The Gutter Experts

We have used JR from The Gutter Experts twice now. He is friendly, fairly priced, and does the work quickly. He cleans up after the job thoroughly. He also alerted me to an issue that was caused by my roofers which would have cause problems if ignored.

JR did a great job. He scheduled a date and time and arrived for the job as agreed upon. The work was exactly what we needed and we are very happy.

Sent text, had to follow up a couple times to get him to come out. Came out, gave an estimate, never followed up, never called back to do the work. I guess he didn't need the money.

The guy who owned the company, he did the work by himself. One day he did have somebody come and help him because he needed extra help. Most of the time he was by himself. My husband was satisfied too with his work.

JR was quick with giving us a quote. The price was reasonable and the work was done fast and just as he had described. He fixed some problems that the previous home owners had made at no extra cost. We'll have to wait for the next big Florida downpour to see exactly how good the work was, but so far, so good! Highly recommended!

They arrived for the schedule appointment for estimating the project right on time. Their price was the best of three vendors. Once we scheduled the work, they arrive right on time. They replaced the existing gutters, which caused a mess due to debris in the old gutters. They cleaned everything up like new. I'd highly recommend The Gutter Experts.

Outstanding. JR was the 2nd company listed on Angie's List that I had come out to give us an estimate on new gutters and downspouts for our home. We just had new paver patios and walkways installed and when it rained the rain would leave a wet line on the pavers which concerned us on how they would fare over time so we decided to get gutters to divert the water away from the pavers. The first company that came out sent a salesman. He measured and gave us a quote. We talked about options in terms of how to direct the water from the downspouts since we did not want to have to dig up some areas of our new pavers to divert water away, particularly since we also have a fence around the yard which made it more difficult to dig under as well. Since he was more of a salesman he really wasn't very helpful on options; seemed to just want to measure and provide a quote. By the time he left my husband and I knew we wouldn't hire that company. Calling JR at the Gutter Experts was a completely different experience and a very successful one. I spoke to his wife to make an appointment and she was very pleasant; the appointment was made promptly; he arrived right on schedule. He clearly lived up to his company's name as a 'gutter expert'. He was very knowledgeable and we talked about different options. He gave us a reasonable estimate and I said I usually call 3 companies for estimates and would get back to him. My husband and I discussed and within 15 minutes of him leaving I called him back to say we wanted to move forward; we felt he was the right guy for the job and there was no need to get another estimate. He ordered the materials and they arrived within a couple of days. He scheduled a time to come and install and, again, was very prompt. He did an excellent job and the gutters look great!! He even told me not to write a review right away; to wait and see how they worked out. Within a few days it rained, and rained pretty hard, and the gutters diverted the rainn and our pavers stayed nice and dry. We are very happy. JR is very reliable, his quality of work is excellent and his prices are reasonable. I highly recommend him. There was just a posting today on NextDoor for my neighborhood of one of my neighbors looking for recommendations for someone to put up gutters and I immediately responded to recommend JR. JR was responsive to my communication and showed up on time. His craftsmanship was excellent! I will definitely refer him to friends and use him again if necessary.

JR with The Gutter Experts was very responsive throughout the project--from initial contact to installation. The job wasn't large?one span of gutters and downspouts on a detached nearly-flat roof and the cleaning of one existing 2nd story gutter. The gutter installation component of the job did, however, pose some issues including avoiding the power line attachment to the structure, dealing with a non-standard soffit making gutter attachment tricky and channeling water well away from the structure. JR arrived on-time, reviewed the job, offered useful suggestions, was open to my ideas and provided an excellent price. I was unable to be present when the work was performed, but returned home to a visually neat, professional installation and a clean yard. I would absolutely use The Gutter Experts again and would certainly recommend them to friends and family.

This guy talked a great game....he will take down part of the gutter, reassemble to optimum efficiency, and make sure the gutter is clean. All he did was clean the gutters. He did not do any of the gutter repair/maintenance that he said he would do. And he charged $195. I just got a quote from another Angie's gutter cleaner and he quoted $85 which includes the front part of the house as well. Very disappointed in this service.

The worked was completed on time and within budget. They worked to make sure the water flow of the gutter spout was angled correctly and away from the house.
