!! JR has stopped by or called on 2 occasions now to make sure I am satisfied and to make sure there were no leaks. There was one leak in one of the corners, which is typical. JR came out promptly to repair the leak.

I called and made an appointment for Wednesday, August 6th at 10am. They did not show up and I did not hear from them. I called and got an answering machine the next day. I still have not heard from them.
